DID X-RAY AND IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH CYNTHIA. I HAD 20+ X-RAYS AND SHE MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE. MADE SURE IF I NEEDED A BREAK.THE DENTIST WAS GREAT TOO. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE SHOW ME WHAT I NEEDED DONE ON MY TEETH!! SHE EXPLAINED IT TO ME AND SHOWED ME WITH THE MIRROR AT THE SAME TIME AS EXPLAINING MY TREATMENT PLAN 😊 THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

What a great place! It was clean and the x-ray process was very easy. Ron was an honest and friendly hygienist and Dr. Elias gave me an efficient exam. I feel like Ill be in good hands returning for future needs.

Carol, the hygienist who did my deep cleaning was superb and very conscious to my aversion to pain. Dr. Liqueur is a skilled and compassionate dentist. She works with the intention of getting a good job done. I never had to wait any time at all for my appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Recently I had my first appointment at Smile Country Dental, and I am glad I did.Everyone that I interacted with in the practice was friendly kind and professional.My initial contact was Brenda via phone who scheduled my first appointment and helped me deal with my insurance questions. After my appointment, Brenda prepared a prioritized detailed list of the treatments I needed along with my out-of-pocket costs and gave me information for 2 referrals that take my insurance.My second point of contact was Cynthia who kept me relaxed as she took 20 x-rays of my teeth. She did a great job, because I gag easily, and she was patient with me.After my x-rays were complete Dr. Lugue came in and let me explain all of my numerous issues that I have noticed with my long-neglected teeth. I really appreciated the fact that Dr. Luque took the time to listen to me. After I had spoke my peace, Dr Luque went tooth by tooth and let me know their condition and explained what needed to be done. I can’t remember when I have had a more thorough dental examination and condition report.My last point of contact was Sylvia who I spoke to via phone regarding some follow up questions I had. Like everyone I have dealt with in the practice she was friendly, professional and helpful.I need to have a lot of work done to my teeth and I wish things were different. I don’t like spending time sitting in a dental chair, no offense Smile Country Dental, but I am putting my trust in them to get the job done.I am a 59-year man and I have seen my share of dental offices. This was my first visit, and my first impression was that I liked the office and the people.

My whole visit was A satisfactory

My elderly mother had the appointment and was very happy with the friendly staff and dentists. The wait times were short which was also much appreciated. There was a broken tooth, where an attempt was made to fill the gap for a better appearance, but it fell off while she was eating. The next day we came into the office and were told it was only an attempt to make the tooth look better. Two days later a temporary crown came off while she was eating as well which was upsetting for her and her upper roght hand side is having gum pain. She is waiting for her next appointment to remedy the situation.

Dr. Angela Luque is a fantastic dentist with an easygoing, friendly personality and a wonderful bedside manner with patients. During my first visit, she not only analyzed x-rays and examined the condition of my existing fillings, but she also went above and beyond by patiently checking the pockets in my gums and helping with the insurance authorization. Unlike my prior dentists, she actually used enough anesthetic so that I didn’t feel even the slightest sensitivity as she replaced several large, cracked fillings! All in all, Dr. Luque and her dental assistant are both highly competent, caring people, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend their office to anyone!

Dont go there.They lied when I first called them to see if they accept Liberty Ins and they said YES...two months later they say no they are not accepting Liberty and I need to find a place out of town.They did the same thing to my husband ....they now want him to pay for his filling AFTER they had already told him yes they accept Liberty.I would give 0 stars if I could...they do not deserve even 1

Im glad I did my research and found these guys. Linda, the office manager answered the phone the day I was calling around and was so kind to me. I had a million questions about insurance and various service codes and she patiently answered them all. She balanced and bounced between me and caring for all the people she had physically in the office that morning gracefully and with a calm sweet and efficient ease. She even made sure I was signing up for the right dentist for the procedures I needed with my insurance, saving me lots of potential headache and accidental cost. She was equally lovely this morning when I came in for my appointment. Talked me through the costs of what I needed and gave very practical advice, balancing health versus spacing out the work so I could afford it. Ron, the dental assistant was also a great guy. When I came in I was shaking from nervousness (Im one of those people who faints at the doctor), but by the time the dentist came in I was relaxed and laughing and having a good time . He also taught me a lot about radiation and we talked about ancient man. Dr Chen was incredibly gentle. She was very knowledgeable and talked me through each step. She didnt try to push any extra services or charge me for things I didnt need, she didnt scare me and she didnt mind all of my little questions. Dental work is never really cheap or comfortable, but coastal dental in Napa seems like one of the best you could ask for.

I have been coming to Coast Dental for about 4 months now and I have always been treated professionally and with great and loving care by the staff and Drs. I would recommend this office for anyone that has a fear of going to the dentist. They make you feel calm and relaxed. Linda at the front desk is very helpful and willing to go out of her way to help you any way she can.

I can definitely say this dentist team operates professionally and are passionate with their practice not once but twice I can say they have done a great job in administrating treatment and diagnosis thoroughly and especially in an emergency situation! FIVE STARTS ALL THE WAY! Highly recommend this office! Had my wisdom pulled yesterday, Once I arrived I was greeted by front office staff Juanita who helped me with check quick and easy, I was so nervous and worried like cmon who really likes getting their teeth pulled? As soon I get taken to the back I was greeted by Devon who made me feel right at home at this point I wasnt so nervous anymore! Then came Dr.Osmolinski who was Amazing ! The process was over within 5 minuets of actually getting the teeth out I didnt feel a thing!! and I feel completely fine the next day. Thank you guys at Smile Country Dental for that great experience!

Been going to these folks for over a year. Theyve fixed a terrible root canal for me and now im back for some shine and polish. The crew is great and strives to create a friendly atmosphere. Ive not had any trouble moving my schedule around with them and there are no surprises. Linda does a wonderful job up front and is easy to talk to when it comes to payments and insurance. Ron brings a very relaxed vibe to the experience so you can feel confident no matter what.

I went to Coast dental for the first time and had the female dentist. I highly praise the entire staff and dentist. I had my first visit at Coast Dental Napa on Tuesday and was totally impressed with the office and staff! The office was very clean and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming! I was told step by step what was going to be happening from the x-rays to the exam. The doctor found some worrisome spots in my mouth and a tooth that needed to be referred out to an Oral Surgeon. Linda the Office Manager called the Oral Surgeon’s Office and was able to make arrangements for me to go directly there for a consultation. I will be highly recommending this office to my family and friends!

I came in here few months ago to get my bottom wisdom teeth pulled out. When I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist and the lovely manager, Raquel. They had me fill out a form and then had me sit at the waiting area. Less than 5 minutes later the doctor was ready for me. Dr. K was the one who did the surgery and I cant even thank him enough. He made so comfortable despite the thought of me being awake during the procedure. It only took him 10-15 minutes and I was all done. Cheers to the wonderful people who work here. This will for sure be my official dental clinic :)

I was always apprehensive about anything having to do with dental work. However, my experience at Coast Dental was quite pleasurable. Awesome staff that are proactive with care and pay close attention to minor details. The were super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this office and thier staff!

I recently needed dental work and I am terrified of the dentist. I met with Dr. Murthy and she saw how terrified are I was. She very quickly calmed me down and told me that she would not hurt me. I had a major procedure and she did NOT hurt me! I have several more appointments with her and I am not so terrified. I hope she stays with this practice for a very long time. Dr. Murthy is a DANDY for sure and trust is everything.

The Dentist are good. However, the front desk people are not. Theyve had to reschedule my appoint about 4 times because they forgot the Dentist was not going to be in that day. I had to wait one time for over 45 minutes to be seen on one of the appointments. Its hard enough to get out of work. The Dentist ARE GREAT! But they really need to get it together at the front desk.

I had recently been experiencing a wisdom tooth infection which I have actually dealt with many times in the past, I have been to many dental offices who were not willing to work with me when it came to dental insurance. My experience at Coast dental was unlike any other. They took the time to listen to me and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way, and did everything in their power to help me take care of the problem. The staff was very courteous, wholehearted, honest and very caring. They took care of me the same day I went in, and I’ve never had an experience such as this before. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may be looking for an above average accommodation and an office that will hold you in the highest regard. Thank you!!

Awful service! I had been a patient since Coast Dental. Once they changed ownership they would not honor the warrenty. They offered me a 20 percent discount on dental work that should have been covered under warrenty. Very bad customer service.

Best dental office in Napa. Linda, an exceptional Office Manager, skilled hygienists and assistants, who make sure your smile stays lovely. Dr. Khoshvaghti can diagnose any issue you have now and will have in the future and I am privileged to be a patient at this convenient, elegant office.

I set up an appointment with them and after 15 minutes in the waiting room the receptionist informed me that the hygienist was MIA, and asked if they could reschedule. Considering how difficult it can be to schedule dentist appointments when you have a full time job I dont recommend this place.

Coast Dental will end up COSTING you a lot of money, the dentists work on quotas. They are owned by a large corporation, Coast Dental Corporate. This includes SMILE as well. Ive had experience with 3 separate dentists. One filled a tooth for $150.00 and 5 weeks later I had to have it extracted. She worked on a tooth that was not attached to the bone which showed clearly on xray from a specialist. Went into the office, with the tooth in hand, she bullied me. I became a bit fearful and left. The second incident was a charge for a full exam that I never received. The third was $800 of work on a tooth that needed extracted 5 weeks later by a specialist. When I tried to work with Coast Corporate they strung me along for 3 months, jumping through hoops to finally completely ignore me. Im now working with the Attorney General of Napa, the Dental Board and Social Media. Hope this helps, maybe look for another dental office. STAY AWAY from big corporate owned dental offices, they do not care as a private practice does. They are cheaper BUT costlier in the long run.

I have left 9 voicemail concerning my dental work and getting my Dentures completed and have never got a return call, this place has changed name 3 times in last year, the staff needs to change, not the name !

This was my first visit to Smile Country Dental. Everyone was very friendly, especially Dr Luque. It was a low stress visit. Nice!
