Ryan is great to work with in regard to many aspects of the home buying process, however the quality of the sub contractors he uses has caused significant problems with the gut-rehab we pruchased from SG Homebuilders in the summer of 2017. So far, we have had to jackhammer the basement floor to replace drain tile, open up multiple walls to fix HVAC ducting issues, and most recently have to replace a large section of our roof which is only 3 years old.

Ryan shows great leadership, dependability and results. I have worked with Ryan over the last couple of years. As a member of a group he led, the team got results. He is known for being trustworthy, and he regularly received excellent feedback from a home he remodeled for a neighbor of a group member. This company has been remodeling a home on my block for the past year they are no closer to finishing then when they started. The entire property is an eye sore and there have been several complaints on our neighborhood message board. The worst part is every morning as soon as the clock clicks to 7am these guys are starting chain saws, dropping loads of lumber and yelling to people on the roof. Stop taking all the parking spaces, finish the damn job already!In response to the owner: to be fair your name isnt on the property but it does say Cardoni custom homes and Pat Cardoni is the COO of SG home builders. So you show me a listing for Cardoni custom homes and Ill move my review.
