Great service and clean. The person working wasnt wearing a mask and didnt sanitize in between customers either. He kinda stale first but when we started talking to another couple he opened up a became more friendly.

4.5 stars to be exact. 1/2 star reduction for no A/C in the shop, and slow process to return truck. Otherwise Mr Kwik U-Haul was convenient, truck was clean and operated easily. Check-in btw was smooth with on-line check in.

Im not generally bothered by rude service, but the older gentleman we met this morning went above and beyond to earn this 1-star review. He didnt want to be there, which I can understand, but there was no reason to take it out on us in the few minutes we were there.

We walked in and the owner told us we needed to step out. I understand this was because of covid and there was another client inside but he could have been nicer about it. There were no signs stating the people limit. He acted like he was doing us a favor and like he wasnt happy about the business he was running. Wont be renting uhaul from here again.

Talk about the worst experience EVER. I have never rented a truck before, I had to move some furniture for my grandma. I told the man behind the counter this and let me say; First off, the guy behind the counter has no customer experience or just is waiting for his life to end. You can clearly tell he has no intention of helping anyone. It took him 10 minutes to ask us if the reservation could be under another name AFTER I gave him my confirmation #.. I also asked several times if it could be under another name BEFORE I had to wait. He did not explain anything or make the experience any easier for anyone. I feel the website is partially to blame because clearly he was struggling to use it and that may explain his demeanor. Regardless I feel if I had a helpful employee things would have gone a lot easier.

An old man works here, he was very naughty, he behaved ugly and spoke vulgarly, I wanted to record our conversation in order to sue him.I didnt want to go down to his levelZero quality, zero service, vulgar communication

Phenomenally rude service. Honestly the worst Ive ever experienced. Needed to rent a U-Haul van and was using the buggy app. The gentleman behind the counter not only refused to help whatsoever, but insulted me as well, in various ways. Almost thought I was in a covert social experiment meant to see customers reactions to the epic rudeness. But no such luck; Mr. Kwiks is seemingly just a really sour person, sick of himself and life itself.

I have NO IDEA what these other reviewers are talking about; these guys were REALLY nice, uber-professional, and made the process easy and FAST. I made my reservation online and when I went to pick it up, I was in & out in THREE MINUTES. No joke. I was so happy with them that Im going back to rent another truck from them, only five days after my first rental.Great place, nice people, excellent service. There was no tomfoolery with the charges whatsoever (as has been my experience with other truck/van rental outlets) and everything was smooth like buttah.

I had a great experience renting a UHaul from Mister Kwik’s! The check in process was fast, the truck was ready, and the owner was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Mister Kwik’s.

Have used them multiple times. Always friendly and courteous, and my truck has been up front with keys in it, ready to roll.

The truck would not start, needed to call roadside assistance. The dealer at this location was very rude and not helpful in any way.
