I got a filled and asked for Ombré. Kevin did my nails and I don’t think he knew how to do them, because the picture I showed him look nothing like the ones he did. Inconsistent service and not the place to go for a clean dip manicure. Ive had great experiences with Kimberly, who does gel, but when I switched to SNS powder I had to use a different technician.Unfortunately it was not nearly as good of an experience. My technician was not particularly pleasant to work with, as she was on her phone the entire time, and there was not the attention to detail on my nails that I expect from a professional manicure. She nicked my side cuticle, applied the powder quite thickly, and 2 of my nails have cracked down the middle in less than a week. Im sorry, but if Im paying $50 for a manicure theres a certain level of service and quality that needs to be provided.

It was really nice. Staff was welcoming. Service was a little slow. But most importantly they offered us a strawberry 🍹 margarita. Really good.

I came to this nail salon to try it out for the first time. My boyfriend tagged along to get a manicure and while his experience was good, mine wasn’t all that great as other reviews. The nail tech who did my nails had told me they don’t do cat shaped, which is super surprising considering it seems like a place that can do it all. I got coffin nails instead but they just ended up too thick and a little too rounded at the tips. Some of my nails were thicker than others so it just looked all wonky. If I didn’t have somewhere to be then I would’ve stayed longer to make sure the nails were to my liking but I’ve never had to deal with that at other places. On top of that, I felt really uncomfortable with them taking photos of my nails and twisting my hands and arms around for the pictures. I understand they do it for the business but they should’ve at least asked if I was okay with it in the first place. Maybe they’re different with other customers or I came at the wrong day, but I don’t feel like my nails or experience was worth the price. I’d wait a few months before thinking about coming back, maybe they’ll get better with time.

I really loved getting my nails done here! Vee is the one who did my nails and she was very professional and personable. She was nice and made suggestions that made my nails look amazing! Super happy with my service.

I love this nail salon!! Vy did my acrylic nails, her attention to detail and non-forced casual conversation made me so comfortable! My nails are perfect... Seriously. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that did my pedicure, he was gentle but efficient! It was relaxing, I genuinely enjoyed everything about my appointment I will definitely be back!

Great Experience I recommend to everyone, If I could give 10 stars I would. I have gone twice and the experience is incredible, the most luxurious and clean nail salon I’ve ever been to. A true gem in Napa Valley. The staff are super friendly, Vi is a great owner making sure you’re attended quickly and is super friendly. She makes sure you have a great experience.

Eva/Eve did a manicure and cut every cuticle severely. Some cuticles became swollen. I spoke to the owner/manager, Ev and she said she did a good job but would talk to the manicurist about the cut cuticles. Ev made me feel guilty about the situation and said any money would come out of her pocket. That reaction was worse than the stinging cuticles.
