Absolutely horrible service. From the very beginning this has been a nightmare. First the boat we rented was “broken” so their solution was a smaller boat which required us to have someone stay behind. Now that is fine but what bothers me is their attitude. The attitude from the associate was “you can cancel your reservation your problem who cares you reserved with time”. Second the reason their boat malfunctioned was because of electrical issue the boat they had that could accommodate us was under suspicious operation due to electrical issue and they were afraid it would break down again also they wouldn’t match price. Guess what happened to their third boat? It broke down. Once again that’s ok nothing wrong but attitude. The wholetime they were trying to blame us for their boat breaking down. You are beached (we were not), you did something to kill battery (we parked and turned boat off). We owned boats in the past and we rent when family comes down. Please look at other places. As someone who requires a lot of let downs for me to leave a review this is by far the worst service I have ever accounted. Look at my profile I never leave reviews but this, this was the worst experience I have ever had. Things happen I understand stand this but how do you expect a customerTo understand when all you do is blame them for your mistake. Shameful.Addition to the response. I have video from the tow company showing how your battery wires were lose. The kill switch was lose after multiple peopleTried to help. On the way back from the boat your boat died again. Solution: I had to shut the boat off disconnect the kill switch and reconnect. Once again clear as day. The problem is the client never the company nor anyone who provided service. Google anyone else. I promise they will provide better service. Oh and the boat that couldn’t be rented because of a poor electrical system it was out in the water and came back when we did.

It doesnt get any better than Mel and her crew! We have rented from them multiple times and have received excellent service every time. The boats in their fleet are all well maintained and clean. Mel does a great job communicating with you during your day on the water. They are always helpful at the docks with getting the boats in the slip and assist as needed with people/items while getting on/off the boat. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough about Mel and everyone there. She is so personable and had great communication throughout the whole experience and even after the trip was finished. They made the whole thing so easy. Finding our way to Keewaydin for the first time was super simple. I’d definitely rent from them again next time I’m down there!

Absolutely the most amazing trip. Mel and her team made our boarding and off boarding easy. They were helpful and kind. The overview of how to use the boat was thorough. The boat was well maintained and met all our needs. Their directions and the map was very helpful. 100% great customer service! I highly recommend them and it was great to also be able to walk over to Celebration Park afterwards for a post boating cocktail.

Fantastic day on the water. Mel was very caring and made the experience super easy. We tooled around the bay all morning and hit the island in the afternoon. Well be back to do it again.

I was referred to this company from a neighbor that says they use them every year on vacation. My family contacted them on a trip to Naples and we had the best time! The boat was clean and new they were very helpful with directions and information on the boat and a map for the boat ride. The ride thru the canal to Keywadin beach that is only accessible by boat was so peaceful. It’s so fun to see all the boats beached once you get there and there was even a food boat that we ordered shrimp on skewers from that were so delicious. The beach and water there were so clean and beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

We reserved a pontoon boat over text messages with one of the employees. Signed all the documentation and had email confirmation. Got to the site and they had rented all of the boats. Showed them all of our confirmation and didn’t even get an apology. Sitting here with two crying kids. Thanks for a great day. Would not recommend using this business. Unethical and rude.

We rented a pontoon for a full day. After lunch, the outboard motor started to hesitate a bit, so we cut our day short, and headed back to the dock. When we got back, Mel (Imelda Sanchez) offered us a FULL refund, despite the fact that we had the boat out for half the day! She and her crew went way above and beyond what we would have expected! I can’t say enough good things about this company. We will definitely rent a boat from them again! Thanks Mel!

Let me start off by saying, I’ve had one of the best experiences on the water so far going out with the Pontoon boat rental family... Finding the location is easy. Getting on and off the boat was made comfortable for young and elder.I loved the way they respect other people on the water as well as the water life.We rented a boat with a water slide that caused a lot of fun for all ages. The boats are well taken care of, clean and spacious. They always make sure you are safe and always ready to help.I highly recommend them for an unforgettable day.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Mel was amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Worked with us on booking through the end. The route guidance to the killer beach spot was so perfect. Weve done a lot of activities since moving to SoFlo over 6 years ago, and this was by far the best value. I rented from On The Pontoon Boat 2 weeks ago and had the greatest experience. Great customer service, the boat was very clean and sanitized right before we got on. John was great at showing me all of the operations of the boat and where to go in order to see dolphins! I am definitely renting from here again soon!

Would not recommend. They took a reservation for one of their pontoons for Labor Day several weeks in advance, while it was apparently being worked one. No mention when the reservation was made until my follow up a couple of days before the scheduled time. At that point no alternative etc. was offered, but instead got all attitude over the phone.

My family rented a boat for the afternoon and had a wonderful experience. We are locals, but love to rent boats from time to time. The location is easily accessible, the boat was immaculately clean and ready to go when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful in directing us where we could tour. These boats are so much fun! We rented the double decker pontoon boat with the water slide and took the family to Keeywadin Island. The island is so beautiful, great for shelling, and full of families. Its a guarantee youll see dolphins on the way! The staff is always so helpful and kind, which makes renting easy. Rented a Pontoon June 13, 2020. The entire staff and service was Amazing!!! Courteous service, extremely easy process and Phenomenal communication between both myself the renter and the management which ensure we we back on time and provide directions to the docking area if needed. The Pontoon was clean, had all the life safety jackets and a decent FM radio. The Pontoon worked outstanding and better than I expected. Calling or making reservations is highly advisable however, last minute check in’s are welcomed and appreciated by the staff. Although the Pontoon did not have a marine radio. Cell phone signals were not an issue at all. There are boat towing services available and the staff ready and available to respond as long as one keeps awareness of bowyer numbers while driving out of the rental location. Fire extinguisher provided and all life safely jacked were in great condition as well as equipment for life jackets for 10. My family all together were 5. Mel and here family were outstanding and extremely helpful in sustaining communication with the renters ensuring their wellbeing and safety were accounted for while boating. I will definitely return over and over. Great clear Pontoon especially the stupendous courtesy rendered to my family and I. They went above and beyond in customer service. Hands down, number one place to rent boats or Pontoons. Staying in touch while I was out with my family clearly demonstrated how much they care of their customers and the safety at all times. Fun family boating experience! We loved exploring Naples by water, especially all the back bay wildlife! Very friendly staff and loved the 360 Market/Celebration Park pick up point.

I totally recommend On The Pontoon Boat rental to anyone looking for a fun day out cruising the Naples channels. We rented the double decker with the slide for my friends birthday and we all had a blast! I should mention it’s not just for kids - our average age in our group was about 45!!Espen, the owner was very pleasant and quick to reply to phone calls, emails and text messages. He was very professional, yet laid back and explained things thoroughly and clearly before we headed out for the day. He had everything all set and ready to go for us well before our pick up time (9 am) and even had the boat wiped down. The boat was in excellent condition and very clean. And the location where the boat is docked was very convenient. The Three 60 Market was open where you can pick up coffee and breakfast sandwiches to go! As well as the Celebration Park being located across the canal with Food truck options for your return.We will absolutely plan to rent this boat again. So fun!

Great time and location! The staff was super helpful when we called and had a minor issue with their new boat. The location is great for after the water grabbing a drink and something to eat at 360 market or the food trucks. If you go down to the keewaydin and beach the boat, there is a strong current that is fun to play in. I recommend on the pontoon boat to anyone looking for a day of fun and sun in the Naples area!
