First time at this salon. Two days after my appointment one thumbnail cracked and partially fell off. When I went back to the salon I was treated very disrespectfully and discouraged from staying for repair because ‘..I am way too busy to deal with a broken nail’. He commented for all to hear that I must have hit it with something very hard. Not so, just normal daily use and I’ve had dipped nails for a very long time. I just stared at him and within 5 minutes called me to his station. It was very uncomfortable. The photo of the thumbnail is what the repaired nail looks like now, after 3 days from repair. The photo of all nails is to show how sloppy the overall job was. So yourself a favor and pass this salon up - you can do so much better.

They did my pedicure, amazingly. Great pedi choices. They also did my sisters French, supremely cuteUpdate. Went again. Requested an Ombre french nail and a pedicure. They Nailed it. 😁

I hate leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately I feel like I need to to save someone else the $50. Got a pedicure and the next day it chipped. It was so badly done my friend asked if I painted my own toes. I was so embarrassed that I paid a professional $50. Unreal. Please go somewhere else. It was that much only because I thought I was treating myself to the deluxe. I got scammed.

Only reason why they received a star is for me to leave a review. I do not leave reviews but I wish I would have listen to the reviews. Service is Trash and not worth what they charge. Tyler is horrible, he is Not professional and is Disrespectful. Business Days and hours listed is also incorrect. They are also alwaysLooking for Hire because of how horrible the service is. Save your time and money. Go Some were else.

The girl did a great job on 9 of my nails, lol. However, she removed my nail down to the skin on one of my nails when removing a damaged acrylic. This has never happened to me before in over 10 years of getting acrylic nails. She explained that since it was my bare skin, she couldn’t put polish on it or acrylic. So I left the salon with a bare nail. She explained that next time she could put something over it but didn’t want to risk infection this time. To be fair, I came in with several broken acrylic nails. The tech was sweet and did a good job on the rest of my nails. So I won’t let this experience deter me from returning. Prices were fair- I had several damaged nails. Got an acrylic fill & French. Price was $41 before tip.

First time client. Was a walk in and it was a bit busy. Took me in a few minutes. Had a fee services done by Clarisa. She was wonderful and I will be going back.

Fantastic! Great attention to detail. Very friendly, and a clean and inviting atmosphere with very new massage chairs and modern decor. The color I picked ended up being really thin for my gel manicure and without even asking, the nail tech painted multiple coats of color on my nails to make sure I got a nice solid color. Fairly priced and worth the value you get. Next time I might try the dipping powder.

I got a powder dipped full nail set on Friday by Donna and by Tuesday night one broke off and the others looked like they were lifting at the cuticles. I’m sitting here now, after a long day at work waiting for a Tyler to finish up with his customer because he said he would fix my nails.Tyler did an amazing job fixing my nails. Tyler redid all of my nails and paid such close attention and I appreciate that so much. He did such a good job, way better than Donna and he took his time.I will definitely be back to see Tyler.

Choose your technician wisely. I got a person who Im almost positive wasnt certified. I had to get the redone within a few DAYS... because they were already peeling due to the fact that the gel polish was painted onto my SKIN.I have had people go there and have great nails done so just ask for their certification before you start.

I went to get a gel manicure and I had to wait a little which is usual but then when she took me back to do my nails she started doing them and then some guy yelled something and she stopped and walked away and then he came over 10 minutes later and started doing them, very unprofessional in my opinion. Next he was doing my nails uncomfortably quick and then he started to paint quickly as well. I just wanted plain white and I got that but the clear coat was done so badly my nails look very uneven with clumps of clear coat in certain spots. I also have gel paint on my skin and it won’t come off. After not learning my lesson with their unprofessional ways I decided to get my eyebrows done. She did my eyebrows very quickly and I had to go home and finish plucking my eyebrows because there were clumps of eyebrow hairs. Also not to mention her ripping my baby hairs out of my head with wax she accidentally got on my hair. Would never recommend coming here!

I love this place, so much that I look forward to going. Ive been going since their grand opening. Every time Ive walked through the doors Ive been greeted with a warm welcoming smile, and a how can we help you. The owners and the staff are amazing. The do an amazing job, and do everything they can to make you feel at home.

Customer service was a 0 for me. I was paying for my service and not getting it free. but, for the main girl the speaks better English was not professional what so ever. I went to get wax service on eyebrows and legs.since she was so busy talking with a customer she did pay attention to what I wanted. all she heard was wax since she rudely left me talking to go back to the lady she was doing her nails. another lady took me back and I explain to her what I wanted and she started to work on my eyebrows. a few minutes later the same girl from the front kept complaining outside my door. on why was the lady working on me was taking long. the lady started getting very nervous and was rushing, a few minutes late she was still complaining. WHY IS SHE GETTING HER LEGS DONE! SHE JUST WANTED EYEBROW! she was mad and rude not professional at all. she went and told the customer she was working with. CAN YOU BELIEVE SHE IS GETTING HER LEGS WAXED AND SHE JUST WANTED EYEBROWS DONE. I got up and told the lady it was ok that I will leave and not coming back. that the other girl was rude and talked to much that I was paying for my service and it is not FREE. I left and paid for a full service even though she did not finish. my whole family goes to this place which we will not no more. when I arrived that day my mom and dad were getting pedicure done. I mean my sisters parents and I use to go there. NO MORE!

Donna is an expert Manicurist. Her pink & white is flawless. And she has such an outgoing personality which is an added bonus.

I took my mom to get our nails done here. We asked for something simple: a trim and French tips (mani and pedi). While the massage was good, the nails were not done well. My mother’s nails turned out sloppy and the person who did her nails DEFINITELY took their time. Meanwhile, when I had my nails done she scraped underneath the nail way too deeply and it REALLY HURT. It was done WAY too roughly. When we got our fingernails done she made me bleed twice on my thumbnails. The tips were at a slant to the rest of the nail, and you could tell my mom’s nails were not done well by just glancing at them. Also, usually you use stickers to make French tips. They didn’t.Unsatisfactory.We could have done better ourselves.

Love it. They always fit you in and make time for you. The pedis are a bit inconsistent between who does it, but they are all good. Some are more focused on the foot massage while others its the leg massage-all totally worth it!!

Are very efficient very friendly and very quick and they do fantastic work thank you so much for your services I couldnt think of going to any other place

One of the worst nail salon experiences ever. 3 of us came in wanting to get a mani-pedi, and took 20 minutes for 1 on of us to start getting our nails done. After two hours of just sitting there 2 of us only had our feet done, and the other 1 their nails. We ended up having to cancel our even plans, to finish our nails as we already invested too much time. Definitely won’t come back. However one of staff was attentive and the massage chairs were good but apart from that an overall bad experience.
