Jeff really took care of the details of selling my 1.5 acre of land. The moment we brought him on, he hired a aerial photographer using a drone for an awesome view of the area that he posted to real estate selling sites, he talked with local builders in the area and the city for any upcoming improvements. The advertising brought in several inquiries, which he was able to filter out and talk with me on actual serious buyers.
