Wonder Woman (aka Natalie) was the highlight of my daughters party! She was upbeat, engaging, and was unfailingly patient with the seemingly never ending balloon line in the muggy garage. She made this years birthday truly memorable, and I will be recommending her and Fairytale Entertainment to anyone looking for a character!

We had such a wonderful experience with the Frozen princesses. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about them since her party. They kept the kids engaged and entertained. Stayed in character the entire time. My daughter was seriously on cloud 9. It was amazing! All the parents at my party agreed it was a great time. I’m already excited to book my son’s birthday party with some superheroes 🙂 Fairytale Entertainment took the stress of keeping little ones entertained completely off of me. Wonderful company and wonderful staff!

Our experience with Fairytale Entertainment was excellent from the first phone call. The person we talked to was extremely energetic and positive, and set the stage for a wonderful experience. We had Skyler as Princess Anna come to our 4 year old daughter’s birthday party. She made it a magical experience for all of the children. She played with them, took pictures, made balloon toys, and did face painting. She was great at guiding the entertainment as well as allowing the kids to do what they wanted. I would highly recommend this service, and will likely use them again for future parties.

I booked Elmo for my son birthday party and it was such a good experience! I loved every minute of it! It was awesome! The kids loved Elmo and the entertainer Jon was great as well; was professional and entertained the kids. The kids took pictures and played games! It was well worth it! Even upon booking the character they were do responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner! I will 100% use them again!

We booked Princess Elsa for our daughter’s first birthday party. From the get go, the office staff was extremely professional, prompt, and organized. I felt very confident that the appearance we booked would go smoothly. When Skyler arrived, our expectations were actually exceeded. She arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and was ready to begin. She looked like a real princess! Our other daughter, age 3, really believed she was standing in front of Elsa! It was magical for her and the other kids as well. Her make up, wig, and costume were very well done and realistic. Skyler did an AMAZING job keeping kids aged 1-6 engaged and excited…not an easy task! They loved playing the game, getting balloon animals and the face painting. She also sang a song, and really had a beautiful voice along with kid-friendly choreography that they could follow along to. This was truly the highlight of the party! We were so glad to have booked her visit and highly recommend this her for children’s parties.

We had Spiderman come to our Grandsons 5th birthday celebration and he was great!! He was so patient and kind to all the children who attended. The kids were really engaged with him throughout the entire time he was there. I would highly recommend Fairytale Entertainment!!

We booked Kevin the Minion for our sons 4th birthday Party this past weekend and it was amazing. We had about 15 kids ranging from 10-3 and Sophie and Sydney were awesome with the kids. Highly recommend!!

When my daughter made a request for Elsa and Anna to come to her 3rd birthday I started the search and found Fairytale entertainment. I explained what I was looking for and they gave me my party options and scheduling was a breeze. On the day of my event the princesses communicated very well with there ETA. My daughter was ecstatic when she saw Queen Elsa (Emma) and Princess Anna (Sophie) walk into her back yard. They did a fantastic job of keeping the kids engaged in the activities. They both were very welcoming and kind, and really made my daughters day a special one. She was still talking about it when she woke up the next day. I would highly recommend!

I booked Ice queen the last minute since i was going to do an outdoor birthday party with a bouncy castle. But living in il means you cannot predict the weather and there was a big chance of rain during our party. I had to find plan B really fast and i called them the same day of the party! They were super responsive and told me they have availability for the ice queen. Ice queen showed and she was so fun! The girls had soo much fun and she was so entertainment for the all hour. We had Rapunzel for my daughters 4th birthday and we absolutely LOVED her. She was so sweet with all of the children and guests, kept all of the kids entertained (which for my 4 year old is very hard so we give her major props!), and was just overall so great. We could not have asked for a better company to help make our daughters day so special!

This is my second time using them to celebrate. Most recently I used them for my daughters 6th birthday. We requested Tinkerbell as it was a fairy themed party. Tinkerbell (Skyler) was AWESOME! She was great with the kids, ensuring they were all entertained. Her mannerisms were so real and convincing. My daughter was over the moon excited when she arrived. The face painting, picture taking and interaction with Tinkerbell was more than what I had hoped for. We hired a ninja warrior for my sons 7th birthday. Yasir was everything we could ask for and more. He was very professional and entertained the kids for the full hour with games, ninja fights and letting the kids chase him around. We were all impressed with his theatrics, back flips and ninja moves. I highly recommend him for your next party if you are seeking a ninja warrior!Fairytale entertainment was extremely easy to work with for booking and with any questions, etc.

Emma was the most beautiful magical Cinderella! She looked beautiful & was so fun! She played games, danced, sang, balloons ons & face painting. All the little girls were in heaven. You could tell Emma enjoys her job & was a walking Cinderella dream.

Spider-Man was amazing and the real dealWith all of the flips and jumps! My 4 year old loved him even including the teenagers and older adults. He even went through the jump house with the birthday boy and I heard my son say “The REAL Spider-Man is here!” My 6 year old who isn’t even into Spider-Man said he loved it so much he wanted him for his next birthday too! Spider-Man was attentive communicated well kept kids engaged even the littlest who had a bit of a hard time staying in one spot and paying attention! We booked Elsa the Snow Queen for my three year olds birthday party 3/21/21. When she showed up, all the girls were so surprised. They were just in awe and had a wonderful time. Emma was so good with the kids and kept them all engaged with the different activities!

Elsa came to our daughter’s 6th birthday and she was fabulous!!!! Skyler did an amazing job....she looked great, was on time, made sure every child was included and the children loved her. Today Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder came to visit my granddaughters. They were amazing and the girls had the best time. The younger one was very shy until Flynn just picked her up. There were games, singing, sword fighting, dancing and a story. The characters were well prepared and engaging. The girls will remember this forever!

Spider man did an excellent job!! The kids were super engaged and had a fabulous time! I would highly recommend him to any children’s gathering it was worth every penny.

We booked two times with this company and we LOVED IT! First time was Moana, 3 years ago, she was wonderful! This time was Ariel. Gosh, she rocked it! Her name is Skyler, she did a wonderful job. I had a great experience all the way around! Booking was super simple and the girl on the phone was amazing and so nice and explained everything in-depth. The day of the party when the Island Princess arrived on time and was so kind and she was amazing with all the kids right away got into character and made sure she interacted with all the kids including my daughter who’s birthday it was and even tho she only turned one she was holding her and included her in everything! She even stayed about 10 extra minutes blowing up balloons for the kids that popped theirs! Natalie is an amazing Island Princess! I definitely recommend this company and will definitely book with them again in the future!

Seriously AMAZING from booking to the actual characters arriving! They came for a small Halloween party & were nothing short of wonderful! We could not have asked for a better experience for our sons 10th birthday party. We went with the Nerf War Elite and we had the team set up in our backyard. Amy and Todd were very professional and amazing to work with. They even stayed for the entire party to support the two party coordinators, Geon and Yasir. These two guys were so engaging and fun for the crew of kids.They not only led the team battles but they were so funny and even showed off their acrobats! I ordered a mermaid for my daughters 3rd birthday party and it was the best decision ive ever made. This was more magical that our trip to Disney just a few weeks prior. I had a great experience from the first time I place the call to the time Spiderman show up, I was worried that Spider-Man was going too look Generic however that was not the case. He interacted with the kids from the time he showed up, what a great hit to my god son party . And he sounds just like Spider-Man. Great job.

Around 9 pm day before my daughter’s scheduled party we found out her venue would not be available. She’s about to turn 3 y/o and we were scrambling to figure out what to do. We booked the spider hero party and Spider-Man as the character. Upon arrival he was friendly, fun and was very serious about not having the kids see him until we were ready, which was exactly what we wanted. To be more of a surprise. He gave me a radio and played his music while coming in to our house like a pro!!! The kids went crazy!! He did flips, back flips, round offs, and literally scaled a tree into a back flip which was absolutely amazing!!! He occupied the kids (8) of them for a whole hour. Sword fights, had them chase them, he called it Spider-Man training and showed the kids how to do spiderman moves, played games and kept performing stunts!! The kids and us adults loved him so much. From the moment he arrived till the very end he kept us all entertained. If you want a company that is polite, inexpensive, brings the best trained and skilled characters, and makes every cent worth while I would hire Fairy Tale Entertainment in Naperville!! Excellent company/ Def will hire again and again and again!!!!

We had the most wonderful experience with this company. My husband and I booked Princess Belle last minute, and they worked with our schedule! The communication was great and easy, the princess showed up right on time. Princess Belle(Skyler) was the best she made sure all the kiddos were included and most importantly she made sure they had fun. From making them animal balloons to face painting! Batman aka Brady and Princess Jasmine aka Natalie were at the Homer Public Library and they were awesome! The kids LOVED these characters. We had over 700 visitors that evening and Batman and Jasmine stayed in character the entire time. The rapport they had with the kids was perfect! We’ve used Fairytale Entertainment for my daughter’s 2nd and 3rd Birthday party. They are amazing! Elsa and Anna stayed in character the entire time. What surprised me the most is that they could really sing. They kept the kids entertained the entire time so all we had to do was take pictures and we were able to visit with the adults. We’ve also attended the ball this past summer and it was AMAZING! My husband was not thrilled about going but once we were there he was so happy we went. Imagine your little princess surrounded by her favorite princesses and princes. If you’re looking for something MAGICAL for your kids next party or event, this is the place to call. You won’t regret it.

Spider Hero, the Incredible Giant, and a Shield Agent were the hit of my 3 year old’s superhero party. They provided an action packed experience that was entertaining for the adults and children alike. The characters were great with kids, showing patience and empathy for the kids who were initially shy or reluctant to interact with the superheroes. They really got into their characters - The Shield Agent got the kids hyped up to learn how to be superheroes and he led the activities, the Incredible Giant stomped around and breathed like Hulk, and Spider Hero did lots of jumps and splits. I wish I could post some photos. They were amazing! They were also really respectful and kind in interacting with my husband and I. I would hire them again.

The kids loved the entertainment and photo ops. The characters were professional and a great addition to our event.

This was our second year in a row using Fairytale Entertainment for our daughter’s birthday. Last year we booked the ice queen, and this year we booked Cinderella. And even during Covid it was wonderful. Cinderella was great with our daughter and her small number of friends that were around. She was also great with families who wanted her to wear a mask for pictures. What this company always reminds me is that no matter how old you are you’re always a fan of fairytales. Even the kids who weren’t interested in all the activities, they were excited about the balloon animals some of the other stuff. All in all, it was lovely to have a little bit of magic during this time. If you’re on the fence about booking a performer during this time, I would suggest you just call the company and ask them their procedures. Again, and this crazy time it was totally worth bringing some magic to our house.

We had Elsa (Devin) and Moana (Natalie) for our twins 5yr old birthday party and it was absolutely amazing! The children were in awe of them both, the party was so fun! They transitioned so well from dance, to song, activities to singing happy birthday. My girls felt so special, as did their guests. The whole process from start to finish was perfect.

Spider-Man was truly amazing! He came in and got started with the kids right away!!! He kept them entertained the full hour and paid special attention to our birthday boy. The kids peppered him with questions, and he had quick answers for all of them! He did a GREAT job!!!

Emily was AMAZING at our event! She was wonderful with the kids and was very kind from the get go. Our party venue was on a trolley and despite the constant movement and jolts, she was still actively engaging with the kids and singing beautifully. I would highly recommend her for your next party!

For the price I paid I would have expected a more professional appearance for my Elsa and Anna but my Elsa came to my daughters 4th birthday with a fully exposed hicky on her neck. I didn’t think much at the time but after numerous family and friends commented about the hicky I was upset because I chose fairytale entertainment for the awesome reviews and it wasn’t cheap getting both princesses. For a party that had over 150 people it was embarrassing having only people talking about that rather then how nice the party was. Very unprofessional for a children’s party.As a response to the company, this is no mistake or personal attack. In fact I do not want any form of refund. I’m just here to leave my honest review. I hired Anna and Elsa for my daughters 4th birthday the end of September 2019. I never called or left a complaint in the past because the damage was already done. You can not undo something like that. One of the reasons I chose your company over others was for the “great” reviews but I should have gone elsewhere. I do not recommend fairytale entertainment. Especially after how they responded to my review.

We had a zoom Birthday today with Tianna and Aurora and they did a lovely job!! They sang, danced, had a story and a princess lesson. All the little girls were mesmerized. Even though we wish it was an in person party this still felt very special!

We just had the Snow Queen (Heidi) at my child’s 4th birthday party. She was perfection! Handled a large crowd of crazy kiddos with ease and grace - just like Elsa. she made the time to make sure every child was taken care of and is excellent at balloon animals. Side note, amazing singing voice!! This is our second time using Fairytale Entertainment and I will continue to use them for years to come!!!

I just want to give a special thank you to Jon and Gabrielle my son enjoyed his birthday party he really loved the police dog. This is his 5th birthday party I’m sure he’ll never forget. Jon and Gabrielle Played games with the children, did balloons and gave my son candy and a birthday gift. I will be coming back next year for his six birthday party.

We had a birthday party for our 3 year old daughters birthday and Princess Ariel came! She was amazing! We had 12 girls and boys ages 3-7. It was crazy with all those little ones, but she was so sweet and nice to everybody! We played games, she made balloon animals and she sang happy birthday and part of your world (and her voice was beautiful)! She was engaged with all the little ones and never stopped charter! Our experience was so amazing, that I just booked Queen Elsa for my other daughters 5th birthday in January!

Princess Anna was a wonderful surprise for my 3 year old. She is still in disbelief that Princess Anna was at her birthday party. She kept all the kids engaged, danced and sang songs, and played games to keep them entertained. It was a wonderful time had by all.

We reserved princess Ariel (aka Skylar) and she did great! Did everything advertised on the website and gave my daughter a shell necklace as a gift. The kids loved the experience!

We have hired Fairytale Entertainment at my workplace on two separate occasions and both times have been absolutely magical. We first hired Spider Hero for our Summer Reading Kick-Off, and the kids were enamored. One child even approached me asking how I managed to get the real one from New York. Just a few months ago, we had a story time with Princess Bella and the response to the program was unbelievable. Bella was lovely and wonderful; she wowed both the children and their parents. Many parents and grandparents came up to me weeks after the program saying how much their children/grandchildren loved her and couldnt stop talking about her. Were booking with them again for a Pirate Party this September. Pricing is very reasonable and the customer service representatives are always cheerful and extremely helpful. Our staff and patrons are always more than pleased with their service. I couldnt recommend Fairytale Entertainment enough.

If you have been looking to invite a character to your kids birthday party or any event. THIS IS IT! It was soo hard to find a trustworthy business, because I didnt really know what the actor/actress will be like, but I am genuinely glad I took a chance on Fairytale Entertainment.We hired an Elsa to come to my 7 year old daughters birthday. It was a little pricey, but the smile on my daughters face was worth every penny! She truly believed the REAL Elsa came to her party. She even asked me if she can go with her to Arendelle lol..But anyway, I felt so bad for Elsa because temp was extremely hot, and it was loud because our family was playing with fireworks. (4th of July Birthday Party), but she handled everything with such grace like a true queen! Very professional. She never broke out of character. Also we didnt have alot of kids at the party but Elsa managed to entertain ALL of my daughters teenage cousins ages 12-21 lol Amazing!I look forward to hiring again in the future!Meeting Elsa was literally my daughters dream, and today it came true! THANK YOU SO MUCH ELSA!

Heidi (Elsa) was absolutely wonderful! She exceeded all expectations, and she was able to hold the attention of 20 three-year-old kids with songs, games, and a story. She was punctual, and she gave my daughter all of her attention while making sure to include all of the other kids at the party. It truly was a special moment for my daughter, and I highly recommend Fairytale Entertainment to anyone who is interested.

I hired 3 characters to come to a Carnival that I was hosting for pediatric patients in the hospital. I cannot put into adequate words how wonderful these characters were. They were incredibly engaging with the kids and did not need any direction from myself (thus decreasing my stress at the event). It was so heart-warming for me to watch the kids light up with the characters. They sang, danced, played carnival games, hugged, and took pictures with the kids. Elsa even sang Let it Go and Spiderman did a back-flip!! It was incredible. I cannot recommend this company enough!! We will definitely be hiring them every year for the Carnival.

Fairytale Entertainment was absolutely amazing from our very first phone call to them all the way through the very end when the Snow Queen left the party. The customer service representatives went above and beyond. They answered every question we had, and everything was exactly as they said it was going to be. The Snow Queen (Rachel) was beyond friendly and very talented. She was on point with every answer she gave to the questions the kids were asking. No hesitation. She kept their attention and things flowed smoothly and naturally from one thing to the next. This is a well-oiled machine and I cannot recommend them enough. Completely worth it and highly recommended. I’d give them ten stars if I could. I wish we could get this level of service everywhere.

We recently went to a party where they had Ariel as the character. And she was amazing! She played, painted kids faces, danced and sing with the kids and they loved it. My daughter was very happy that we now have decided to booked our next event with Fairytale Entertainment as well.

My office recently hosted an event for children. We had Mary Poppins and the Grinch. They were amazing! They were on time, personable, respectful, and the costumes were perfect! Heidi was our Mary Poppins and she was probably the best character weve ever. Weve tried other companies but will continue to use this one. Heidi was very entertaining and did not break character the entire 4 hours she was with us. She danced and sang and kept everyone amused. Shes very talented and I highly recommend her!

These ladies made my daughters birthday party a wonderfully magical event! Heidi (Elsa) and Cora (Anna) had my little one and her friends completely enthralled. Each were the pinnacle of kindness, sensitivity, and professionalism! Thank you, ladies!!

I had the teen pop star yesterday for my daughter’s birthday. And It was totally worth every penny spend! They loved her and all game and everything was just beyond amazing! I will be having them on my next party for sure.

We had Elsa (Dana) come out to celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday. She was prompt friendly and the kids loved her! Everyone was talking about it all night how incredible she was. The company from start to finish was wonderful to work with and very reasonably priced. I strongly recommend using fairytale entertainment for all your party needs.

I had Heidi come as Sleeping Beauty to my daughters 3rd birthday party last week and she was absolutely amazing! All the kids, especially my birthday girl was super ecstatic and entertained! It was well worth the money!

Heidi is fantastic!!! She was our “Minnie Mouse” for our daughters 2nd birthday and she brought so much joy and fun to the party! Our kiddos and our guests will be talking about it for a very long time!!!! Her Mickey and Minnie voices were spot on! Loved every minute!

We were guests at the RE/MAX Christmas party in Naperville today. They had hired the Grinch and Mary Poppins (maybe Santa too) from Fairytale Entertainment and they were absolutely excellent! Heidi sang and both she and the Grinch danced. The children loved it!! Great job.

Eric was amazing and made me a customer for life! I will be doing this for all my kids parties! Great entrance great games great energy and really funny. It couldn’t of have went any better. He calmed my boy down when he was upset too. Give this guy a raise!!!!!!!

I cant say enough good things about our visit from Snow White today! My daughter, who was turning 5, and all her friends had so much fun with her. Snow White (Jenny) was so sweet, patient, and entertaining with the kids. They had a great time getting treats from her and having her make a balloon animal for each of them. She posed for pictures with the kids too! Booking was so easy and Snow White arrived right on time and was totally engaged with the kids for the entire visit. I would definitely recommend using Fairytale Entertainment for your next character appearance. (Especially Snow White!)

We had Rapunzel and Jasmine at my daughter Scarlett’s 4th birthday party yesterday and omg I was blown away from their performance! They kept me smiling the whole time that it made my cheeks hurt (in a good way!) My daughter and the kids were entertained the whole time. The kids and the adults were very happy with the outcome of this day :) I cant thank you guys enough on how happy you all made us! Things got tangled when the beautiful princesses arrived but it was a whole new world 🙌🏼✨💜

We got Batman hero for our sons 3rd and 4th Birthday party. On Sunday. One of the best decisions we made. It is a little pricey. But worth every cent. He made my party wonderful. Everyone was so shocked at how well he did. My sons really felt like they met their favorite hero.

We had Spider-Man (Eric Healy) for our sons 4th birthday and loved him. He was very engaging with the kids and was the talk of the party. He did a standing back flip, made balloon swords and many fun games and activities. My favorite part was how compassionate he was with the kids.

Emrosa was amazing as Elsa. We weren’t sure if our 2 year old was going to be excited or afraid but she loved “Elsa”. She followed her around and sang and danced with her. Emrosa did a great job in including all the kids...including the boys! Thank you for making our daughters birthday a success!

We’ve hired from a couple different companies before and this one was hands down the best... they surpassed my expectations... it was a fairytale for sure and I was on cloud nine watching my children have the birthday party of their lives... we hired two performers (Spider-Man and princess Ariel) for my children’s party (daughter and son) and it was soo perfect even with the bad weather they were on time and made it completely magical!!!! I will def be recommending them to everyone I know and will be using them for all our future parties!! I cannot day enough good things about them!!

We had a Frog Princess party and oh my gosh! Princess Tiana was gorgeous and the little girls were screaming with excitement! So much fun! Highly recommend Fairytale Entertainment!

We booked Moana (Maya) for my daughters 4th birthday. She was awesome! My daughter and the the little girls had so much fun! She made balloon flowers, played games, read them a story, sang happy birthday, and took tons of pictures! I have a German Shepard dog that came up and licked her face and she was so gracious about it and stayed in character! She said this must be Maui! Maya also had such a beautiful voice when they sang songs from the movie. All of the adults at the party couldnt stop talking about her voice! When she was ready to leave she gave my daughter a little necklace and told her to stay true to her heart. I was in tears! Maya and fairytale entertainment really made my daughters party a great party! Thank you Maya and Isadora!

Ill admit, I was super skeptical about this type of party. I had no idea what to expect and wasnt sure about spending the money. From the second Elsa and Anna (Brooke and Tess) walked through the door the kids were mesmerized. We are so glad we hired them for our daughters 3rd and 6th birthday party. They sang, played games, did balloon animals and facepainting. I was very impressed when we had an upset child because he didnt get a chance to win the game they played, they took the time to play another round for him so he could feel accomplished too. The kids were all entertained the entire time they were there until the moment they walked out the door. My absolute favorite part was when they gave my girls a special present. I almost cried it was so special. My girls will cherish the ring and bracelet they each got from their favorite princesses. Thank you Fairytale Entertainment for an unforgettable birthday party!
