Customer service amazing. Cristian was a great help, with guiding us on where to go along with having the boat nice and clean for when we arrived. Did not have boater license and Cristian was able to assist with making sure we knew exactly how to drive it. My family and i had a wonderful time and will definitely be renting again!

Cristian was an amazing help. We have rented several times from port o call. We take the boat out to keewayden island and to lunch. My husband is very grateful for cristian helping him feel comfortable driving the boat. My children always have a wonderful time and the boat is extremely clean when we arrive. Cristian also helps with loading the boat as well.

We had rented a tritoon with a 115 hp motor, when we got out of the no wake zone and opened it up, we were only able to get up to 15 mph. We called the rental number and they told us that was the maximum speed. We were passed by every boat and another pontoon with a 70 hp. Our activities were limited due to the slow speeds and how long it took for us to get to places. Two of the seats were held together with 1 screw. The boat was also making a loud weird noise and was extremely difficult to steer. We expected better for the amount of money.

Apparently the same pontoon boat that was reviewed 2 weeks ago & not working properly was given to our party today & same issue, couldn’t get past 12rpm, we were passed by every other pontoon boat, This was my husbands birthday very disappointed- gates were broken, no radio, no depth finder, dirty baby life jacket. Was told party island 1hr away, due to slow speed it took 1hr 40 min each way leaving no time to swim, get lunch, drinks or ice cream at party island. Thought we were running out of gas took so long. Pontoons need an overhaul & only 2 cup holders for party of 8.Please arrive 30 min before your reservations to carefully inspect boat condition & performanceThe next day Jenny at Port O Call took care of the problem with our reservation

We were looking for a nice day ride solo on a boat. This place was perfect!Very quick set-up. It only took 10 minutes from the time we arrived until we were out on our own.Mike was a great help getting us started.

Horrible instruction, extremely poor customer service and safety instruction

Awesome service, the guys were great and knowledgeable. Even got an unexpected discount due to us staying at a certain hotel nearby. And this was on top of them giving us a bigger boat as the smaller one we booked was out of service. Prices are fair, especially when compared to some of the places in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area. Definitely coming back.

Rented a boat to go deep sea fishing. Caught a good bit. The guys have awesome spot to go fishing about 15 miles out. Relaxing and awesome crew.

Boats are good. But when paying be careful, you don’t pay the exact refill of tank ( approx .... gallons and that’s mostly a bad deal) and they want to charge 15-25% tip to the whole amount.... that’s not fair!

Terrible experience. Youre sent to an island and back with nothing but trees on either side for 90 minutes to and from. The island is nothing special and the same thing can be said for the owner Mike. Way better options in Naples and not worth the $400 for full day rental. You get what you pay for

Overpriced and wanted to take $200 extra after one hour of jet ski usage claiming some scratching that was already there! Unpleasant service as if doing you a favour charging $150 for an hour!! Not recommended.

Recently took a Jet Ski out to Keewaydin also known as shell island!Had lunch there, then made a circle around Keewaydin taking the gulf home for my return trip! Had a wonderful time!

One of the best places to rent a boat or jetski in Naples! If you dont have a boating license you can take a 25 question quiz right on the spot (booklet provided to help you answer the questions). If you pass you then receive a temporary 12 month boating license good in all of Florida.We rented two jetskis which were brand new. They were very easy to operate. The rates are very good and they often have discounts on their website. Karen helped us book our reservation and walked us through the operation of the jetskis. She was very pleasant and helpful!I highly recommended the experience. We had a blast and cant wait to go again!

We rented a boat for 4 hours. 4 people. None of us has a boat license. Good instruction, great tips. We had a great tour. Have seen dolphins and manatees. Everything went great. Will we do it again next time?

Well I liked it, the boats are not luxurious but they are comfortable for up to 12 people. Ideal to spend a different day at the beach. Recommended. They are not yachts or luxurious, but they are super good to go with the family and enjoy.

As the jet skiing is I can not rate, however, the receptionist has received us so rude and had no desire to answer any questions approximately meaningful, that we have decided to rent the jet ski where else.In addition, the fuel is not inclusive, an approximate information whether we with $ 10 or $ 100 expected us the friendliness in person only after three times demand Pampig.You also have to note that you need half an hour to the sea and back.
