I showed a picture of the design I wanted. I showed a picture of a white acrylic flower as an accent on the ring finger nail. He said he couldn’t do that exactly, but he could paint a flower on my nails. The flower looked fine, but he added these black lines and dots underneath it. I had wanted something neutral and simple and I left with a design that was not my style. I actually ended up painting over it. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get out. I just wish he had kept the design simple and neutral like what I had showed.

Nice atmosphere, I got a gel manicure. The person who did my nails was less than friendly and my nails chipped after barely a week maybe five days? And the Gel is almost see through and it’s a dark color so I’m not sure why. I’d give it a C.

Wow, what can I say. We were able to get a last minute appointment. The service and staff was overly attentive to our needs. The manicure and pedicure was very high quality. ThE owner and people here were very professional and if I was a local this would be my go to for hand and foot care.

I went here for the first time, and am not disappointed. Kim did a great job. The technicians allow you to state whether things are good or bad the entire process of the appointment. If I said I didnt like the shape in the beginning it was easier to correct them there and then, rather than at the end of the appointment. Some of these reviews are just silly because they could have been fixed if they just spoken up at the actual salon and not on Google. Overall Im very pleased with how my nails came out and I would recommend and go back again.

Taking my 2 beautiful daughters to get nails done here. The shop very clean, people are nice and professional. $40 for dipping not that bad. I will come back here again, my daughters happy with it.

I have had nails done for many years at other places. This was my first and last time here as Diana did the worst job ever. See photos below. Poor fill, poor filing, didnt even try to get old chipping acrylic up before filling over it, cuticles left ragged ( after she took some extra skin with a few of them), very poor paint job (worse than most as I have learned over the years NO one paints whole nail for some reason...always sides and near cuticle left unpainted..guess they think it would be too much work to just wipe it off skin with a brush dipped in remover). I also have never had no base coat applied under gel polish but none was used. Even left with some random patch of polish on my fingertip. The only reason I put 2 stars was it was very nicely decorated, staff polite and minimal wait ( but that might have been coincidence).

Three of us made appointments for a manicures and pedicures. We spent over $200 and left a 20% tip.It was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The technician rushed to leave and did not even apply a topcoat. The nail polish started to chip off the next day. I returned to the salon to inquire if they could provide me with the service that I had paid for.The salon was at full capacity when I returned. Instead of apologizing for the poor service I received, The owner yelled at me in front of all his employees and customers. He was demeaning and rude and I was totally humiliated.He owes me an apology and a huge gift card.

This was the worst place to have your mani/pedi! If I could give them zero stars I would. I came in with a poorly done dip manicure that was two weeks old. I was shamed & the tech was obviously annoyed. She proceeded to RIP MY DIP OFF AND RUIN my nails!! She used a nail tip to pull off my dip powder and actually cut me & my finger is infected. I then asked for a strengthening layer and that was met with silence. It’s one day later and my nails are thin and breaking.

I am walking and Keri did mine. I was extremely amazing, the shop really clean and people here so nice. I love to come back

All of my friends got gel pedicure at the same time. My pedicure was so fast, I mean it. Lily finished in 15 minutes . Wow, she treats me like Im a kid and didnt know anything. Not gonna come back

Visited this salon a few weeks ago with two friends, both of which I was visiting in Naples. While my technician was great and did a good job, the owner was incredibly rude.One of my friends who had gotten a manicure with me, noticed her nails had begun to chip the day after our visit. The following day (less than 48 hours after our initial visit) she returned to ask if they could simply touch-up her chipped nails. Upon entering the salon and explaining the situation politely, the owner...1) blamed her for the chipped nails2) told her it was “ridiculous” to expect a touch-up for a regular manicure (despite being less than 2 days)3) most surprisingly, he yelled at her in front of a full salon; humiliating her to the point she was holding back tears.It wasn’t until technician politely took my friend away from the owner and to her station that the owner stopped yelling. My friend said the technician was nice and apologized for the owner’s behavior.On top of all of this, he accused her of BEING DRUNK during both visits....This woman is an elementary teacher who, on both days, had gone 8 straight hours teaching a class of 3rd graders via Zoom. She was hoping to go to the salon to treat herself and relax after long stressful days. To accuse her of being drunk is not only wildly unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful and simply false (I was with her).The owner should be ashamed. I can only imagine how embarrassed his employees must be of him. You can see another example of his unprofessionalism in his repose to the review below mine.Do not support this man.Update: My experience with the manager/owner is only confirmed by his responses to this post. Super unprofessional.

Visiting from out of town and needed to get my nails done for a wedding I am attending. Walked in on a busy evening and was accommodated right away. The woman who did my pedicure was sweet, insightful and kind. She immediately recognized I was from out of town because I was so pale haha. My dip powder set was exactly what I was looking for for my event. So glad I stopped in!!

You The owner of this salon is beyond unprofessional, rude and a liar.When my mother returned to this nail salon for a simple touch-up to her nails that were already chipping the day after we’d spent over $200 with a 20+ percent tip (a simple courtesy that would have taken less than 5 minutes and shown good faith as a business) the owner became incredibly defensive, blamed her for the chipped nail polish and yelled at her in front of all the customers and his own staff.If you’re looking for a place to have a really terrible time, I would recommend this salon 100%. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

Went in as a walk in they were very accommodating and friendly. Lilly gave me a mani/pedi. She told me to take my time while picking out my colors which was nice cause I always have a hard time deciding what I want! It was nice not to feel rushed. She was so sweet the whole time and did an AMAZING job on my Christmas nails !! I got Dip on my nails and regular polish for my toes. Look at the pictures tab on google to see my nails.

I came for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My manicure chips after a day when I came back and asked them to fix it they told me they were too busy. I explain to them that it was only one nail and I was going out of town for a wedding they didn’t care they were extremely rude and unfriendly I will never go back
