Both the pick-up and drop-off (different location) experience were very fast and convenient, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the vehicle was far surpassed my expectations for the price point. I was very happy with my service!

Great branch. Was running late due to the heavy traffic on the highway and Chaz briefed me on what to do if I came late after Hertz office hours. Friendly staff and efficient pick up of the vehicle. Very smooth process. I am very satisfied with this Hertz Branch.

Smallish Hertz but nice to have it within walking distance from the Westin. Nice young lady at desk very polite and helpful .

Very professional. Everything was done well in respect to the pandemic. I felt safe. The service great, I was in and out in good time. I have been using Hertz for a long time and hold them to a high standard. They always come through and I have never been disappointed. Thank you Hertz!

Tried calling well before closing hours multiple times, no answer. By the 4th call a woman answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes then the call dropped. I drove directly there only to find 3 employees on computers. I told one of the employees that I had a reservation made, she said they had absolutely no cars due to a recall. If this was the case don’t you think they would be closed? Why does Hertz need 3 people working when there’s no cars? Put a sign on the door next time please.

I am so impressed with this Hertz! Not only are they friendly and efficient, they also held onto my sunglasses I left in the rental car and didn’t realize for days because there was no sun. Thank you Glory and team - you guys are fabulous! And my rental car was great as well!!

This place had really good prices, clean cars, customer service was excellent, I read reviews that this place wasnt the greatest but that was not my experience. The girl who took care of me was pleasant, thorough and didnt give me any hard times. The car was clean and well maintained. They even offer free pick up and drop off. Upon returning the vehicle the girl asked if I needed a ride and she got me a Lyft ride to my destination.

EXTREMELY SLOW! No sense of customer importance...customers are piling up in lobby, yet there’s 4 employees just watching one employee work. Ridiculous!

Reserved full size premium. Arrived, only economy small Ford focus. 63.... oh well.

Booked a reservation over the phone, was told a car would be ready by 3pm. Arrived at 3, and the woman at the front desk was just rude about stating they had no cars. After a lengthy conversation, she offered to drive me home and call me later on when they had a car available. Well, now its 6:15 and theyre closed and I never received a call back. So, after making a reservation, I now have no car and way to get to work in the morning. Horrible service! Id rate it zero stars if I could.

I rent a car at the Las Vegas airport I told the representative i would pay cash when i return the car because I did want anything on my card and I paid cash when the car was returned and my credit card was put on a five day hold Hertz representative lie and sad my credit card company had the hold on my card so I call my credit card company with them on the phone my credit card did not have the hold Hertz did and the cold thing about it they had gotten paid in full cash I rent from Dollars, bugget, enterprise car rental all the time and have never had this problem ever so now my credit card is tie up for five day I will never recommend Hertz to anyone bad business i would have done better to charge it and just pay my credit card company the same day and have the credit available A Big company like Hertz bad business very greedy I will never rent from Hertz again

Ive always used Hertz ever since i was stranded a few years back and they were the only one that had a car available.As far as this location, when i went to pick up my car, the agent thought it was too dirty when we inspected it. (I didnt notice anything too bad.) Since they didnt have any other cars, they comped me a tank of gas. Very nice! Especially considering i didnt even notice it.

Car was everything I expected. Clean, low mileage, ran great. Counter service was less so. Never cracked a smile at either pick up or drop off.

As a Gold member and very frequent renter the car and paperwork should be ready at rented time. Have always had to wait at this rental location.

We rented a car in San Francisco, and after getting on the highway realized the entire suspension was shot causing the car to bounce often uncontrollably. We contacted the original Hertz location for assistance, and he directed us to the Napa office for assistance. He offered to call ahead to let them know we needed to swap the car. When we arrived at Napa Hertz, the service team could not be less interested in helping us w/ an unsafe vehicle. A car was returned while we stood there, but the office manager would not release that car to us. They promised to call us the next day w/ a new car. The following day we had to call them (vs getting a call from them) and again, the service person promised to follow up today about a car. We did not receive a call, the office closed for the weekend and we are saddled w/ this highly unstable vehicle driving difficult roads. We are will cancel our Hertz Gold Membership, and never rent from Hertz again.

Napa branch is rude never answers the phone and does the barest minimum for their customers. Had to call corporate just to get a phone call back when accidently leaving something in car I returned.

THE CAR WAS CLEAN INSIDE & OUT AND READY TO GO AFTER THR DELIGHTFULL AGENT SIGNED US IN. THE ONLY NOTE I MIGHT ADD IS THE TIRE PRESSURE BE CHECKED OUT MORE OFTEN...ALL FOUR TIRES WERE LOW MAKING THE CHECK TIRE LIGHT COME ON. THANK YOU
