Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, prompt, and pleasant. I am a Realtor and recommend Allstate to all of my clients! I may be able to find an insurance carrier that saves me a few dollars, but service to me is tantamount. In all these years as a customer, Ive never once had a problem with a claim, not on my house and not on my 3 vehicles. I recommend Allstate very highly!

My experience with everything and everyone was what I have always expected with Allstate, responsive, professional and helpful. The only part I had real trouble with was understanding the claim report with the expected reimbursement. To me it was very confusing and a lot of unnecessary paper for the average jane! I was unsure just how much I had to spend on new carpeting and linoleum per square yard plus installation, etc. In the end, all worked out just fine! Thank you Allstate for the caring service.

A 5 star for Parolin Agency in Nashua, NH and a 1 star for CT agency. Parolin Agency had my interest at heart, She went over and beyond to see that my issue gets some attention. CT agency made my life a living nightmare, spent many sleepless nights. From the adjustor whose words were final to a lady who was literally rude and demeaning, asking me if Id let her talk or I talk. Thats not customer service at all. I felt cheated, my car gone and all that was alright because of $5k and some change in form of a check. What if the car was still on loan? Would that be the route theyd take? I wasnt at fault during the accident but felt some CT people treating me harshly. Its just unfortunate.

Its important to have a good agent, a go-to person to help with problems, because they do occur. I recently had an issue with another insurance companys resistance processing my claim against them so I called the office for advice. Nancy was very helpful and called them on my behalf in effort to get the ball rolling.
