I love massages, but this time I had a terrible back pain for the last two days. I was so in pain I had to leave work early, but I’m so happy I found this place and was able to do a same day appointment.As it was a last minute appointment, I got there at the exact time of my appointment, but the front desk girl went through all the questions very fast, so I could go to my appointment without losing much time in this process.Well, It was time for my massage and I couldn’t be more happy that I selected JORGE for this. As soon as he touched me I knew he knew what he was doing. I’ve had this pain in the past, and after visiting a specialist it might take days to get the pain go away, but this time the pain completely disappeared in the same day. I was able to sleep again that night. He located exactly where the origin of the pain was coming from and focused on that.Jorge also speaks Spanish. Si, Jorge habla español. El poder tener a alguien que puedas entender en tu idioma de origen es siempre un plus.This is the longest review I have ever written, but I believe when someone do a good job, and go above and beyond your expectations we should recognize them. Poor communication, Ive had 4 massages in a row cancelled/rescheduled. 2 of them happened same day. I would switch to massage heights. Lower monthly cost and better quality! :)
Had a facial with maydelis, just to let you know I have very sensitive and acne prone skin. This isn’t my first time getting a facial and I would have to say this is the worst one I’ve ever had, she wasn’t even trying, basically slapped the products on my face, and when we got on the exfoliation, it felt like she was ripping my skin off, my skin felt like it was burning and she picked at my pimples until they felt like they were bleeding, very overall displeasing and very disappointing.

Ive been going to this location for about three months now and I love it. The place is just so welcoming, from the front desk girls always having a warm welcome on their face to the therapist making sure my needs are always met. The location is always clean and well taken care of. They always just have good vibes and a lot of positivity.
I’ve been to three different Massage Envy’s, and nothing has quite been like my Naples location. They recently switched over management and boy oh boy it does show. The customer service is beyond amazing, and they genuinely do pour love into their customers. I’ve been getting facials done by Melissa, and I am hooked. Not only is she sweet with fantastic bedside manners, but she is ridiculously knowledgeable in her field, which surprisingly can be hard to find with estheticians nowadays.On my last visit, I needed a product that they didnt have in stock. They made it their duty to find some and drop it off to my house that same day. Need I mind you I live 40 minutes away. Do you see what I mean, amazing customer service? I was in for a massage a few days ago and i have to tell you that Eli, Wendy and Gina were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and very professional As for the manager Craig he was absolutely amazing so friendly and very handsome. I had the best massage but i unfortunately dont remember their name but the front desk made the best impression on me i wont forget that. I have received massages from several of the therapists at the location and each one is truly excellent. The staff and the manager of the clinic, Craig are incredible. Craig pays special attention to making sure all of the clients receive excellent service. He has gone over an above on several occasions to take care of my family. I have recommended several other people to Massage Envy and all of them have joined their program as well !

Had my first massage of my life here with Gayan, and it was great. He was very professional and I felt comfortable throughout the entire massage. Pressure was great. Didnt have a problem with the front desk, as others have mentioned. They were very accommodating. Hassle-free online booking is great as well, I booked the massage just a few hours prior to my appointment.

I took a chance and went to my first massage envy, and it didn’t disappoint. I had injured my shoulder working out, and she knew exactly what to do. My massage therapist asked questions and made sure she wasn’t hurting me during the massage. I would recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I highly recommend everyone get their services with her and become a regular before she gets booked up like Miami and you have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment like I did, her hands are magical you won’t regret it.

This location has extremely poor customer service.Training on systems and handling client information is imperative as I was charged an additional $120 and received no return call when I expressed this situation.Upon calling and speaking to two different members of staff, no one was able to assist or even offered a solution.The solution was just to allow this additional charge because it was easier than resolving the complaint.I am still disputing this charge one week later.Save your time and money and drive to another location.

I called for a 50 min massage. When I checked in the desk staff said nothing about the length of the massage. I had said several times 50 minute massage on the phone while booking the same day appointment. The young lady on the phone was difficult to understand so I kept repeating my request for a 50 minute massage. The massage was mediocre at best and the massage therapist played with my hair, tapped on my back and put in a hot towel which seemed very odd and a waste of time. When I came out it was 1 1/2 hr later and they demanded I pay for the extra half hour. I called and talked to the managers, but they did not care what had transpired. The Massage Envy in Kansas City on the Plaza is very good. These people provided a poor massage, worse communication and an “I don’t care” attitude. As someone who plans on an every other week massage for the 5-6 months I’m in FL, I would never return to this Massage Envy on naples Boulevard near Costco.

Called this morning to book a same day appointment, they had one left for an hour Swedish Massage at 11:30.I arrive, fill out the paperwork, in the room by 11:31. Massage starts at like 11:34, I checked the time.They assign me to Fabiana, shes great. She uses deep pressure and really focused on my problem area (neck and shoulders).Only issue I had: an hour is 60 minutes. She stopped at 12:20. So I received more like 45 minutes not an hour. As Im getting ready, she knocks on the door and rushes me out the room apologizing because another client is waiting. So, I guess Im not a client? I also walk past another empty room on my way out.Now, maybe this is my issue, because Ive been to wonderful spas, but after my massage Ive always been told to relax and dress at my leisure. To even take a little nap if I wanted. Those experiences also cost way more than Massage Envy.So, maybe its like a you get what you pay for sort of experience? Not the highest price point, but you also lose out on some of the bells and whistles (full hour, patient providers, more relaxing serene environment).
My review and word of mouth advice is that Massage Envy is a great value and the therapists are competent. I thought the move to the newer location might not be better--but the location is easily accessed & I was pleasantly surprised to experience the quality of the newer therapists. The desk staff is very efficient and the phone is answered almost all the time--seldom do I get the recording. Good job.
If I could give the administration and management for the Naples Massage Envy a minus-star I would. The massages are fine.During the time of my membership of one year, due to front desk error, I lost 1.5 hours of massage time. After I cancelled my membership I called and talked to someone at the front desk about the length of time after my cancellation to complete the massages I had paid for. I was told December.. When I called to make my appt today, November 24, I was told I only had until November 6 to complete my massages and therefore they were lost. Although I had been told one thing by an employee at the desk Mark the manager, read from my contract indicating I was too late. The contracts are confusing with a variety of dates of when you can cancel and date parakeets and so forth which is why I called the front desk to clarify so I wouldnt make a mistake. I would live by my error if I had figured it out on my own and it was wrong, but Massage Envy is not living with its mistake.Very disappointed - would never recommend them.I just read another post with a similar complaint. This person is going to contact their credit card company. Good idea Im going to do the same.

Absolutely will not come back here! At first the customer service was excellent until I paid at time of service and then they still charged my card. Now here we are almost a week later and still no resolution. And the Assistant Manager Steve was incredibly rude as this was my fault. And they want people to buy memberships! No thank you!!!!

I had a terribly sore neck and shoulders from an insane amount of physical work in preparing for hurricane Matthew when I arrive here to have Angelique take care of me. I left almost back to normal. She is an excellent therapist and her intuitive sense was just what my neck needed.
AVOID USING THIS SERVICE. Signed up for the monthly package years ago, the service is mediocre at best. A lot of disorganization, and the quality of the massages are not good at all. We have tried to cancel the service 3 times. Filed all the paper work and they CONTINUE BILLING US $65 a month no matter what we do. 10 phone calls, emails, customer service, they all tell us the same thing, its cancelled, nothing left to do. We have been given the run around, told so many lies. How does a business run like this?? If I could give less than one star I would.
This is the worst place to have a massage. Not only do the providers have no clue as to what they are doing, the management is horrible. Finally after many poor visits, I decided to cancel my membership, they promptly sent the form, I filled it out and returned it the same day. Of course, they never responded... I finally called and they stated that since I cancelled on 9/25 and they have a 10 day processing time, it went into October and so they felt they could charge the monthly fee for November!!! I called my credit card company and of course they are reversing the charges. Do not go here!!!
I didnt receive a confirmation call prior to my massage, I called to confirm 2 appointments, and they said both appointments were in their system. When me and my boyfriend came to this location at the scheduled time, and they said they only had one appointment scheduled in the system. We agreed to come back at a later time the same day, and I had the worst massage of my life. Not at all was this the relaxing appointment that I had looked forward to.

I have been an active member of Massage Envy (Naples, FL) for over 6 months. Initially hesitant to invest in a spa chain, my experience has exceeded my expectations. Each visit begins with a friendly greeting by front desk staff. Denise (manager) is ever present and is always prepared to address any questions and/or concerns. Massage therapists (Shannon & Patricia) are extremely knowledgable of human anatomy and approach each session with care. I have recommended this location and will continue to do so!

This was by far the worst massage I have Ever had, an I have had some mediocre experiences, and it was the worse customer service experience I have had with Massage Envy as well as my experience with two of their locations out of many at the front desk due to training have been a Miss to say the least, as I have been to several of their locations around the country. I will say that I tried extremely hard in my way to explain the pressure was not there through this massage... as I went in for 90 minutes on the clock it was more like 10. This is the first time I have reviewed anything, I can say she honestly took a drink of water and did not massage while she talked more than anything, a lot of talking, and paused more than I could keep track of and could hear her phone and just held on to my head like she was cradling a little baby bird, seriously there was no massage and all along while very little massage the first 30 minutes I can say did not happen with a massage. I did explain she could take the pressure up a notch... and I did not want or ask for deep tissue and we spoke about that, but instead I got a very limp handshake is the best way to describe throughout my entire experience unless it was a stretching motion that naturally felt good cause I was incredibly tight. I am just someone who hates to complain, I did at the end after they wanted to charge me full price but I dont like to risk a persons job in any way.Now I have had a wonderful experience in the past with the therapist at another location but still terrible with the front desk in location but, this was a homerun in the they missed the mark on every level. It was Horrible.At the end tried to charge me full price and long story short, I would never go back or recommend anyone to go there as they also ended up, thank you for their acknowledgment their training is the issue, but the Massage too was horrible.Therapist asked me how it was going after my many request/ comments as I know the feedback is important but Massage did not change and then I just gave up, I must mention after making several request for more pressure and did not get that, I did not complain... I went there last minute to Relax--- which I did not get what-so-ever! And then wanted to charge me full price for 90 minutes when I got a 10 minute stretch at best! And I have a background in the industry with the neck and back support.The staff sat at the front desk and spoke about their personal issues, momma drama, were extremely unprofessional and it was obvious that the client was not a priority, and quoted me the wrong price--- even if they are New which the rep at the desks the end said that is an issue, then you all need to have better training manuals in place an a trainer present for every interaction with your clients... as that is why I had error at the last Massage Envy I went to. Its an issue with your training, not the trainee, this seems to be a major issue with this franchise!!! I would give it no star if I could

Ive been a member with massage envy for the past months, my massage therapist is great and I enjoy coming in there just for him he helps me out so much. But Im very disappointed walking in, its hard to be acknowledged when everyone is sitting behind the desk and all you can see is their heads, this is a service industry and wellness spa I believe as a customer we should be acknowledged. Its insulting when I see a couple of the employees chewing food behind the desk. That should not be allowed especially when they are the first person you see when you walk in. There is also an older woman that works there that acts fake, it is noticeable so I try to her avoid her when Im checking out. I feel bad complaining but something needs to be corrected with the front because I will not continue being a member if these things dont change, theres many other places to join.
Utilized deep tissue massage services of another ME FL location last year and was an awesome experience largely because I was able to early on engage a highly skilled person. Have had many massages over the years regularly. Its always always about finding the right person. I will be heading to Naples for the Winter shortly and intend moving there next year. I will do some research of my own for this location and more than likely give it a shot. Only concern is seems to be a thread of complaints toward management/customer service. No excuse for either side to endure rude unprofessional people. Worth a shot. Ill let you know.

I went in yesterday for a massage and enjoyed it very much. However, I have a horrible knot near my shoulder blade and was hoping the masseur focus primarily on that area. I filled out paperwork that allowed me to write down and check off the areas in which I wanted to be massaged and did not. I wrote and verbally stated that I did not want to be massaged on the head, scalp, arms, pecs, glutes, at all; to focus on Neck and Back, but the masseur gave me a full body massage which seemed like a routine rather than a personalized massage to work out a problem area. Only about 5/50 minutes were focused on my huge knot by my shoulder blade. An equal amount of time was spent on the areas in which I stated I did not want to be massaged.Nonetheless, the staff was very nice and the massage was enjoyable.

The secret to a successful experience with any Massage Envy location is getting a good masseuse. So if you are planing to book an appointment at this location. I strongly recommend you request Yulier. I have had many massages at more expensive spas and health clubs and Yulier is about as good as they get.
Ive had two big problems with Massage Envy in Naples: First is that the therapists Ive seen do not have enough experience to understand how to work through muscle knots or common stress points (like shoulders, lower back, etc.) Often I get a light touch massage with some rough patches, and they call it deep tissue. Having had spa services before, Massage Envy was disappointing.The second issue is far more troublesome. If you dont use all your massages and you call to cancel, you have 30 days to use them (or you lose them). Thats insane. They try to mitigate it by suspending payment for three months, allowing you to catch up... then youre supposed to cancel. Im so disappointed in their lack of customer service.I would not recommend signing up for any program. If you do want a one-time massage, understand that you may or may not get a good therapist.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!I called to ask if the massages would be able to help an out of alignment neck. The girl I spoke to sounded very unsure. She said umm I think so, yea it should help probably but Im not sure. She didnt verify with anyone, but she sounded sweet and since Ive been there before I let that slide. She told me i could get in at 6pm the next day which I wrote down on my planner when I was on the phone with her. I planned my work day around that time because I live farther away. I showed up 10 minutes before my 6:00 appt and the 2 women said that my appt was at 7. I said the girl I talked to said it was at 6 and I cant wait around for an hour as I have other plans so I will have to cancel. The girl at the front said rudely well now that creates a problem because its within the hour and then she proceeds to tell me that Im going to get charged half for canceling. The is extremely wrong because the girl told me a 6:00 appt so because she entered it wrong or told me wrong, Im going to be charged for showing up early for my appt I thought I had???? She asked if I wanted to use prepaid to cover it. I dont know if they were looking up someone else but I am not a member and I do not have anything prepaid. She told me half would be $34 and I said Im not ok with that and walked out. Later to find out they charged me $47.50. Not only that but after I left, I got a call at 6:04pm from the front desk saying they have an opening if I wanted to come back? (It was probably my appt they had originally that canceled) Im not turning around for an appt I thought I had, but they said I didnt. And now they are saying they have a spot open after Im already on my way back home and hour away??? This is extremely horrible customer service. I am not ok with them charging me half price (actually more than they said) for their mess up. I wrote them 4 emails with them only responding once saying they will offer me an introductory rate for 90 monutes... so not only do they charge me more than they quoted in the first place for a service that didnt take place on THEIR screw up but they want me to come in and pay MORE money. They also said that a general manager would be able to handle it the next day. That day came and went without any response and I even said email is the best way to reach me because I work long hours and cant answer the phone especially at work! I have received no response. I cant believe you have people like this working for a company I thought was reputable. I am extremely disappointed and I will never be back. What a joke!
As a member I was very disappointed, the manager was rude and not accommodating at all. This was surprising, as Ive had a good relationship with the one in East Providence, RI. Avoid this place, and save yourself a lot of grief.

LOVE this place. I have been to lots of massage places in the last 25 years, some very expensive and a couple of other Massage Envys. None compares with this location - Nic is the BEST masseuse I have ever had. Travis (boo hoo, he is leaving) is the best facialist I have been to. Their staff is always friendly, everything is clean and I have never had a bad experience after over 4 years of membership. My sister loves Nic and Travis, my personal trainer loves Nic, my neighbor loves Nic, etc. We are always raving about this location - quite different from the other Massage Envys we have visited elsewhere. Keep it up!

Horribly Incompetent booking appointments. While traveling down to Naples to spend time with family I booked a couples massage for me and my wife. The man at the front desk offered me a 8:30am appointment. I got up early while on vacation to get to the appointment, when we arrived at 8:20am I was told that the appointment was for 8:00am. The front desk was very rude and condescending telling me that I made the mistake and it was not their fault. Their solution was for me to have a 1/2 hour massage. We travel all over the country and use Massage Envy for about 3 years now and have never had a problem until now. I would not recommend this location and would suggest traveling a little further to another location. Thanks for upsetting my vacation and wasting my time.

I dont know where to start! I am visiting Naples, FL for a month and am a very happy member of the Massage Envy franchise for two years. I decided to get a massage at the local Massage Envy in Naples and called to make an appt. I told the operator that I needed a deep tissue massage and that I was a member. He asked me for my name and told me he cant find me in the computer. Am I under any other name? I gave him another name. No, he cant find me. I call my local Massage Envy and ask if I am in the computer and they say of course I am. After some back and forth, the appt. was made for 1:00 with a therapist named Rodney and I asked how experienced he was and he said he has 21 years of experience and is working with them for 5 years and he is great! I arrive at the allotted time, fill out the paperwork and again mention that I am very particular about my massage and it must be deep tissue, the stronger the better. The man behind the desk told me that he is just as fussy as I am and he uses him because he is so experienced. Im psyched! I sit in the waiting room and everyone is called and then my name is called by this masseur and he is a midget. Now, please understand, I am not prejudiced by nature and all I wanted was a deep tissue massage so after my initial shock at his appearance (since no one forewarned me which, had they done so, I wouldnt be in the position I am in now where they are trying to blame me), I proceed to the massage room and undress and after 10 minutes, it is clear to me that, not only is he not an expert in deep tissue, but he clearly does not have 21 years of experience. I dont get a massage to be pet like a dog. I am a member for a reason - DEEP TISSUE! After 10 minutes, I stopped the massage and asked for the manager. He entered the room and I was incensed at this point and I asked him in a not too happy way Are you kidding me?! He apologized and said he would reschedule another appt. with another therapist who is great for tomorrow because none were available that day. Not wanting to be difficult, I agreed. He said he would make it up to me. By the time I got back to my hotel room, there was a call from a Michele, who identified herself as another manager and told me she cancelled my appt. and that I am not a fit for her salon. I cannot find it within me to call her and ruin the vacation I came for so I will not call her because I know she will turn it around. I gotta tell you, I have repeated this story about 20 times since yesterday and everyone I speak to has the same reaction. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional and rude. Not all Massage Envy places are like this. I have been to several and they are wonderful.
I am a massage connoisseur. I was going from one massage parlor to another looking for those high quality massages that Los Angeles had offered and it took me 8 months to find Silvina. I am accustomed to the massages that heal me. Most massage therapist do not know what they are doing. I am used to Asian massages where the right flow on energy is combined with the right amount of pressure and working on the knots. Silvina is the star. Immediately she understood what I want. This was the first massage therapist in Florida (and I have been to Miami and Boca Raton spas), who knew hoI had wings! She was able to get to every single of my tight knotsI finally found a true professional. I am a loyal customer! I cant wait to schedule an appointment with her again! Silvina is a true healer

The problem is in the management staff. They dont take care of their employees or clients the way they should. Very unprofessional and sarcastic.
