They have the latest trendy/cute items, it’s neatly stocked, super clean and bright. But the most most important thing...the STAFF is amazing —super friendly and helpful. Definitely a Gold Star for this Dollar Tree.

Store was a mess. Lots of empty shelves. Carts in aisles full of boxes waiting to be put on shelves. A couple of boxes must have fallen, product on floor all over, store place shopping cart on angel in aisle to block people from going down aisle and stepping on merchaddise, but nobody was working to clean it up. Worst stocked dollar tree i have been to.

This particular location is in need of better management and employees. No greetings to the customers, the wait in lines are excessively long compared to other locations, with only one register open and when asked about providing more assistance we were ignored. The location is more of a convenience as far as the distance but I always have such a bad shopping experience that I would rather go to other locations much further away. I’ve tried to give the location the benefit of the doubt over a period of 6 months or more and still no change. Unfortunately this will be my last time at this location.

Not sure what happened with the move but very poor management now. Yesterday went in the middle of the day and the store doors were locked. There was no sign as to why although the lights in the store were on. Went today and waited in line for a good period of time before I was told I had to go to a different line where customers were already accumulating. There was no social distancing at all. They deserve zero stars. Wont be going back.

New location in Ogden Mall! The space seems about the same size as the other location. Wasnt too crowded at all, which is a definite plus these days. Their stock seemed normal and they already started putting out some Christmas items. Parking is good, but somewhat odd at the moment while they are doing construction to build out Costco. Great place to get cute party decorations at a good price!!

Update for 2020 - I loved Dollar Tree before and its just gotten even better! Its moved right next to the HMart and it seems much larger than it used to be. Its very clean and organized. The staff continue to be helpful and cheerful. Great deals!

Albert proudly ARGUED that he had management duties and he refused to help Travis with the heavy rush!!! Insane! Albert visibly saw Travis long line and refused to help.. Enlighten me dollar tree on customer service..is it ok to yell across the room to a customer about customer service? Regardless of it being a dollar store it still is a business that is customer service oriented. Ive been a Retail for for over 25 years., Never have I ever dealt with suppose mgmnt representing a company in such poor class and taste. Btw Im African American like Albert too..Im all about customer service and professionalism, something Albert NEEDS to adhere to. Travis showed exceptional customer service. Get it together Albert!!!

Rude cashier was extremely unhelpful at this location.

I was there to ask if I could return a broken glass that my family had bought just earlier that day. The cashier was very polite and called the manager her name was Joanna. She immediately just kept saying if I want a glass I can buy it not fully listening first to my question. And repeated, that I must buy it, and unnecessary amount of times in flustered tone, not answering my question. She is an extremely rude dollar tree employee. And I wont be going again if she is there. I have no problems paying an extra dollar for a glass however I just wondered if they would trade it in, she did not even say its store policy leaving me the impression that she based her decision purely because she had a bad day. Otherwise the other employees are super kind and have lots of great communication skills.

Great! The employees there are always very helpful. They definitely go above and beyond. I have been going here for years and the store is always well organized. Recently an employee named C helped me with a hard to find item for a couple of seniors in my building related to the Wuhan flu...She is truly a great person.

Great place to get stuff without it being over crowded. The workers are great. Their bathroom is usually not available.

Its the dollar store. No frills. No fancy. But thanks to them I have saved a buttload of money. Be aware. Google says they close at 10pm as of 1/9/21, but i was there just yesterday and their sign says 9pm.

I’ve been to many of these stores, but what got me was the great kindness that was displayed by the workers. Walked in greeted, asked if need help and when I forgot my wallet the cashier was going to pay out of pocket to help me WOW. I saw another worker give a life lesson to a young man and steer him on the right path(stop from stealing). These are the type of people that deserve and should be recognized especially with what’s going on. I think the cashier was Gloria-give her a raise.

Helpful staff and a good sized store.

I always find more than what I came for. This time I needed something they didnt have in stock and still spent over $40. The cashier was friendly but was super slow and double bagged everything. I didnt buy one thing that needed to be double bagged. The other guy working (manager?) was filling like 50 balloons for some lady, so there were like 12 people in line while she was double bagging... Lol. That situation was so poorly managed it was comical... There was a sign outside that made It look like theyre moving to another location in the mall. I hope Im right. Otherwise, there is no excuse for the bare shelves and not being properly staffed. If I read that sign wrong, I probably wont go back to that location to wait in line for 30-45 minutes. Haha. That was ridiculous lol

Every time i visit this store it is clean.The staff is always friendly.I know items are just $1 but you can find everything in that place.The manager is always helpful and friendly. I drive past another store to get to this one because of the selection and staff.

The lady Michelle was full of racism.. not even give a smile for the customers... don’t even wish/great customers... without receipt she exchanged for other race folks and not for me... baby need to be diaper changed asked for restroom keys she didn’t gave for us.. seriously we don’t like to visit this store.. the lady was so rude to other race people

I bought few holiday decorations today in the morning. I noticed at home, one is missing, even it was on the receipt. I came back to the store asking, but the manager gave me an attitude I dont have it and I dont care. She was rude, didnt even listen everything I wanted to say and left. I bought the same decoration 2nd time, because I was in rush to finish the project. It was my 1st and the last time I came to this store. Its not about the money, it cost me only $1 extra, but about the attitude the manager gave me. She didnt ask the cashier or check if it was put back on the shelf. I bought the toy for the military family there, I hope it will get to the right kid and wont disappear in the store like my decoration. I know many people, who go shopping there, I will be sharing my story with them and recommending other stores.

This Dollar Tree has a great selection of little snack foods. And Phil is always so pleasant every time we come in!

It was during the middle of the day and there was only one cashier. The manager walked by without a care in the world, while the line grew to the point to where I was 7th in line. I waited for awhile hoping he would take it upon himself to open another lane, but it didnt happen. There was a screaming child and the one and only cashier was very slow so I chose to leave .

The staff have always been friendly and helpful at this location. Average-sized store with a good selection. Its in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking.

It’s your standard dollar tree.Anytime you walk in, there’ll be one person at the cash register and it’s kind of a guessing game of whether they’ll be zero or 15 people at the check out line.Great location for last minute cards and cheap supplies, typically long wait times due to understaffing.

Greeting Cards are very nice. I really loved the Christmas Gift Bags, more emphasis on Christ. I like to have a choice in 2015 I didnt.

When youre living on a crappy paycheck, Dollar Tree is your hero. I used to get all kinds of stuff here for my apartment: cups, plates, etc. And I always buy my greeting cards from here, because they are so affordable (and people just throw them out anyway, soooo).

I purchased 7 latex balloons for a co-workers birthday for $1.00 each. One of the balloons was really wrinkled and I asked the young lady if I could pick another one. She sternly said maam, they are all the same and once I blow it up the wrinkles will disappear. She also seemed impatient when I asked for balloons that the store had on the wall didnt have in stock. As soon as I got back to the office, the balloon I wanted to replace was out of air! The next day, one of the other balloons was out of air. Needless to say, it made the decorations look terrible. I guess I got what I paid for. Needless to say, I wont go back to this Dollar Tree.

It is a very clean and quiet place and the staff is very nice but watch out because sometimes the staff will try and keep your change.
