Ive always liked Discount Tire because they have everything from in-house inexpensive tires to big name brands. And its always as quick as youd like but they are busy so you got to kind of expect that. They always seem to give good service but from time to time they cant they wont fix certain things that I think that they could or should but you know thats neither here nor there. Overall if you need some tires are a good place to go and their Nationwide so if you do get the tire warranty they offer you can use it anywhere. Not a bad place to go for tires

I was passing through on my way back from an East Coast trip and I picked up a nail in one of my tires. Karl was polite and helpful. They even worked on my car after their normal closing hours since I still had about 300 miles to drive that night.Not only did they do my repair after closing -- they were able to patch the tire. Since they didnt have to replace the tire, the repair was FREE!!!!Absolutely awesome service - they get my highest recommendation and thanks!!!!

The manager was awesome! Even though it was past closing, he reopened the doors and set me up for the next day and let me keep my car in his parking lot over night. He called the next day when my car was ready. Really nice!

They immediately tried to upsell me by a lot. I went into Discount tire to have one tire replaced, as I had driven over a pothole, and it caused bubbles in my tire. Immediately the salesman claimed that I had to replace all 4, otherwise all these catastrophic problems would happen down the line. This was before the salesman even looked at my tires. When he did, he said my other 3 tires were in good shape, and after replacing my tires, they would just re-sell my 3 good tires as used tires.This repair would sky rocket from 120 something dollars, to $850.00. I was confused on why, if they were able to re-sell my other 3 tires, did I need to replace them? I called the dealership I bought the car at in February of 2021, and they told me the only reason I would need to replace all four would only be if the rest of tires were in pretty bad shape. I am now buying ONE new tire at $145.00 at the dealership. I don’t recommend this place. They clearly cannot be honest.

Very fast & very professional service. Special ordered tires for me on a Saturday & they arrived early Monday morning. When I arrived to get them installed it literally took only 20 minutes before I was back on the road again. Will definitely be going back again when needed.

Every experience I have had here has been phenomenal. Every representative has been friendly, helpful, and I never have felt pressured into anything. Today I went in with 2 bad tires but I did not have the money to replace both of them. The guys here gave me a loaner tire and said theyd rather me be safe than sorry. I am now able to drive safely to work and will be back in a week to purchase my new tires. 10/10 recommend coming here.

They contradict themselves with their supposed tire warranty and do not cover 100%. Be aware when buying any coverages. They will claim the issue is mechanical and then also they also say that they are not mechanics. So they will not stand behind their product and do not have the ability to prove the reason for the tire wear. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Normally a huge fan. Called scheduled an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early spoke to a staff, told to park then proceed to wait for 25 minutes. Decided to Leave. Very annoying! Called spoke to speak to mgr staff said none available. Was disinterested in the situation and hung up.

I am from Ind. and was staying in Warrenville right next door.I have prostate cancer so Im here for 6 weeks and need a working vehicle.I stopped here to have a slowly leaking tire checked.I was instructed Id have to wait since they were very busyto me a good sign.After examining the tire the side had been cut and I asked if they had a used tire which they didnt.With having to pay the hotel and cancer treatments I was pretty strapped.Kurt the store manager worked me out an incredible deal for 4 new tires that Costco couldnt come close to.They were actually cheaper then 4 years ago.Its not often you find someone with immense compassion and respect also.I felt like the only customer in the store.If you find yourself coming herewhich you shouldand you have to wait a while.Wait,it will be worth it.This experience could have been a disaster,but wound up a very pleasant experience.In todays way of doing things,this business stands out as a diamond in the rough.Thanks again Kurt for your kindness and help.

It is not bad it is really loud but they get the job done

I have been a long time customer of this location, but the experience I had today makes me never want to return.Dropped off my tire, thinking it was a flat. As they found out, it was an old rim that was leaking. They initially advise an 85 dollar replacement, but I asked if they had anything cheaper. They found a 52 dollar version, but theyd have to order it. Fine. They call back 30 minutes later, as they now have it in stock. Great!Fast forward to picking up the tire at 5, and a gentleman gets my name and calls it over his mic. Took them 30 minutes and me having to remind them I was still waiting (as I am now 1 of 2 active transactions) before receiving my rim. Get home to find they gave me the wrong model, and theres 10 minutes before they close. Call them and explain the frustration. They advise to rush over and they will fix it yet that evening. Funny, not only was it in stock, they had more choices!Now its 6, and they take my rim back to replace it. Quick change, and they have me out of there in 15-20. About to make the final turn onto my street when my phone rings, Discount Tire. Manager asks if I picked up the rim. Yep. Then he asks if they gave me the special lug nuts. At that point, I let him have it over the phone. What was meant to be a 10 minute transaction has now turned into nearly 2 hours of them screwing up and me driving in circles.When I arrive to get the special lugs, I ask the manager how he can make this right? The 2 managers excuse was that they already gave me a discount on the rim, even though they had never mentioned the price i received was a discount. They then said they were giving me the lugs for free. I mean, they told me this rim would fit, dont mention special lugs are required, dont give me the right parts, and then act like giving the necessary parts after running around for near 2 hours is them helping me out. I ask for some kind of actual discount for my inconvenience, to which I was told to exit. As we are still arguing on the way out, he threatens me to keep it up and pulls out his cell phone, as if trying to make my legitimate complaint go away with the threat of being posted to social media.This level of work and professionalism are appalling, especially as the managers are the ones doing it and letting it happen. My faith in your company has been lost due to hiring staff that provide horrible service and act like its fine.Update: Received a call from the store manager today, not the regional VP, as I had been informed by customer service. Store manager acknowledged that the performance and behavior was unacceptable and offered a discount on my bill, but they have not been able to address the employee that was recording. Instead, I was advised hes becoming a manager out of this region, so it shouldnt be an issue for me (good luck next store that gets him). I said they could verify my statement with the cameras they have on property. Surprise, they have no cameras on their property to verify what Im stating. Good thing the person who drove me to pick up my rim saw the entire interaction...

Needed a new tire due to a flat, but another one of my tires was completely bald as well. Money was short, and I could only afford one tire. Alex and Susy both worked to get a used tire on my car so that I didnt drive out with a bald tire. I am beyond grateful for that. Thank you so much!

I purchased my tires from this Discount Tires 6 months ago. Everyone was friendly and nice until the weather got cold recently. The long lines to get air in tires was enormous. That wouldnt bother me so much if there was a line for customers, who got helped first since they are the CUSTOMERS! I have already paid for service on my tires and extended warranties. Now, I need my tires rotated and can only come for service on Saturdays, and they cant see me for a few Saturdays.Side note, I got air in my tires from a locat automotive shop and they wouldnt even let me pay them! Guess where Im going for my next set of tires? NOT Discount Tires. I WAS a life long customer of Discount Tires.

Customer service here is excellent! Purchased tires for my 2011 Honda Odyssey. I have the service plan with them and came in to get tires rotated without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in. I was a little passed the recommended mileage for rotation and they didnt make me feel like I was a horrible person. When I need a new set a tires fory other vehicle I know where Im going. Their prices and tire selection are competitive. Even if I pay a little more, I know Im going to be taken care of.

Always have the tires I need or can get them next day. Best prices and they are fast. Get the insurance certificates for a few bucks extra. Five stars because on the coldest days Ive seen a line of cars waiting to get air in their tires for free- though you should tip.

It was nice to get a reminder call the day before my appointment too.The day of the appointment it took about a hour to finish the work. The location was very busy for walk-ins. Its recommended to set an appointment if possible, theyll get you done. Cash/Cards accepted.

Love these guys! My tire sensor kept going off for low air, so I made an appointment online to get it checked out. The online appointment system was super easy to use. They got me right in when I showed up and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. In that time, they diagnosed the issue (there was a screw in my tire), repaired it, and sent me on my way. Since I bought my tires from them in the past, all of this was absolutely free! I could hardly believe it. On top of being conscious of my time and efficient, every person there is friendly and approachable. I never feel like they are going to use my lack of knowledge to their advantage. Thank you!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. They open at 8am and I was there at 750am. I waited in my car, but at 7:55am, Tim came out to my car personal to assist me before opening! I was in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent store, professionally run. Tim went above and beyond to help me get the tires I needed and get my truck safe for a road trip. He even took care of 2 nails in my tire for me at no cost. Could not be happier with the experience, this is the only place Ill be going for tires. Every one at this location was very helpful and accommodating.

They got me in with a flat on a busy day, which was thoughtful. However when purchasing, they charged me for warranty without asking and we’re going to discard my tire after I told them to keep it. The charging for the warranty happened at a different location as well and may be Discount Tires policy, but seems underhanded. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Came in to patch up a tire and they refused to patch it up because they said my tires were very worn which they are but these people are just trying to make money they dont care about satisfying the customer. First tried to sell me all 4 tires, but I said I was nor prepared to do that. All I wanted was a simple patch up and the guy said if I was unwilling to replace the whole tire then he wasnt going to do anything for me. Claims it was company policy! Isnt customer always right?! And I have to drive out to another tire shop on a flat tire. Ridiculous!

My family got a flat while in the middle of a car trip. They got me in, 2 new tire installed, and us back on the road in 15min. I couldnt be happier with them. Thank you Jon and the guys that double teamed our car.

Very impressed with them- free flat repair free rotation balancing. They are super honest- I waited about an hour and while bored I listened to probably four people buying sets of tires who clearly knew nothing about tires. Matt was the guy helping them and he was honest in everything he said. Yes I was snooping but hey its good to see this. There were numerous times people would have bought whatever he wanted them to and he recommended good options that were not the most expensive.
