Just had my haircut by Irma here. Amazingly satisfied. Good consultation and she offered useful suggestions. Not rushed and she paid attention to details. Very clean shop and good price value. I think I’ve found my new go to place for haircuts. I’m looking forward to a full shave when the pandemic is less of an issue.

Haircut by Joe. Excellent barber and a great barbershop. I wish I knew about this place earlier. Possibly one of the best barbershops in Naperville.

Joe is highly skilled and very polite. I went there couple of months back and had a great experience. Again, today I went with my father. I am surprised to see the effort and time Joe spent on a haircut. And I never felt great after a haircut before. Joe exceeds the expectations!!

The guy was rude and didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting there for 1 hour 15 min.I have been going here since they opened and have recommended multiple friends. I didn’t expect this type of treatment.

My husband and I started coming here with my two daughters and we absolutely love the place. We normally go in for trims but I have also gotten eyebrow threading. I recently went in for the deep hair conditioning with massage and will be coming back for another treatment. Overall, affordable prices and great service.

I just got my hair cut for a second time by Joe, l I used to pay much more over at 18/8 men’s salon, but this cut is seriously just as good, only thing I sacrifice is not getting my hair washed before and after my cut which I really don’t care about. Joe is skilled & has a regular customer in me for sure

They do what you ask, there are usually only 2 people there but they ask take the time and are super courteous

Took my 2 year old for a haircut and it was by far the best experience weve had. Nothing but smiles and prices were great.

Explained what I wanted, however, she still cut the top front...and way too much. Seemed as if the owner (female and unpleasant demeanor) was hovering over. Especially at the end, basically standing in front of me at checkout.

Very bad in understanding what customer is asking. Went there with hip length hair and asked for a Less than 1 inch of trim. The lady who works hair trimmed around 4 inches of my hair. I never had such short hair in last 20 years. And because of her my hair length has been ruined.

Great saloon, and extremely friendly staff! Went on a weekday and they have men’s haircut for only $10!

I asked th lady working there to trimMy hair by an inch. She cut my hair and shortened it by 4 inches. When I asked her what she has done she didn’t want to acknowledge that she has done something wrong.
