This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. My entire family goes here and the staff is amazing. Every time I go, its a very personal feel. The owner remembers everyone by name and makes you feel like a friend. Every one of the technicians is amazing and they all make you feel at home. If youre looking for a new nail salon, this is definitely the one! 5 stars isnt even enough.

I can honestly say this was the best pedicure I have ever got! They removed all my calluses (they have a callus scrapper), phenomenal foot massage, many color choices and great price. Lovely nails is a clean facility and everyone working was friendly. I would highly suggest experiencing Lovely nails for your next pedicure!

My SNS is flawless every visit (I have to get very natural nails since I am in nursing) perfect shape, not thick, and no cracking or breaking before my fill in.I also get gel pedicures here and it lasts so long. And to top it off everyone provides such a luxurious experience. You will not be disappointed!

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and let’s just say I found my new nail shop home! The customer service was very warm and welcoming upon entering I knew I made the right choice. They did a great fast job removing my nails and it was painless unlike other places! They recommended I get SNS for less damage done to my nails and I’m glad they did I love my nails! She also massaged my hands and forearm! The pedicure was amazing and relaxing. They really did an awesome job and it was a great way to bring in the new year being pampered by great,talented, friendly people! I highly recommend !!

They recommended dip nails which is better for your nails compared to acrylics. Super friendly staff with a large variety of products. Everything was kept super clean and the service was great. Love my nude pink dip nails with a cherry design 🍒

Lovely Nails is my go-to for manis & pedis. Staff is warm & friendly, and always do a great job. Its a solid value for having your nails done. My young daughter has come in with me before and they always do a great job with her too. She loves coming here as much as I do.

I was very happy with the nails it was my first time at the lovely nails, and they did a great job but on the third day my nail broke for no reason, I mean literally no reason! And I just went in to try and get it fixed before I have to go to work which is right across the street, and they couldn’t fix one nail and they were very rude to me. One of the lady’s kept saying she didn’t care about me trying to get a nail fixed, they have no time. They were very rude to say the least

This was my first and LAST visit to this salon . It should be called NOT so Lovely Nails. I arrived for my 4:00 appointment for gel fill in and they said my appointment was the next day. Unfortunately I didnt have an appointment card so it was their word against mine.When it came time for me to put my nails under the light, I asked the nailtechnician to clean the UV light. It was FILTHY!!!! She seemed annoyed and then proceeded to wipe my gel with the same dirty paper towel used to clean the UV light. The whole time she was speaking Vietnamese (Im sure about me).She did a horrible job on top of the rudeness and filth! I didnt have my eyeglasses on, but when I got home, I noticed that she didnt put the gel over the entire nail. I will have to go elsewhere to have them redone.HORRIBLE, RUDE AND DIRTY

I really wanted to be able to write a nice review, but need to be honest. I had a pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with dip powder. Unfortunately during my pedicure I was cut twice with the tool used to remove my prior polish (once fairly badly). No apology given at all. My dip manicure seemed ok but 1 week later two nails are chipping badly (they usually last 3 weeks or more when I get them done at home). Just a little unhappy overall with the service.

The guy did not clean my nails correctly and then he quickly stormed away when I pointed out that my cuticles were not clean well and nails were not shaped correctly. Then another lady had to come to finish my toes. After putting a light strip of polish on one nail, I notified her the color was too bright and she refused to change it. They were painted HORRIBLY with the polish all over my cuticles, I could have done a better job. My toes look like a 5 year old was practicing on them. I don’t recommend.

My favorite nail place in Naples. Prices are reasonable, they do a great job. Also during the covid situation they’ve taken measures that make me feel comfortable while getting my nails done. Highly recommend.

Got a full set manis at this nail salon for 2 weeks prior. Its a great working environment. All of staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. My nails color is good. The salon usually has not very crowded. So I will definitely be back!

My sister and I visited Naples for the weekend and luckily had a chance to get some nail services here. The staff are so sweet, and are soooo good at what they do. In fact, the salon was extremely clean, cute, and nicely decorated.

Found this place on Google and it was close to home, so I decided to give it a try. My technician was thorough and gentle on the cuticles. The ambiance & decor impart a sense of relaxation and wellness. SO I’LL BE BACK!!!

My favorite place to get a gel mani in Naples. I absolutely love this place. Took a good time, didnt feel rushed. I got compliments for weeks. This place is the worst. The owner is very crass, and if you say anything to her gets very defensive and will have a shouting match with you. BeBecause of the close proximity to our house, I decided to give them another chance thinking maybe was a one time thing .. Nope, this time her husband did my gel mani/pedi, the water was cold... He used the grater without asking me (I never do and didnt need) just did it had to tell him no, cut my toenails as such that I will have ingrown toe nail. Then hands, cut my finger was ready to up and leave... I wish I had.... When finished couple nails had sharp edges I had to ask him to fix . Put one coat of gel on my nails and painted my cuticles so the gel peeled off within 2 days.... I have been getting nails done for 30 years and this by far was. My worst experience.

I have been a private business owner for 30 years, so I NEVER write a review as I felt some customers forget all people are equal, even service providers. BUT, I had to, as I would never ever return to this nail boutique and wanted to tell my horrible experience.Im new to the area and was told to try Groupon to find spa deals. Awesome, website! So, I called a few boutiques who said they would honour the groupon price, just come in and mention the add on the website.I called Lovely nails and mentioned the groupon adds that I had read and asked if they would match the prices from the website? I not only asked once and then twice and then spoke with a second person, then had the owner call back and went over the whole question a third time, specifically asking if they would price match the groupon add and if NOT I would make an appointment at another time as wanted to save the money. No problem if they would not price match, I completely understand that this was not their add on groupon, however if they would price match great. REPEATEDLY again REPEATEDLY the owner said no problem we match, we match the price. I asked if she needed to see the groupon add, she then said no we give you the deal.Mistakenly, I believed her. When it came time to pay, she simply offered me $10 off the price and I was charged $200. I almost fell over. I had a full leg wax, bikini and a mani and pedicure. I will also say that the girl who did the waxing didnt have me roll over to wax the back of my legs. My hair if blond and she felt not dark enough to do!! Im like hey Ive got some hairs on the back of my legs and you can see them if the light. SO she had me lift my leg and hold it in the air while she looked for a few hairs. Also the spider webs and bugs caught in the spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the dirty waxing room were disgusting. That is when I should have left.The owner said she wouldnt honour the groupon as she thought I said COUPON . I actually argued with her and said we had a specific conversation and there was no way she misheard my explanation. I finally gave up and paid/I cant tell you how upsetting it is to be take advantage of, especially when I called to ask all the proper questions. She could simply have said no, this is our price.NEVER GO HERE

My experience was AWFUL!! The staff are rude and disrespectful and insist on arguing in front of other customers over a $5 coupon that John gave to me as advertised PER THEIR FB PAGE yet failed to give it to my sister. I was searching for the coupon on my phone and was having difficulty so John just gave it to me as I was checking out.After I told my sister I had gotten the coupon without having to actually print anything out, she called and demanded to receive the same as it is only right for them to offer it to her as well.Not only did they get into a HUGE argument over the phone, but when I arrived 2 weeks later for MY appointment, I was told JOHN DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING MY NAILS- if I wanted them done LEE would take care of me.I sat down to have a pedicure, and John started asking me why I had told my sister that he gave me $5 coupon.. after all, it was MY fault that I started trouble over $5 !!?? W T FI will NEVER go back after such an unprofessional exchange with not one but TWO people on the staff .NOT TO MENTION, THEY DO A LOUSY JOB ANYWAY!!!!STAY AWAY!!
