Although the sales rep Riley was very informative, I have to say my short experience here was very disappointing, I drove an hour to this location and to not be able to test drive and get a feel for the car was a waste of my time and gas! I left this place discouraged to buy a car. Luckily I didn’t give up, went to a different dealer and bought the car I wanted that very same day.

I found my dream car on their website and in my price range and gave them a call to schedule a test drive. Everything is a little trickier in the middle of COVID. We actually handled a lot of the preliminary paperwork over the phone and got the financing taken care of before I came in. My test-drive actually got pushed back because they found a small tremble in the steering wheel and took it to be repaired before I could even see it. That took a few days, but I was happy to wait to get a car in fantastic condition. The car was beautiful just like the 40+ pictures showed on the website. The process was fast and easy, and I was in and out behind the wheel of my new car within an hour. Great people. Great service. Great cars. Highly recommend!

Googling around in advance of buying a car, the first thing that leapt out at me when I accessed their site was “Stay home, buy a car”. There has never been a more attractive time to do that with the pandemic raging on. Curiosity got me and I wondered if I really could complete the entire process virtually. I leisurely shopped the site, decided on a car, clicked BUY NOW, input my financial requirements, calculated the value of my trade-in, chose my accessories, filled out their app, chose my financing offer and placed my deposit. After about only 3 hours, a gentleman reached out to me to arrange delivery of my Nissan Altima. This was fun!

If you check their website you can find service specials and coupons for service done on your car. I needed brake pads for my car and so used one of the coupons and got a great discount. Service was quick and thorough.

I bought a Prius here because I needed a new vehicle for my commute. I drive a lot for work so good MPG was my main priority. My check engine light came on 2 weeks after buying my car so I took it back to Prestige Motor Works. It ended up being a small problem but nevertheless they took care of it for me and I didnt have to spend much time waiting on the repair. Kudos to them for a great job.

When we were shopping for a used car, we went to several places. Prestige Motor had the best price. I found what I wanted for less than the other places. I liked our salesman because he was not pushy when I wanted to think. I returned the next day and bought the car and I am very happy!

Dealer Tara sells cars over value (wife bought a car at a minimum of $1,000 over what its actually worth and has an APR higher than national average). Dont work with these people. Do your homework, folks.EDIT: I want to also add, that the price you see on a car is fake. By the time you start signing, they have added 1-3K more on fees. Such a horrible level of transparency and deceit. Please find a dealership that is more transparent on their prices.

As a faithful, long-time customer here, I am more confident buying any used car from Prestige than I would be buying a brand new one elsewhere. That speaks very highly to the ethics employed here. I have directed so many friends, co-workers and family members here that I joke I am one of their salespeople.

When my nephew got a job as a mechanic here and started singing the praises of the place, I assumed he was biased because he was thrilled with his new job. I was wrong! The no-haggle pricing on a huge selection of inspected, certified and warrantied vehicles have made this my permanent dealer.

Buyer be aware! Their posted prices are FAKE because they add dealer fees that they dont add to the actual price of the car. These FAKE fees are called different things like dealer fee, pro pack, inspection fee, and other things and all it does is raise the actual price of the car by those fees. This dealership posts a price of $15000 but with those fake fees the car actually costs 17000 (before even adding taxes, license, documentation ) BUT I found other dealerships that do not do this, they are 100% transparent and give you out the door price at the beginning. Go find a dealership that give you true prices NOT this one!

Prestige Motor Works tried to trick me with the price on the vehicle trade after they promised via phone they would give full pay off amount. They made up a lie about some tax savings making up the difference thinking I wouldn’t question it but I did and they had to change it. After the purchase they still haven’t sent payment to my trade in lien holder nor have they sent title information to the Mercedes so I can register the new car. This place was not professional, has had terrible customer service, does not return phone calls, and will try to scam you. Do not trust them!

The one car smelt like an ashtray and I couldn’t believe they didn’t correct that before offering it to customers. Pricing on website was different than in the lot.
