Yesterday was my first appointment at Salon Fluxx, and all I can say is what a wonderful experience it was! I got my hair cut by Rachel, and she captured the style I wanted EXACTLY. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair. I felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time. I then got my hair colored (for the first time ever) by Kay. She made me feel so pampered and comfortable. She walked me through the entire process and gave me the color that Ive always wanted. My hair was dry and damaged when I came in, and after Kay gave me a hair treatment I left with the softest hair ever. I literally cant stop running my fingers through it. If you are thinking about getting your hair done, I can say with 100% confidence GO SEE RACHEL AND KAY!

First time here, had a great haircut with Rachel. She was very personable and thorough with the cut. Happy with the cut and the feel of the place I scheduled highlights with Damara. I wasnt sure exactly what would look good, she did help me out and was very nice but in the end the color I showed her was definitely not the color I ended up with. She kept saying that she gave me what I asked for but obviously it wasnt what I was looking for. Seemed to me she was busy with more clients and couldnt give me the attention my hair required. In the end she toned it down and I basially looked like I hadnt done anything to my hair. 1 month later I can see the orange brassy highlights again. I would definitely go back and get another haircut but I dont think I would trust them with color again.

Had the best experience at this salon! After a botched diy highlight job I needed HELP, Diana knew exactly what to do and made me feel so comfortable. The manager is so kind too! I’m so happy to have found the salon and will be going back.

I visited Salon Fluxx yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Damara, who was exceptional! I walked in feeling like a grandma and after putting some much needed highlights in my grey hair, walked out feeling like myself again. I am beyond ecstatic! Also, the salon itself was amazing and you can tell they take Covid seriously (plastic over your coats - nice touch). I highly recommend Damara and Salon Fluxx!

I did my hair color by myself and totally mess it up! I found this place in google and because of the good google reviews and set up an appointment and went there. Danielle took care of me and she was just wonderful. She understood what a wanted and did her best to make me happy. At the end the result was great and I hope I can see her again for the next time.#CoronaVirus - they are always cleaning and wearing face mask as recommended.Great place!

Damara does my color and she is a magician with fixing my hair when I wait too long in between colors. Shes also so sweet and happy and smiling when talking to her. I just love her. Ray cuts my hair and is also a magician. Ive had super long hair my entire life and I put my trust in the right persons hands to give me an amazing hair cut. He cut off approx. 12 inches of hair and at first I was terrified but I left Salon Fluxx feeling amazing. And even a little younger. :) Everyone in that salon including Shamreen who is the Operations Manager and Owners Liza and Ray, just make you feel so welcome when walking through their doors. Its also a great place to do a little shopping. They ALWAYS have great little gifts from jewelry to hats and scarfs and purses to everything you need for your hair. They also make you feel safe with wearing masks, checking temperatures and separating everyone with plexi glass walls. Thank you Salon Fluxx for being an amazing hair salon filled with wonderful people!!! Always a great experience!!!

I stopped by today to get Hair cut from the owner, Lisa. This was a last minute appointment and they were very professional and accomodating. Lisa is extremely thorough in analysing what hair cut suits you and also explaining in detail why you should/should not choose anything specific. I also did an eyebrow and upper lip waxing with Antoniette (I hope I spelled right, if not... im sorry). She was also extremely clean, thorough and did very precisely. I have now back to back appointments for color and my daughters cut. I cant be more than happy.

My new favorite salon! Antoinette is my go-to for any brow or facial waxing. Shes talented as well as the sweetest person! Ive also gotten a cut & color with the hairstylists and anyone you go to here is talented, passionate about making you beautiful and all have welcoming awesome personalities. Its a one-stop shop salon!!

Person in front of me was very late for her appointment which caused mine to be late. Not the salons fault but not fair to others.

I brought my girlfriend here when she needed a cut and coloring for an important performance. Its been years since shes had a stylist she was comfortable with giving her a new hairstyle. I spent hours researching the best place to take her. Her stylist here was so knowledgeable about hair and the styles that are popular, and would look good on her.Then, she even had a separate colorist that made her highlights stand out perfectly. I was impressed with the service, their skills, and the atmosphere of the place. As a guy, I felt comfortable sitting in the lobby and relaxing while she was pampered. I was even invited to go sit by them both and converse. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the prices are pretty comparable to other salons I researched. Well definitely be back.

Not your ordinary salon. These guys are real artists. My husband and I and my brother all come to this salon. I have to admit, we are all hard to please when it comes to hair. They are always learning new things and can give you a cut that has style and uniqueness. If you feel like you have to drive to the city to get an artistic cut/color/style, you should really give them a try.

Every time I leave there, they make me feel fabulous! Staff does such a great job making me feel comfortable as they consult with my New Look!

Wish I could give it more stars! Ive know the owners for a very long time and have followed them and a few of their team EVERYWHERE. They are that good! If you dont like something TELL THEM. They want the customer to be happy with their hair so if its not right the first time, then they will get it on the repeat visit - usually at no charge. They are very very customer oriented and you wont find a more friendly comfortable environment.

Great haircut but very pricey. Didnt know that I had to schedule a special appointment with one of their color experts to get color. Just wanted simple cut, color, style. Ended up with just a cut (with the price tag of something way more fancy).

Rey is the most amazing stylist Ive ever had! He spends as much time on my 100th cut as he did my first, paying close attention to detail and not letting me out of the chair until its perfect. Hes the best.

I have been coming to this location since it openned. Before that, I was seeing Rey and one other artist at a different location in Naperville. Both Rey and the other artist moved to Salon Fluxx. I am NEVER disappointed and that is saying A LOT because I am VERY particular about my hair. I am not a shoe girl, I dont get my nails done....but I have GREAT HAIR (and I have a lot of people compliment me on it!) and it is thanks to this TEAM at Salon Fluxx! I have seen many artists here (Rey being my favorite!). They all do a GREAT job! I know my mom started coming here as well, due to my confidence in all of the staff, and she is VERY pleased as well.

Best customer service ever. So friendly. They all make you feel like a celebrity!!!!

Its super expensive. Im a guy, and my hair cut was $60 for a basic cut.

Simply put: Youll never find a better salon.

I have very bad experience with the owner, she was not nice......Also a few of her employees recently left the salon for the same reason.
