They falsely claim they cannot remove a vehicle with out cancelation of the platesThe RMV says throw the plate away they are not giving receipts outSimilar thing happened to my 97 bmw it was removed with no problemYet if you dont pay for your insurance they cancel your insurance anyways lol.....They only care for there money they double my premium since last year with no explanation when I call they stated they dont know why is a state surge or what ever she explainToo bad cause I really like this insurance company but is time to say good bye

I had to make a claim so I contacted Katie Blake and she was fantastic. Super professional and kind. I am a new homeowner so was unsure how to go about making a claim and she walked me through everything and connected me to where I needed to be. I talked to three employees that day all helping me and was amazed by how polite and kind everyone was. Katie even made sure before she was off the phone to ask if I had any questions and said I could contact her whenever I needed. Thank you Katie!
