This was an INCREDIBLE experience and well worth the price. We arrived about 30 minutes before boarding and lined up to get a good spot.Best viewing is from the upper deck. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable about the area and answered all questions.There is a bar available with reasonably priced alcoholic beverages available for purchase.Be sure to keep your eyes open for DOLPHINS! They enjoy riding in the boats wake.Cannot say enough good things about this experience.

Here in Naples you have alot of choices for sunset dolphin cruises and its hard to choose one for sure.. look no further Pure Florida is the place to go for sure! My family of seven went aboard the double sunshine and we were not disappointed one bit! The captain and crew were professional and kept the fun going on the cruise the whole time. Great music and some interesting facts are shared along the way until you finally get out for sunset on the gulf of Mexico. The ship has a bar on board and snacks and drinks for the kiddos as well! I encourage you to try there craft beer they sell its great!

My boyfriend and I came to Naples to visit my friend and her family. We wanted to do a boat tour and we chose the Pure Florida double sunshine tour which you catch at Tin City with Joey and Josh. There was another female employee but we didn’t catch her name. Joey and Josh were both very knowledgeable and funny which made the tour fun! I told my friend to always recommend this to anyone that comes to visit them.

We took the Sunset Cruise. It was a little chaotic because the Captain had to make the decision to cancel the cruise or not due to lightening in the area and a huge downpour. We went during the downpour because there are no refunds unless the Captain cancels and he didnt decide until 10 minutes after our departure time. We kept our spirit of adventure and were rewarded by a gorgeous sunset with dramatic clouds and colors. Our guide guaranteed it was the best sunset all day 😂. The tour of the mansions was really interesting. Id recommend this tour a lot!

My 14 year old son wanted to do something special with his grandfather and uncle for his birthday so they went on a 4 hour Deep Sea Fishing tour with Pure Florida. To say he had a blast is an understatement. The captains were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to everyone on board. They provided everything needed to make the experience amazing. Poles, Bait, boat and a whole lotta fun! Some of the fish he caught were thrown back due to size and seasonality, but the ones he could keep were cleaned and filleted by the staff and given back to my son to take home and eat for lunch. As you can see in the picture, the take home was great! We cant wait to go back. This is definitely going to be something we do again and again.Thank you Pure Florida!

Came out for Mothers Day and it was beautiful. We went on the 3hr shelling tour with Capt. Chris and Capt. Nick. They were very friendly and informative. A great experience especially for the price we paid it was very worth it and valuable. We will definetly be back!!

We did the bay fishing with the 8³⁰ trip. Staff were friendly and patient. The captain was considerate of the conditions in choosing where to anchor. We saw dolphins which the captain slowed down for us to watch and we had the pleasure of seeing a large sea turtle. I didnt catch any fish but my son was able to catch two. It was a great day out. Kid friendly. Thumbs up.

This is a very popular place for the locals. Want a quick meal and cold drink, then this is your place. They have full bar, beer and wine. Chicken wings are pretty good. Burgers are good. Menu has something for everyone. If in the area, give it a try.

We had a great time on both the dolphin excursion and sunset tour!! All though we had the mishap of hitting the bridge because of the captain the company whent above and beyond with there customer service and to insure that there customers are safe they have a more experienced captain doing the tour

Took a sunset tour recently. It was overall an enjoyable experience. The narration was good. Folks were friendly. They even stayed out a bit extra and gave us about 25 minutes more of the tour. The bar is a bit overpriced and only has canned beverages--no mixed drinks. Its tough to give a tip when they just hand a can of soda over the counter.

I did both a Sunset Cruise and the 8:30am backwater fishing trip. The sunset cruise was relaxing, the breeze was just right and we toured the luxurious Port Royal before heading off to see the sunset. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Id highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing evening.The 8:30am backwater fishing trip was a success. If i remember correctly we had both Captain Tom and Sam. They were both friendly and helpful. I caught about 10 fish and just about everyone was catching fish from what I could tell.My next trip to Naples I will come back to them for a deep sea fishing trip.

Went on a 4 hour coastal fishing trip and it was really fun! Funny and entertaining captain too. Baited all our hooks and took care of all the fish - from taking them off the hook to filleting them. Would definitely recommend!

This was a morning nature eco trip we went on. It was very hot as it was August. The ride was slow and the guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the surrounding area properties and the wildlife in the mangrove forest. It was a pretty slow ride and we stopped at a natural beach for shelling and swimming for about an hour. They provided water and other beverages were available for sale. We didnt see many dolphins, a major disappointment for me but the guide said they usually see a lot. The boat was clean and well kept. The trip over all was nice but it was a little bit boring and slow paced. Great if that is what you are looking for. Maybe try some of their other offerings if you need a little excitement.

Their new boat, Sea Flight, was very comfortable and fast. The crew, Marty and Nick, were very personable and professional. They got us on the fish and cheerfully provided as much help as anyone needed. Pure Florida is currently running at half capacity so there was more than 10 feet in between people fishing. I watched the vessel cleaning on the way back...very thorough.

We did the Sunset Cruise on the Double Sunshine with Captain Chris. He was a very entertaining guy and I loved his running commentary. His crew was also knowledgeable and friendly. It was a beautiful evening with an amazing sunset. We also had some bonus dolphin action! It was fun watching them play in the wake. It was an all around great experience.

We did the eco dolphin tour it was amazing we saw dolphins they swam with our boat. Then we went to a private island and collected shells. It was amazing definitely worth the money!!

We rented our own boat for family of 5. It was awesome! First time we have ever seen dolphins and that was the highlight of my week in Florida. Great customer service! We stopped to swim for a bit, is that safe? No one else was swimming and now I’m worried about it LOL. Only complaint was there was no way to connect music on the boat. Thank you!!

My family and I went on a private charter with Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Showed us around the bordering homes and then took us out to see the dolphins along with other amazing sites. I highly recommend this company and if you can get Sam you’re in for a fantastic trip.

Hubby and I came to visit Naples for a quick weekend gateway. We decided to try the sightseeing cruise and enjoyed every minute of it! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed seeing the beautiful homes, riding through the beautiful breeze and we even we caught sights of some dolphins swimming alongside the boat. Took a Cruise to see Dolphins… we expected to be taken to a bit far away into the ocean… we just circled in inland waters and also saw like 1 dolphin. Wasnt worth 60$/person we paid…

My 19 yr old son and I took 2 wave runners out for 2 hours. It was his first time on a wave runner. The machines were new and ran perfectly. Powerful and stable. Thanks guys for helping provide a great memory for us. Thanks Patrick for assisting us in getting out and in.

We went on the sunset cruise on the Double Sunshine. It was great. The captain, Nick was humorous, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the trip entertaining and fun. On board we also had his assistants; Nick and Sam. When touring the area around Port Royal and the captain was off of the microphone they were able to give us additional information on the mansions and area. They also offered to take photos to assist the guests on board.The sunset was beautiful and we also got to enjoy watching a dolphin jumping in our waves as we headed back to port.If visiting the area I suggest you go!

The crew gives you a great tour with history of the area and even some information on fishing and facts about some of the beautiful homes along the cruis. Besides the beautiful sunset and company on board we even had dolphin escort us in and out of the gulf. If you plan ahead buy the groupon and save over half price!!!

Did an all day private fishing charter with Capt Bill and Nick.Weve done this a number of times with different boats so I do have some frame of reference. These guys knocked it out of the park! Professional and courteous with a genuine desire to see fish on the line.On the way out Capt Bill was slowed down a few times to minimize the wake for kayakers. He said it was to pre-pay karma so we would catch fish. I think he did it because hes a professional.First spot was a bust....that happens.Second spot put us on snapper and 1 small grouper.Third spot had a bunch of snapper and a ton of Amberjack. At two points all five of us had an Amberjack on. I believe Bill and Nick were having more fun than we were! And we were having fun!!Cruised back in, they cleaned the fish and put them on ice while we ate dinner.A wonderful day. Pure Florida isnt the cheapest place for a day of fishing, but Im sure glad I coughed up the money. And they will be my go-to place in the future. Easily the best day of fishing Ive had in many years!

Cant say enough positive things about the crew at Pure Naples in Tin City. My wife and I rented a jet ski recently. They quickly gave us options for reservations on the phone and when we arrived were prepared to get us in and out quickly with the needed paperwork and then review of the jet skis operation.Seriously, the jet skis they have are just days old as of this review. They replaced nearly if not all of them and they are fantastic. State of the art and operated well.Henry was fantastic and fun in his familiarizing us with the jet ski and everyone was very professional. Dont go with other Naples Jet Ski operations, while they may appear above Pure Florida in Google, they are NOT the same. Stick with the best.

I went on the jet boat tour. We almost was left because different tours have different dock area and the person inside the ticket booth was not very clear. Thank God someone called me and asked if I was still coming (great customer service, went beyond.) Tyler was our tour guide. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Please bring cash, because he works on tips. You will get wet. We wore a swimsuit under a cover up and it was great. Please secure all electronics in your car. You will get wet. I bought an old cell phone to grab video and pictures. Have fun

First, let me just say that the woman up front whose name is PAULA KOZLOWSKI was the first person we dealt with. She gave great information, recommendations, and guided us along with choices of boats, tours and timing for each. We loved Paulas upbeat personality.THEN the day of our fishing cruise, we were blessed with two more wonderful people from your company. Both Captains, Nick and Sam, were awesome during our 4 hour excursion. The day was not so good for fishing, but we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and thank them both so much for the memories.

I made a reservation for the Jet skis for a couple hours on Friday, I called on a Tuesday morning. Spoke with the office manager i never got her name, but when she is in the wrong she rapidly stutters and becomes uncompromising. I had to call the next morning Wednesday (today) to get a refund. The initial phone call, she explained i have 48 hours to receive a refund. After that i can reschedule or get a refund due to bad weather. Now that i am calling for a refund, she says to me theres a 5% charge from the total price. She never told me that, and then got irate saying she tells everyone that. She never mentioned it to me, I wasnt aware of that detail. She stuttered every word cause she knew she was wrong, and kept repeating herself 5% charge or gift certificate! over and over, then tried to tell me i shouldnt be getting a refund because its been 24 hours, when it was said I had 48 hours. SO BEWARE! make reservations at your own discretion, and be prepared to lose 5% of your money. Also theres no guarantee youll have the 48 hours to get a refund depending what mood the office manager is in. I was looking forward to coming here, i was looking forward to making another reservation at a later time, but she completely turned me off, and i would rather spend my money somewhere else.

My family had a fantastic time on the Dolphin Watch Cruise! We were able to see dolphins and other wildlife, and the Captain told us interesting facts as we went. We loved the boat ride and shelling at the beach. It was fun for the adults and the kids (Captain even let my nephew sit in the Captain chair! Wed recommend!

My family and I have been vacationing in Naples for 20 or so years and have been deep sea fishing on the Lady Brett every year for at least the past 10 years. We have never been disappointed. We dont always catch a lot or a bunch of keepers, but it is fishing and you never know what can happen. The captains do their best to keep you catching fish. We caught a stringer full in June and again on 8/3/16 when we made a special trip just to go fishing. We had requested Captain Mike because we have had him several times before and he is very knowledgeable, knows what he is doing and does his best to keep you catching fish. We definitely will be back next year. Keep up the good work Pure Naples. We enjoy the Double Sunshine sunset tour also.

We booked the sunset tour last Friday night 2/5 and got bumped from the double decker boat to the small boat which actually was quite large and a comfortable ride. We were treated to a great trip past many luxury homes and got to hear a little about their Celeb owners. We saw a pod of dolphins up close briefly and a larger pod at a distance. Seeing the sunset out on the gulf was really spectacular. Ultimately we were glad we got bumped. Our Captain and his crew dude were friendly and knowledgeable. They played good tunes. It was like a private cruise. I highly recommend finding them on Groupon and book the small boat! Bigger is not always better 😉

Mark and Sam were top notch! A great overall experience. Caught 5 keepers, others caught a ton of fish so they definitely know the spots. We even found a mantis shrimp and that was way cool! Professional, helpful, and fun to be around.

You SHOULD hv or ALLOW Seniors & Disabled to sit & wait for YOUR boat NOT LOOSING THEIR PLACE IN LINE!!My parents and I made last minute res online for their sunset cruise Apr5 for my Birthday🎂to finish off the evening as it was a beautiful night.We got their early as we just left the Botanical Gardens so we went over to check in. The girl who asked for our last name wasnt very pleasant, didnt say if we needed anything to get on the boat or not she just said to follow the blue dolphins on the ground around the building that will take you to the boat. We decided to go to the TinCity shops 1st as we were there 2 hrs early. Then, as we WERE the FIRST ones there by an hour where you stand in-line when we walked over to get in line NO ONE else was around, My parents decided to go sit by the tables near the water where they dock the boat bc there is NO PLACE to sit for Seniors & Disabled people who are going on the boat, I went inside to the shops to look around. I came out there was now a line and my parents were far back in the line. I asked HOW that happened as WE were here FIRST before everyone else!! My mom said some guy came over kicked them out from sitting down saying IF they were going on the boat they COULD NOT sit there to board, the line started up there (pointing up by the doors) So now instead of My parents and the few others who WERE there BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE got pushed back quite far back in line ONLY to have to stand in line for ANOTHER 30 min waiting for the boat to come in, unload & prepare to go back out. The person who was representing the company COULD have allowed my parents and others to sit there til the boat was ready to board THEN allow them to board 1st BUT he didnt as HE then sat there talking to people sitting there until he had to work. My parents are in their mid 70s, we ALL had been on our feet all day, what was the harm to allow them to sit to wait to board the boat? My dad has had multiple spinal surgeries as I have, He MUST rest and get off his feet. Would it cause ANYONE ANY HARM to have allowed the people sitting there to continue to sit? Bc AS SOON AS THEY got up OTHERS went and sat down !! You didnt kick them out!! WHY NOT?? Your friends?? You sat and talked to them. Poor judgment call!That being said the Sunset Cruise WAS a nice trip. The weather was nice, it didnt get windy or rough til we got to the mouth of the gulf. Due to that we did NOT go out bc of the windy, rough conditions and stayed in protected waters. Doing this DID NOT hamper seeing another absolutely Beautiful Sunset🌅in Naples FL.The captain was very informative explaining about Port Royal and the Affluent People that reside in the area. There was another Deck Hand who was also very upbeat and informative explaining about different homeowners in the area many who have come and gone BUT hes very knowledgeable about the construction end of it also and what it takes to build on our ever changing land here in Naples.On the way back we had 4🐬Dolphins🐬 in pairs on the Starboard and Stern of the boat riding in the waves that followed us just about all the way in back to dock.Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.Hopefully internal changes WILL be made. Im reading other reviews Im wondering IF the same girl who is rude and unprofessional to everyone is the same person we dealt with. My mom had even asked me IF she checked us in or gave us anything to get on the boat. I told her she didnt say ANYTHING at all, except last name and follow the blue dolphins not welcome, hello, hi, how are you, Thank you NOTHING!!
