Dont even think to rent or lease from this guys they will rip you off!!! we renting a office and we have main pipe wich is old and got froze because of the cold and Roger Chavez said that I have to find a plumber and pay out of my packet,again the main pipe under the building wich is conecting with all the offices around is bad and they want me to pay for, bad people to rent or lease from!!! stay way from them!!!
