I had an electrical issue cause by a loose battery in my smart car that another service provider did not catch. I really like the professionalism at Becker and how well they communicate what is doing on with the car. Service was great and Ill certainly be back with both my cars. I feel I can trust them much more than places Ive been in the past, esp dealerships.

Have used Becker Service Center multiple times and have had only good experiences so far. They are quick, respectful, transparent, and don’t try to oversell. Their prices are competitive as well. Would recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

My son got his first car which needed a safety check. Becker checked everything over and provided a quote detailing items that should be fixed. My husband and I reviewed and decided on the must do now items. Becker Auto was great working with us and the price was fair. We even got the car back quicker than planned. My teenager was happy.

Becker continues to provide us excellent service. Their inspection reports (which they text to you) are easy to read, comprehensive, and include photos of any issues. They thoroughly explain any issues and let you know if a repair is necessary or is not threatening the integrity of the automobile and can wait until a later date. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend!!

Becker Service Center; So rare to find an automotive service center with overt integrity and great skill at a reasonable price. The staff there present all maintenance options after careful inspection and help you prioritize function and safety in prolonging the life of your vehicle. After having my car serviced at the dealership where I purchased my car, I went to Becker. Specifically, my brakes we addressed. Becker actually cleaned, inspected and adjusted my rear drums and dramatically improved their performance. It was like night and day. Furthermore, you can tell their equipment is very well calibrated, particularly their tire balancer. I feel secure knowing I have a place for my family to take our cars for standard maintenance and more complex repairs.

Becker is awesome! Very honest, very transparent. They let me know exactly what needed work now and what could wait. I asked them to check brakes, as I thought I heard noise coming from the brakes. They told me I have 40% life left and didn’t need repairs at this point. Could have easily told me I needed hundreds of dollars worth of work. Not only that, I couldn’t get a ride to and from the shop to drop my car off. They drove me home and picked me up! Love these guys. Will never go anywhere else for service.

One of the first times I took my car there, they brought the actual part out to me that needed to be replaced and showed me where it failed, and why it needed to be replaced. Honest mechanics here, its hard to come by now but the mechanics at this location will actually help you with your vehicle by teaching you what is wrong. They actually do proper diagnosis instead of just throwing Parts at the car and charging the customer. Thats a common tactic used by Shady mechanics. The customer service Representatives here are top-notch and nothing but polite. I would recommend Beckers to anyone looking to have their car fixed without worrying about anybody tampering with other parts of the car. Took in my wifes 2008 Suzuki which was making a lot of noise going over bumps, and I was expecting an expensive quote for some kind of suspension repair. They looked at it and said some bolts needed tightening and lubrication, and the whole job including an oil change cost under 100 bucks. Prompt, friendly, and honest. Will come back.Note: This was my second visit, and after my first visit I was unfair to them in my initial review (to which the owner responded and may still be showing up in this review). I apologize to them for the misunderstanding in my first review and look forward to taking our cars to them for their trusted service in the years to come.

For the most part, it is difficult to find a service center you can trust. I believe the guys at Becker are looking out for me and my vehicle. They have recommended in the past partial system repairs when other shops have recommended entire repairs and have saved me good money. They are convenient and responsive to inquiries and arent afraid to show you what the issues are with your car if you ask to see them. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Naperville/Aurora area!

I had an emergency skid plate debacle. It was dragging underneath my car and I had unknowingly driven from Joliet to Naperville like that. Once I realized what was going on, I googled the closest shop to me that was open and Becker came up. It was right next to where I was so I was super thankful for that. I could tell they were a busy shop. I watched a handful of mechanics walk in. It was 7:20 am. I pulled up in front of the door and ran inside. I talked to Dan and explained my problem. He pulled me right in and had a mechanic remove the skid plate for me. It was pretty embarrassing. The entire thing was bent backwards and dragging under my car. Thank you to Dan and the Becker team for helping me out and getting me in and out quickly. It would have been easy for him to say he was busy and booked up, but he took care of me. I knew he was booked because I heard him on the phone with other customers that were calling in and he was explaining his next open appointment times. I really appreciate your help! You are a wonderful shop! Thanks again!

I thought the guys over at Becker Service Center did a really great job, they were all very knowledgeable and friendly to me, they explained everything to me as well so I was not wondering what was going on. They were just very polite and extremely professional, which is why I will be going back to them in the future.

Total scam artists. Take to them if you want to waste your time. They are horrible at time management and will hold your car for longer than necessary just to get it looked at. Entirely too overpriced and will try to charge you for more than what they say. I know they have that joke about no such thing as an honest mechanic but these scumbags take it to a whole new level.
