Michele helped us find our new home. She was awesome every step of the way. I was really impressed with the amount of preparation should put in for house showings. We only had a short amount of time to look at houses, as we were coming from out of town, so we looked at about 20 in two days. Both mornings before we left to look at the houses, she gave us a booklet of all the houses we were going to see, in order, with all the information we would need to know about them. It was very impressive. She gave us walkie talkies, and as we were driving through towns she pointed out interesting landmarks, popular sites, parks, shopping centers, etc. She really knew the areas well. When we put in our offer, she made us a checklist of all the things we needed to do, and made sure we knew when they needed to be done. She set us up with a concierge who took care of setting up our utilities. She helped us find a real estate lawyer. She made buying our house a pleasant experience.
