I love supporting local businesses and from the first initial phone call, the booking process and the confirmations leading up to our cleaning day was super efficient. He also wore a mask the entire time he was working in our house for COVID safety. Our vents had not been cleaned since the house was built in 1959, so we’re super happy we decided to get this service done. There was so much build up and debris in the vents. All of it was removed and cleaned up in a matter of a few hours. I also really appreciated their honesty and that they didn’t try to sell us on “you need to have this done a few times a year”. Their pricing was very fair too- standard flat fee. We plan to use them again in a few years.

10/10. We had our vents cleaned, for the first time ever, on July 28th. Being first timers we had no idea what to expect. Quality Home Air was incredibly professional and friendly. We were told exactly what to expect during our first phone conversation. The before and after pictures are HORRIFYING (in terms of what was down there prior to cleaning). If you are thinking that you need to have your vents cleaned... let me tell you you most certainly do. Holy cow I have never seen so much dust in my life.. Also fun surprise if you have little kids, you can play a game with your significant other of how many toys/coins/dog treats are in your vents.We will definitely use them again in the future and I will refer anyone who is in need!!

We were very surprised at how much was in our duct work even though we have only lived in our brand new home a year and a half. Quality Home Air is the very pleasant and professional company to work with. Danielle charging for the office part is an amazingly organized person and know well about their service. The whole process from inquire for the service to getting the service done went very smoothly. Brad doing the service is very professional and knowledgeable. He knows how to clean vents efficiently and to resolve a problem. They are also very friendly and polite. They know how to treat their customers and run their business.After 4 months of their dryer duct cleaning, I got the same error code with my dryer. They came out next day. The dryer vent is pretty much clean, but he found the problem on the duct work in the attic and adjusted. I wish he should have checked the duct work in the attic when he came for the initial cleaning. So I would not have the same problem within 4 months and cause me the unnecessary service call charge.

Let me tell you how thankful I am for Quality Home Air. I was having issues with my dryer not heating up completely and had hired another professional company to come in to clean the dryer duct since I had read that was the first step. This other company assured me that they cleaned it but my dryer still wasnt working so I contacted a dryer guy. Dryer guy comes out and disconnects the duct on the back and tells me to get my duct cleaned. Called this other duct place back who came back a second time and cleaned it, never once going into the attic of my two story townhouse, even though the access point is in the laundry room. Again, dryer still isnt working and the other duct company wants me to find a time when both the dryer guy and one of their service reps can be at the townhouse together to talk about the issue but they wont call my dryer guy themselves and want me to set up a time?! Dryer guy was only a few minutes from the house when I called and told him the issue so he came over and again disconnected the duct and said that if they didnt get into the attic then theres no way to assure the duct is cleaned. Got a refund (Thankfully) from the other duct place and then called Quality Home Air. Danielle, who was the person who answered the phone when I called to inquire about a potential appointment, was thorough in explaining the process of how they would clean the duct and how long they would take due to my dryer being on the second floor of a townhouse (hint: it was about 3x as long as the first service spent at my house). They thankfully squeezed me in since I had explained how I had been dealing with the other duct services poor quality of work for over a month. When Brad got to our house to clean our duct he was respectful, wore his mask and shoe protectors in my house and did an amazing job on the duct because it has been three weeks and my dryer works perfectly!! He did point out that there was lint caked on the flap at the way top which was blocking the duct (something one would only see if they did the job correctly and went into the attic). I cannot thank them enough for saving me from the headache that was this other service and for performing top- notch quality service. I will recommend any and all of my friends to use their company!

I initially called Quality Home back in October and they were booked till December. With that many appointments blocked for two minths they must be busy! I made the appointment with Danielle who was thoughtful and very thorough with the details of the service. Come December, Brad was very professional and respectful. He wore his mask the entire time and coordinated the room cleaning with my kids remote learning and me working from home. He even showed me before and after pics of the vents. Got a small rebate from Brad when he found a $20 bill in my dryer. Thats honest! Will definitely refer/call them again when its time to clean.

What a pleasant experience. To start with Brad(owner) returned my call in a very short amount of time. He was super polite, well spoken and full of information. We set up the appointment and he called saying he was early and on his way. He explained everything and attempted no up-charges of any kind. I left him to do his thing as the house is empty. Were they least expensive? No. But after watching numerous videos on YouTube and saw plenty of scam companies I took a chance. I called and left a message to call me back and it was promptly returned. The women who responded to my call was very thorough and explained the duct cleaning process. She also put me at ease explaining that this was her and her husbands company . I felt that I would give them an opportunity to clean my duct work. What I like is that he took pride in his work and I felt that I was getting a first class job. He also pointed out where the previous company scammed me and only pretended to cut into the duct work in several sections and then taped over the holes as if they really cut into the duct. I had Quality Home Air come to clean vents about two weeks ago. They are excellent! Brad was knowledgeable about the system and very patient with me and all my questions. He did a very thorough job and was respectful of my property. There wasnt any mess to clean up either. Some of the other companies dont clean certain things, like cold air returns. Sometimes they dont tell you until they get there. This was our first experience with Quality Home Air and all I can say is WOW! From scheduling the service and the technician doing the work it was very professional, friendly and informative. They explained exactly what would be done in detail and did a great job! We have had our air ducts cleaned before but obviously from the pictures taken there were areas they didn’t even do previously! This was a little more pricey than before but worth it and it was clear why it costs more. I cant say enough good things about Brad and the work he did. We had our dryer duct unravel the Friday afternoon before New Years, and all Brad did was come out on New Years Day, completely repair the vent and then do a strong cleaning of our ventilation, in below-freezing temperatures. They also didnt charge extra for it being a holiday, and the work was quick and well-done. We had our air ducts cleaned by Brad last Friday and the experience from start to finish as well as the end product was exceptional. When we arrived at our house, Brad was already there and SHOVELING SNOW! (WHAT SERVICE LOL!) He was shoveling the part of the driveway where his equipment was going to be, so it wouldnt track any snow into the house. Overall, it was a snowy day that day and Brad took so many precautions to make sure that our floor was respected and remained immaculate. He was very thorough in the air duct cleaning and took the time to explain important components to us so that we would understand what he was doing. He did not try to forcibly upsell us anything and left everything to our choice and wishes, we ended up opting for the dryer vent cleaning and additional sanitization because we just purchased this house and it seemed the air ducts were never cleaned (ew!). Overall, the process was quick and painless. I cant comment on whether we had less dust (because we didnt live in the house until after we cleaned the ducts) but I can say that he did remove all the dust (from remodeling) and yucky questionable buildup in the vents (from the previous owners). Another thing that I wanted to comment on was how professional and customer-service oriented Brad was. Honestly, very polite and kind. Phenomenal customer service that you rarely see these days! We picked Quality Home Air due to the reviews. I am not going to say that they were the cheapest quote we got (some organizations with questionable reviews bid lower), but we ended up going with Quality Home Air simply because of the phenomenal reviews...and let me say, you get what you pay for. The quality, thoroughness, and respect for your home and floor is worth the extra few bucks. Would recommend without reservation 100% of the time.

We had our vents cleaned by another company over 10 years ago and the experience was far from satisfactory. I was skeptical if it was a service I truly needed to have done and if it was worth the expense. Since, we have adopted a golden retriever and two long haired cats, and needless to say despite vacuuming on a daily basis, the pet hair in my home is crazy. I decided to do some online research and decided on Quality Home Air I liked that it was a family run and owned business. Brad, the owner, came to do the job and he was very professional and courteous. He was efficient and left my home and the area around the vents and registers very clean. I wouldn’t have known anyone was in the house. I would definitely recommend Quality Home Air to anyone looking to have their vents cleaned. Great job done!
