If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. In May of 2021, the engine of my 2011 Mazda 6s gt had seized up. The manager there Art suggested a rod bearing fix for $1200. Roughly 15 minutes after he finished, as I was driving back home the CEL turned back on. I go back, and he suggests another fix for $700-$800. At that point, we just ordered another engine. After the engine arrives at his shop in about a week, he takes another 3 MONTHS to install the new engine. Finally, on August 23rd, my car is ready. Throughout those 3 months he gave us set dates as to when the car will be ready always saying itll be ready next Friday or one more week as we came back every now and then for an update. An engine installment takes roughly 14-16 hours of straight labor so 3-4 days of work wouldve been reasonable, not 3 months. Very unprofessional and would not recommend going there for major work.

He and his colleagues do excellent repair work at a high-quality.Price is never cheap and turnaround time usually depends upon availability of parts, but that’s the same everywhere. Art distinguishes himself with excellent automotive know-how, reliability, and professionalism.

I made an appointment online for an oil change several hours in advance only to show up and be told that their oil pump is broken. Guy who informed could not have cared less. A call would have been helpful to tell me that their oil pump was broken and at the very least they should not be accepting appointments online for this service if they can’t even complete it. Huge waste of time

Charlie the mechanic did a great job on my brakes, was great to work with, and was very accommodating in fitting me in over lunch. The guy that rang me out didn’t rip me off and worked to find me the best deal on parts. Overall a great experience and I will go again

Came for a oil change/break repair immediately the gentleman was rude, then to be told they arent even able to do my oil change. I think that’s something a business is responsible to reach out to the customer before they drive to your business to be turned away. From horrible business to terrible attitude i wouldnt give a single star

I will never go back. I went to a location in MN and had my front and back brakes replaced. They then stated I needed a transmission flush, so I had them complete.I then had an oil change in FL, 2 months later, which they stated I needed a transmission flush.I declined being I just had it completed in MN and contacted Meineke Customer Service. I was very confused why I needed another one, after 2 months. The FL location stated they we not sure it was done at the MN location, since the fluid was dirty, the manager at the FL location took a sample of the fluid to show me how dirty it was. HQ customer service would not do anything for me. They stated that the FL location only said it was needed based on the mileage (when they showed me the dirty fluid) the MN location stated they did complete the flush.To me, the MN location did not complete and charged me, being 2 months later it was needed again. The final resolution from HQ---was nothing, they couldnt do anything for me. I will never use Meineke again and would not recommend anyone going there, even if they do have low prices or they can take a few dollars off the price from competitors. Save yourself the headache and pay a little more from somewhere more trusting, reliable, with better customer service with actual resolutions!

Art always provides the BEST service at a great value! He is very knowledgeable and honest. He is very conservative with what he recommends...never oversells like so many car repair places and dealers!

Very happy with the service that I received at Meineke. I was able to get the work done in one day. They replaced the sway bar and links on my vehicle. They gave me the best price and I had great customer service and will return to get work done if needed.

This is the only place we take our cars for brake and other repairs. Art has always been honest with us and we appreciate his knowledge of what really has to be done to keep our cars safe

The gentleman who works here was very friendly and knew exactly what kind of oil change I needed. He explained to me about a synthetic oil change. He also applied a discount coupon that I didn’t have. I will be going here from now on instead of Pep Boys especially since the oil change is 40.00 cheaper than Pep Boys.

I went in for an oil change with a coupon for $14.95. The attendant came in twice to tell me that the air filter needed cleaning to which I answered I can do that at home thanks and then he mentioned that my transmission fluid was dirty which needed replacement. When I told him I can replace it myself, he insisted that You cannot just throw away the fluid, it has to be disposed of. I said I understood that. He ended up charging me $18.00 for the parts and labor.Once it was time to leave, he asked if there was something wrong with the drivers side window of my car. I told him that it was working perfectly fine that morning. He said its not working anymore. My window had stopped responding completely. The man insisted that the component is sealed and tried pulling the glass up. He said that the regulator was not working and that he could give me a rough estimate of $300-400 dollars for replacing it. I told him I can talk to my dealer to see if the warranty covered it. I still have to fix the window and its been a terrible hassle in rain. Although it was not easily accessible without opening the door panel, Im still suspicious because the man constantly tried to get me to buy more and instantly gave me an insanely expensive estimate for my damaged window. So Im staying away from them in the future.

Got a new muffler out in before I moved to AZ. They did a horrible job replacing the muffler on my car. The new muffler rattled right away and was clearly not mounted properly. After taking it back to be looked at again, they supposedly fixed it, though it was still off.It was clear that they dropped the exhaust and didnt replace the mounts. The welding on the new muffler was a joke. They clearly didnt remove the rust from the existing pipe and I the weld was horrendous. I have never welded in my life, but I am pretty sure I couldve done a better job.Thankfully, I went to a Meineke in AZ and they noticed the lazy job/ mistake the other location made.Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

Had an appointment for oil change. When reached there I was told that they currently do not have oil for servicing. They are out of it. The least courtesy they could do was just call and inform me about it. Really poor customer service.

Expensive. $$$
