Everyone at this location is very accommodating and friendly. They walked me to through my estimate and let me make adjustments as needed. I felt very comfortable here, which is usually not the case at body shops.
They did an excellent job on the body and paint blending all over the vehicle. They also communicated frequently.
They were GREAT! From the beginning to the end. They had great customer service skills with keeping me informed of the repairs, both by texts and phone calls. They were on time with getting the repair done, and did an EXCELLENT job of fixing the repair along with the paint matching perfectly. I was also impressed with how clean the car was both inside and out upon picking it up. Andrew went over all the repairs before I left and asked if I had any questions. I will definitely go back again if I need any more repairs and highly recommend them!
Top quality work done quickly and beautifully, and backed up with their guarantee. Best part was receiving near daily text messages about the status of my car. At no point did I wonder about the status of my car, or and issues that arose during inspection, repair, paint, and then delivery. All that and a wonderful staff that did everything in their power to insure I had a smooth repair process.

The shop did an amazing job on my vehicle. The associates were very nice and helpful and were also following cdc guidelines very carefully. I took my car in for repairs the next day after my accident and in 2 weeks the repairs were done. They were very quick and efficient and made my car look like brand new and nothing every happened. I received updates almost everyday about my car which I really liked. Great service, I would definitely recommend this body shop.

This location was so helpful and friendly. As a 22 year old woman, finding a place to get you car fixed can be a handful. Not only because of my age but as women, we are often taken advantage of in this realm of society. I am grateful to have felt at home and comfortable with the staff. Another wonderful thing, was my car was atrocious, the mess I unknowingly left was embarrassing to say the least. I was in an accident last year & Caliber Collision handled the repair. Almost a year later Im having an issue that appears is the result of an oversight when it was repaired. I have been dealing with Andrew, the manager who has been so helpful, informative & beyond professional. I was concerned that this was going to turn into a big ordeal in which the company would not assume responsibility since so much time has passed. I couldnt have been more wrong! Very much pleased on the bodywork performed on my Lexus. Paintwork is pristine and more importantly is outstanding customer service by Diana. I brought in the car because the shop is an affiliate for Geico vehicle insurance of which I had a repair claim. When I called enterprise car rental they said that I needed to pickup & return the loaner at their nearest field office from Caliber Collision. Enterprise CSR claimed that this is a new rule due to covid-19. When I shared my issue with Diana (CSR at caliber collision) she immediately called Enterprise and told them that they have an agreement and it is Enterprises responsibility to drop and pickup the loaner at Caliber Collision which I think she went above and beyond to help me. Also, I would like to say Andrew (Manager at caliber collision) gave me fair and very reasonable pricing for anther job (aside from the repair section). Ultimately I was happy and satisfied. Thus, I would recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family.
This body shop is so professional, they have worked on mu wifes van twice and both times with meticulous care. They arrange the rental car for her and the work is flawless. We will not go anywhere else. Communication is big with me and these guys dont disappoint. Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on my Camry. They work closely with GEICO so when I created my claim with GEICO for damages I had an appointment there for the very next day. For a fender bender I seemed to get quite a bit of damage including the radar in the front of the car for the anti-collision system. It took a total of 6 days to get my car back, front of the car looking brand new. This was slightly ahead of schedule.Throughout the days that I was waiting to get my car back, they sent me texts that regularly updated me on how the repairs were going. They were able to send me a potential date for the services being complete on the first day the car was there and, as mentioned, they finished one day ahead of schedule. I would totally recommend Caliber for any body work and I would absolutely return to them if I am ever in need of any further body repairs.

Well, my car is fixed.Friendly customer service when you drop the car off. I know because I had to do it twice.My daughter got into an accident, destroying the front bumper, a headlight, and the washer fluid reservoir.Got the car back in 7 or 8 days, I dont remember, but not long. I picked the car up in the evening and went to the store. When I get out of the store, it is dark. I get in the car and turn on the headlights. Did you guess already? Neither headlights are working. I try the washer fluid for giggles... Thats not working either. F-me for thinking someone tested their work. I should have know better. I always check the bag at KFC to make sure everything is in there.I have to bring the car back in. Its Friday night so Im planning on taking the kids out after I find out whats wrong. The guy takes a look and tells me 20 mins so we decide to wait. 20 mins go by and my kids are bored and they ask to play in the grass. I say sure but stay away from the parked cars. After 2 minutes of playing, and me watching them, a woman comes out of the office and lectures them on staying away from the cars. They were playing carefully, and next time talk to the parent if you have an issue. Peoples kids are a sensitive subject.After an hour and a half with no update, dude comes out and tells me another 20 minutes. Mind you, he knew I was waiting with my kids. Thanks for the updates guy. I could have gone and grabbed my kids some food when you realized it was gonna be a bit, instead of me sitting there thinking - Any minute now - for an hour and a half. Yes, I went in the office for updates, but no one was there after 530, no matter how much I rang the service bell.2 stars for my car eventually getting fixed, and the hot chocolate in the front office for the kids.
Excellent service! I brought in my car for a repair after being in an accident. The front desk lady was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She even set up my rental for me, it was already there for me when I got there. The rental company representative is conveniently located inside their office, so thoughtful! Everyone else was very nice, and the repair was quick!
They dont do or know how to do body work. All they do buy used junk yard parts and bolt them on your vehicle. If it takes more than that to fix your vehicle they try everything to get out of the work. The insurance companies love them because they do cheap work. Will never use them or recommend them.
They fixed my car so well I forgot which side was hit, super nice people who gave me full access to the snack bar, free peanut butter crackers deserves 5 stars in my book!
Great customer service, and fast quality work. Although my car was in for mechanical work cuz of an accident i was kept updated by insurance and Abra. I Very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work being done. Hopefully nothing else happens to my car but if it ever does I’m definitely bringing it to them.
Amazing! Im a GEICO customer and used ABRA for a bashed in door. Experience was exceptional. They processed me quickly, gave me a nice rental, car was repaired in just 2 days. I dont know how they do this, simply amazing customer service and a perfect repair.

Set up appointment and then called and they werent open at that time. Advised to just leave me car - I had never been here and since they didnt have any info felt that was a bad idea.

Had my Infinitis body work done here thru statefarm. I was told that all the work and parts have life time warranty. Now in Iess than two years time the front grill chrome finish started peeling of and went back to them. Its been almost two months and everytime managers are in meeting and no one ever calls back. Just getting run around. Hopeless and very unprofessional service . DO NOT take your vehicle there.
Terrible customer service on multiple accounts.My first visit was after a crash. I was told the car would be completed on x date. When I called to confirm hours before, the manager said, yes, pick it up at 5:10. I got a call 10 minutes before hand telling me that someone in the shop had scratched the hood of the car and that they would have to repaint the whole thing and that it would not be available for pick up until the next day.When I picked up the car the next day, the manager went through the details of the repair with me one by one. He stated that the license plate bracket had been repaired and that the license plate was re-attached and quickly moved on to the next item. There was no bracket or license plate, which I had to point out. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for it to get re-attached.After the second visit I had to return yet again the following week because they had replaced hoses connected to the air conditioning unit and not replaced the coolant. In addition, there was an unusual sound on the front drivers side of my car (this is where the most damage had occurred). I called to make sure someone would be available to look at it. I met with the manager and told him about the air conditioning problem and the unusual noise. He even drove with me to confirm what the sound was. I waited for nearly an hour before I was told that the coolant needed to be replaced. I waited another 30 minutes for this to happen, only for the manager to tell me that there was a recall on my car. They said that in the recall notes this noise was heard when the rear defogger was on and said it must have been that and to take it to the dealer. This is insanely incorrect, as the defogger was not, nor never was on due to it being the middle of summer.I find it ridiculous that I had to visit three times for one problem, and each time was inconvenienced for large amounts of time due to the incompetence of the staff, only to have my issues still not solved.
I’ve used Abra in Naperville a few times (unfortunately) for circumstances beyond our control via Geico and their customer service and quality has been second to none. Diana is always pleasant to talk to, they keep me updated via text which is super helpful for a busy professional, and have always underpromised and overdelivered my cars early. The workmanship is great- it’s like they use Harry Potter’s wand to fix your car. Best of all, they clean your dirty car inside and out (including dirty all season mats). Well done, keep up the great work!
