She was able to answer all of my questions and set us up with BETTER coverage for both of our vehicles AND renters insurance for LESS than what I was paying with Progressive with whom I only had auto. During this tough time of the corona virus, as a small business owner, I had to make some changes to my business and personal insurance policies. I contacted the office to firstly to find out if they were open to the public and if so, to make an in office appointment. When I called, a super professional young lady named Erin picked up the phone. She was awesome to work with. She said she was new to the position, but she did everything she could to help me out and was super professional in doing so. Any answers she did not have, she got me over to a young man named Justin. He was just as amazing as Erin. I was very impressed by both of these State Farm people. The last few months have been hectic for me since my 6month old to me car got side swiped and my car had over 9k in damage. Unfortunately the lady who hit my car wasnt licensed,insured, or registered. From the get go Marc informed me that because this lady didnt have insurance or a license I was eligible for a deductible waiver.Called corporate and they messed up told me in had to wait for collections before I can get the waiver whi h made me quite upset.Marc was able to call corporate and was able to get this problem resolved and got an apology within a few hours!Highly recommend Marc to be your next insurance agent. He has.a.good team working for him.

Horrible Customer Service:Within a week, I called on two different days and left messages for someone to contact me back. No one returned my calls.I called the following week and finally was able to get through to speak with Marc Plamondon directly. I purposefully called because it is winter time in New Hampshire and driving would have been too much of an inconvenience at the time, especially when I only wanted to gather information before making any final decisions.Anyways, I asked Marc simple questions pertaining to my comprehensive coverage, and he answered my questions so vaguely and quickly as to rush me off of the phone, and he made me feel as if he was going to hang up on me. He refused to answer my questions in a helpful manner and he would cut me off while I was still talking mid-sentence. He pushed filing a claim for me when that is NOT what I wanted to do, so he was not genuinely listening to what I was saying. He told me that I needed to get on his schedule to make an appointment to go into his office and have a review where we would only be able to answer my questions. I did not want to go to the office, and I did not want to file a claim but he kept pushing it as if those were my only options in order to truly be helped by him. While he was trying to push for his agendas, or whatever he only cared about, he pushed me right into switching with another agent.

Marc and his staff are fantastic, I was recently involved in a hit an run the other parties insurance company was All State. The driver at fault left the scene and through the police it took me 5 days to get her info and insurance. Allstate accepted responsibility however after their incompetent field adjuster named Greg came out he determined that some of the damage was not involved in this accident. Mind you its a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab less than 2 years old in excellent condition. This joke of a process took 3 weeks as the car was not drivable for Allstate to pull back and hold up repair, meanwhile the rental charges were piling up. I went with the party at faults insurance so I wouldnt have to pay a deductible with Statefarm and wait for my refund 6 months later however after dealing with an incompetent adjuster and a joke of an insurance company I called statefarm and had everything taken care of, fixed and returned to me 5 days later. I have done business with Statefarm for over 20 years and they bye far are the best in the business! I have slowly transfered all my policies to them and have saved alot of money. I agree… He is rude and arrogant.I called on Wednesday to attempt to get a quote. I noticed he sounded a little quick in his conversation. I told him I was sorry for holding him and he clearly told me that he was on his way to play tennis.He did call me the next day… unfortunately though he was not able to provide me with the insurance I was looking for. I was surprised at his tone, and made me feel that it appeared once he realized he was not going to get business from me… He didnt want to deal with me, and made what I consider to be a rude comment and quickly got off the phone.Too bad because maybe if he had been a little more polite, I might have used him for other services or if nothing more at least recommended him to others. That will not happen now.I recommend you pass on this one and look else where.Update-One year later he wrote his apologies that you see below....My review now stays the same.“Tiska-tiska-tisk”...
