I must have visited lots of different body shops across the city, some independently owned and some that were larger. From my experience, I can say that Boyce Body Werks is the best body shop worth going to for an estimate and any work done. I feel like none of other body shop come close to the quality service and professionalism I experienced here. Jim was honest and fair, he suggested me not go for some repairs because it was not worth the cost. They even perform some work on my car at no cost. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the end result. Boyce body werks is fantastic. I am always hesitant in taking my car to a body shop in general. Always worry about getting ripped off and charged for things that are not done properly to OEM standards. I cannot stress how happy I was taking my car here after getting struck by a deer and my whole front passenger side was smashed in. Amy and Joe were so great in keeping me informed from dropping off my car, getting parts in order and put on and finally getting the car tested at the dealership to ensure all specs are intact and avoid any warranty related matters. They were excellent to work with, responding right away, a great advocate against the insurance company and the work and quality was just impeccable. Super nice and helpful guys. Our car door was blown by the wind and got stuck in-between the passenger and driver door of a car next to us. When we took it to the shop, one guy offered to help us fix it and paint it with no charge as long as we bring the paint. Amazing people there :)

It’s very unprofessional to comment back saying you “dont understand why this review”. You had me scheduled but when I went in to drop off my car the man made it seem as if he was too busy for me. If you are busy with other vehicles i understand that, but as a customer i should not feel as if i am being a burden when showing up for my scheduled drop off. We have given you plenty of business & have sent multiple people to your business in full support of it and i am very disappointed in this last experience here.

Quick assessment of small amount of paint damage. Liked the fact estimator told me if it was his car he probably wouldnt repair it due to cost and fact it was an older car, basically turning away business. Will be back again if (hopefully not) needed.

I understand why people go to Boyce. They are super friendly and comparably priced to other quality body shops in the area. Their price reflects the quality of work that they did. I am super happy that I went with them, because they matched the tri-color paint on my new car perfectly and I cant even begin to guess where the damage was at this point. Excellent hail and dent repairs. They have a schedule booked out like a doctors office but it is well worth the wait.

I came here after a car I bumped sustained a minor accident. The back bumper was misaligned and there were around 3-4 minor scratches. This was my first accident I ever had and due to the glowing reviews, I came here after scheduling an appointment. Jim took a look at the damages and repaired the car I bumped into free of charge. As for my own car he offered to bring my own touch-up paint and he would take care of the touch up process himself for free. He was very honest with how I should approach with re-painting the car and also how severe the damages were. I would definitely come here again if I needed more work done on my car.

My 2017 Nissan Maxima was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of me. I wanted to pick a place that had great reviews, and Boyce was where I went.Everything was done professionally, they didn’t bow to pressure from the insurance company, the few very minor things that popped up afterwards were taken care of immediately and properly along with an offer to put me in a rental car. I would rate six stars if I could. I would not hesitate to take any car there, ever.I also took it to the Nissan dealer and asked them to check out the quality of work and paid them to do it. They said everything they could find was done properly with the correct clips in the correct places. They couldn’t find a single shortcut or incorrect price used in the repair.Thanks Joe and team! I went to Boyce on the recommendation of Toyota of Naperville to get an estimate to repair a scrape on my new Sienna. They suggested that buffing the scrape out might suffice and save me about $1,000 in painting the damaged panels. They took it in while I waited and sure enough, it came out like new! Boyce made my day I was upset as my new jeep got a big paint scratches from my garage door and I was not sure what to do coz I was sure it need a professional to clean that up.
