Completely unprofessional for non-locals. I was waiting for thirty minutes for a walk-in cut and was happy to wait in-line, then a local with kids turns-up and is served immediately without appointment. The staff just stared at me when I asked how the queuing system worked? Will never visit here again.

Great place. Sue and Mike are good barbers and better people. Its nothing fancy - its a barbershop where you get your hair cut, discuss the weather or politics or sports, and then you go about your day. Highly Recommended.

While I understand and am thankful that they are busy during these times, it seem rude for one of the Hispanic barbers to stand next to his chair conversing and looking at phone pictures while the waiting area is full.

Havent had a haircut since before the pandemic started. Haircut places still werent open in Michigan and I happened to walk by this place. Nice people and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I will go back when I visit Naperville again.

Great, great experience at a local shop. Walked by this morning with my 16-mo-old, and I spontaneously went in for his first haircut. He sat in a special booster seat with a kid apron, and the woman who cut his hair was fantastic. Knew how to talk to kids, and my little guy did great. We will definitely go here again.

Eduardo gave me an excellent cut, and was patient with me as I was specific with what I wanted. He gave me a few recommendations of what to do and they made the cut look even better. In addition to the great haircut, he was incredibly friendly. I dont live near Naperville, but anytime Im close, Ill be stopping by again.

My boys have very specific styles they want for their haircuts which Sue and Mike nail everytime! This is the ONLY place we go to now!Update- Henczels will forever have our business! I messed up the days in which Mike works and he came in on his day off just to do my sons hair! That is a rarity and a testament to how this shop values their customers!
