Perhaps the tech had just had a long day. But he did not go over anything on the paper they left with us about the details of the service. He was very quiet and stand off’ish. I tried asking questions and he would just shake his head.According to the sheet you can get before and after photos of your vent cleaning. I would have loved to have seen that. But if I’m not told it’s an option how do I know to ask for it before the service? I Was not given accurate info on the cfm of our dryer vent. The dryer was off by the time he got to the roof to check the initial reading. So of course the reading would he 0.I contacted the customer service rep with questions and they were pretty condescending and dismissed my concerns. For a premium dryer vent cleaning price you’d expect premium service. Next time I’ll try the cheaper cleaners to compare.

We had the technicians from Mr Duct clean the ducts in our house, including the drier vent. They did an amazing job. They were on time, very professional and respectful. When we called to book the services they had appointments available for the following day. We will definitely continue hiring their services in the future.

Very disappointed in their service. New to the area and called this company based off reviews for an air duct cleaning. One of our vents has an awful smell so we ordered a cleaning and deodorizer. Technician noted a liquid in the duct and did nothing about it nor guided us on what we should do. Now we have a liquid dripping on our basement floor since they came. Called the office to see if they could help and the male representative was very condescending and told us that’s not something they do. Would not recommend due to lack of professionalism.

The two gentlemen who came to clean my air ducts did a fabulous job! Prompt and extremely clean! They even shoveled so they wouldn’t track snow into the house! I would highly recommend them!

Great company. Very friendly and professional. I had actually forgotten to schedule the appt. for a while and about one or two months later the company followed up with me via email. It was a nice reminder, and I schedule the appt. right away. It was a two man team, and they were both friendly and courteous. Kirkland seemed to be the one in charge, and he had great customer service. He even stopped working to pick up my 13 month olds sippy cup that he threw while I was feeding him. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I attached the before and after pictures that Kirkland took. I watched him take them, so I know they are real and from my ducts. There was a little bit of a mess around some of the vents afterwards, but nothing a quick vacuum couldnt handle. Will definitely stick with this company in the future.

I was told they would call prior to arriving and they did not. Therefore I had to rush to leave work to find out they were already there. Then the owner tells me they will wait for me. While trying to scramble out of work and get there I get another call saying if I don’t arrive in EXACTLY 5 minutes they will leave. So I left work and I’m literally RUSHING to get there and now I’m on a timer for 5 minutes? I was rushing through lights constantly calling begging them to not leave as this is the only time I could really get them in. I’m literally blown away by this. In the middle of moving in and renovating our house and that’s how I get treated as a first time costumer. That’s beyond ridiculous and I won’t be using them again or referring them to anyone. AWFUL. Maybe if I was actually called like I was told I would be I could have arrived on time. And I’ll be posting this anywhere I can.

Overall very poor quality of work, go with someone who actually cleans your duct professionally! I had Mr. Duct come to clean my dryer duct since my dryer did not seem to heat up completely and from my research, I understood that was the first step. I called Mr. Duct who came out in a reasonable time, was very respectful and wore a mask during their visit, and cleaned my duct. I live in a two story townhouse and the access to the attic is in the laundry room on the second floor. I knew that the person from Mr. Duct did not go into the attic but since he told me it was clear then I trusted him since I am not the professional. When my dryer didnt heat up completely after this service was complete, I figured it was my dryer that was causing the problem and had someone come out to look at the dryer. The dryer guy disconnected the dryer duct in the back after inspecting the dryer and said that it was a dryer duct issue and I should have the duct cleaned. When I told him I just had that done a few weeks prior, he told me that that was definitely the issue and I should call back. So, I called Mr. Duct back and they said since they stand behind their work they would send someone out again to clean it (second time). This time my husband was home while the duct was being cleaned and he was paying close attention to see how they cleaned it. He said they again did not go into the attic (cant really get on the roof due to how steep it is) and just connected something to the duct that connects to the dryer and ran that for awhile. When the dryer again didnt work after they left, I called Mr. Duct back and they assured me that they cleaned it from both ends. When I asked them to clarify, the customer support person said that the service guy went into the attic to clean it as well as from the connection on the dryer. This was a blatant lie. The lady on the phone told me that she could send a service guy out to meet our dryer guy and they could look at it together. When I called the dryer guy, he was only a few minutes down the road and came back and looked at the dryer (Thank goodness free of charge!) and again confirmed that it was the duct still causing the problem. When I called Mr. Duct back the service rep told me that they could send someone out for a THIRD TIME, or I could get a refund. Thankfully I went with a refund and hired a different quality home air service who came out, went into the attic and actually cleaned my duct and fixed my issue that I had been dealing with for over a month. This has been a couple of weeks ago any my dryer is still working like a charm thanks to the company that actually cleaned my duct instead of providing a half-effort job. I shouldve went with the other company in the first place instead of dealing with a dysfunctional dryer for over a month due to poor quality of service.

My A/C stopped working on literally the hottest day of the summer. Contacted Mr. Duct & despite short notice, techs arrived that day to trouble shoot and were able to fix the problem right away! Quality work, true expertise, fair pricing, honest & personable are some of the compliments Id give this company & team. (The techs wore masks & shoe coverings and distanced appropriately which also made me feel safe with Covid19 precautions.)

I just had an appointment and the technician Jason was so incredibly professional, understanding, helpful and efficient. He was here at the agreed upon time (between 8 and 10) and finished before the appointment window was over. The service itself is impeccable and my dryer actually works now! I cannot recommend then enough. They are very transparent about the price of services possibly being more than the quote based on the actualwactual but it is 100% worth every cent.

I am highly disappointed with this company. I live in an apartment complex & they were scheduled to do it yesterday, which I understand, things get backed up, so they came today and just finished up. The thing I’m extremely bothered by is that they didn’t knock or anything. They just barged in and I had just gotten out of the shower at the time & only had a towel on. I had to run to hide so they wouldn’t see me. You would knock before entering a house right? Why wouldn’t you show the same respect to someone who is in an apartment complex?

I had a great experience yesterday, but I want to highlight three factors that were the most important to me. 1) punctuality: Nothing worse when you have to stay waiting on a 2 hour window to only get the service come in the last minute of that window. This wasnt the case, I got a call stating that they technicians would arrive between 8:00/8:30 am and they literally arrived at 8:03am. 2) Transparency: What they price you is what you pay, no hidden gimmicks. 3) Technician professionalism: the to gentlemen that came were very polite and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to solve an blockage issue I have on my vent. So yes, I highly recommend Mr. Duct and will be using them again in the future.

The cleaners said the vents were very dirty and the dryer vent was so clogged, it was a fire hazard. The service technicians that came to my home were courteous, professional and, very knowledgeable. They were very considerate and attentive in keeping my home clean . One of the service techs moveed my sofa to get to the air vent and I was highly embarrassed because there was a lot of dust bunnies underneath my sofa.When I went to get my broom I came back and on his own accord he vacuumed everything up for me without me having to ask him to do so . Hired Mr Duct in Naperville for our home duct cleaning service provider. Everything went smoothly beginning with a set up app on Monday morning for service on Wednesday. Office staff are extremely informative and technicians are professional and courteous. My service was nearly 3 hours in length and they worked neatly and efficiently the entire time they were here. Would use them again and recommend their service for residential duct cleaning.
