Like every Enterprise experience Ive ever had, my recent one at our local location in Napa, Calif., was fantastic. Anna took great care of me. She was efficient and charming. And the SUV I needed to get my step-daughter to college in Southern California was exactly what we needed.I dont generally write reviews. I just vote with my wallet and it will remain with Enterprise.

I have rented vehicles from Enterprise for the last 3-4 years and I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received. All personnel in the office and in the background have never been anything but accommodating, personable, pleasant and cheerful.I will continue to go back due to the service I have always received.

As a B2B customer, this Enterprise location comes through for all of my customers, all of the time. I use them frequently for my own personal rentals as well and I truly cant say enough good things over the last 2 and 1/2 years. Im working with the third manager now and I must say she is doing a fine job! All of the staff is wonderful, the porters do a good job of getting our customers there on time keeping their Fleet of vehicles as clean as is to be expected. With covid-19, I know this has been more difficult on them, however they continually come through for us.

Very helpful and always available for questions. Needed a rental for a little over a month and never had an issue with enterprises service.

I am pleasantly surprised by how easy my truck rental transaction went. I went o n line, chose my vehicle, filled out the information needed. It was not difficult to understand. Received a friendly courtesy reminder call from staff for rental pick-up confirmation. Had quite a few options to pick from. It was an effortless transaction. Needless to say, dropping off vehicle was just as easy. I am very pleased with the service. Thanks.

We rented a 2020 Dodge Durango R/T it’s a beautiful machine I swear I didn’t want to return it. Fit all of our kids comfortably smooth ride unless u hit that switch.

Great car but big opportunity in some aspects of customer service. Not even the individual employees but their fundamental choices.

Everyone at the Napa branch made sure to clean the vehicle exceptionally well and accommodated my later pick up (right before 6pm). They were all extremely friendly as well. I believe one of them was named Jimothy.

My last rental from Enterprise was due to an auto repair. Enterprise Napa was efficient, timely, and friendly, working with my insurance company and the body shop to make my experience as seamless and painless as it could be under the circumstances.

Always a pleasure, and they even gave me a courtesy ride to my hotel. I was disappointed that the full size truck I reserved was not available.

This place sucks they never have cars happen to me 3 times

Customer service via phone was absolutely the worst. Tried to make a reservation for northern CA, could not speak to someone in the U.S. and not supervisor because as they explained to me, I was speaking to a contracted company NOT Enterprise. Nevertheless, I had to book at a location much further away than I had intended because the phone rep had the wrong location information...Oh and Enterprises Moto We will pick you up! NO THEY DONT NOW---SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Great customer service. Made a reservation about 45 min before pick up. The car that I was supposed to get was not available but they accommodated me with a different one (I didnt care at this point I had been all over Vallejo and not one car was available. I just needed to get from point A to point B) I was out of there in about 10 min from getting there... Thank-you!!!!

Enterprise in Napa has its greatest asset in that the employees are outstanding! I have never been disappointed when renting from them. As long as I need to rent a car, I will be renting from Enterprise.

Amazing staff! Called to tell them we probably wouldn’t make it in time before they closed and they kindly stayed opened for us! They were able to accommodate our last minute needs with the perfect vehicle that we needed to get to our snowy destination! They saved our trip! We were in and out with the keys in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone needing a car for rent! Friendly service and professional.

Last years Jeep and this years Nissan Rogue worked out great. The Nissan got us to Tahoe and back without needing to stop for gas once. Loved that.

I would have given them a 5 star however the Napa, CA location has a problem with the cleanliness of their vehicles.

My long term rental was upgraded because of a busy rental day. I had a very comfortable Audi Q5 for 4-1/2 months. No issues!

Experienced, very helpful and courteous staff who assisted me with every request. The cars were excellent and in very good shape. I couldnt find a better pickup and drop off service anywhere. Also, easy upgrades if needed and the weekend specials are super. They have easy, fast and accurate reservations anytime and anywhere. Good staff,nice car

They rented me a small car, I only needed it for 3 hrs, it drove just horribly while on the freeway. They refused to give me my rental receipt, with all included on it like the insurance, security amount - in the form of paper, would only send email after the fact.An add-on, it has been 2 weeks: this morning while checking my mobile banking acct, there is a second toll charge for my 3 hr drive on the 680!! They charged me @ 4:12 I-680 southbound in Milpitas and again @ 5:13 northbound 680/780 split!!! Same day of course, northbound is the correct charge. So who do they think was driving an enterprise rental car with the same license plate as the one I was in?!?!? My doppelganger!!! It would be worth the $9.95 they are charging (for each toll) just to see That!

They gave the reservation to someone else. Enterprise cancelled the reservation that was made earlier this morning. Called 30 minutes before vehicle was supposed to be picked up, and let us know they were out of cars. Staff was unprofessional, service was bad. Staff member Zach was rude and clearly didnt care about what was happening.Will never use again. Heard enterprise was the worst car rental place before, now I know it for myself.

Highly recommended compared to the local competition. Their pick up service is timely and staff is professional. Cars are always clean. They do attempt to sell you extended warranty. Just make sure to check with your current car insurance if rentals are covered! Otherwise its always a good time renting from them!

Manny and Ronnie were the two service professionals I spoke with! Awesome service professionals. I rented a car for an executive and it was the most seamless transaction Ive ever had to do. Not only did they get the car to our executive in time, he was able to leave it at a particular location and they picked up at a later time without all the fees tacked on! Thank you guys!

Quick professional rental process, car brand & model availability good, works with insurance companies seamlessly. I wanted a medium economy car and I got a brand new Toyota Corolla. Loved it!

The people are nice. I have had to go through Enterprise to rent a car after an accident. The selection of available vehicles is very poor. With full rental car reimbursement from insurance it still cost me $100 out of pocket because they only had two vehicles to rent, a van and a luxury sports car. I took the van. Be careful when you rent from here, you may end up paying a lot of uncovered expenses out of your own pocket that they dont tell you about until you return the vehicle.

Rented a car from here. Staff was great and car selection was ok. The reason for the one star is their pick up service. We called several hours before our rental time to request a pickup. We were given the time. Stood outside for over 30 minutes after the time that THEY gave us. No one called us to let us know of a delay and when we called after 15 minutes they said the driver had just made a drop off and was on their way and should be there momentarily. False. Took over another 15 minutes to get there. My recommendation is for you no to use their pick up service if you have a time commitment after your rental car pick up.

An absolutely horrific experience. Made all reservations on line and when it comes time to pick up car enterprise cant deliver a vehicle to me. I am currently stuck with no way to get to airport to catch a cross country flight.

I rent fairly often from the Napa Enterprise and have had excellent customer service. Stacie went above and beyond to make sure my most recent rental was clean - which means she did the car wash herself ( on a busy Sat am)!

I have rented from the Napa location a total of 5 times within the last year. Each time my vehicle was ready as promised, and they got me in and out in record time. Even returning the car is no problem and I seldom spend more than 5 minutes completing their processes. All employees are well trained, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Highest recommendation!

Don’t rent here! If I could give zero stars I would. The person I dealt with was rude, had a power trip thing going and was just overall horrible. I had made a reservation 3 days prior and I was not informed that I need to present a pay stub, and proof of address just to use my debit card which I would have gladly brought would I have known. There is no need for someone to treat me like I’m stupid when I was not informed. So I left and made a reservation at the vacaville enterprise where I was treated like a human. I would rather drive to another city than deal with these people ever again.

Did not get the rental I wanted, but the substitution was nice. it was clean. Drop off of keys that evening was convenient. A Van.

I just finished a 2-day rental, started with a $30 toy car/sub compact which would have been ok but getting 2 walkers in the hatch would have been a hassle. So the sweet lady up graded me for only $50 /day to a very nice Chrysler Van with motor everything, sunroof and all. The Google site shows their old address on Redwood Road, but they are on Soscol. Will def use em again.

Service was proficient, friendly and quick however where are customers supposed to park?! The lot was over-filled and the service station guys suggested I park in the handicap spot... (I dont have a placard btw)

Told them the car shakes when I get on the highway. They said I should drive it to another branch to get a new car because they were low at the moment. Poor customer service, never called me back after saying they would and didnt care if the car jeopardized my familys life. Go to Hertz, or anywhere else.

Had to call 2 times to get pick up and still couldnt get here on time. What sense of offering car pick up if you are not really going to do it. Finally showed up 2 hrs after they said they would be here...use someone else!

5 Minutes ago my mom had rented a hundi from this car rental place never had any problems 10/10 for sure, BUT then this hundi almost 2 hours away from this car rental place already on my destination the car actually BREAKS DOWN in the middle of the highway it barley makes it to the nearest gas station. When we called the rental place they wanted my mom to pay 50 dollars to have someone come get her and then another fee to switch cars?? my mom did absolutely nothing wrong they were at fault but the man in the phone persisted to be unhelpful and did not want to support us even though they had giving my family a bad car... never coming here again...

Been using this place for the pasts few months and each time I come here its been nothing but a smooth transition. 12/21/17 showed up to get my rental that I reserved because it was cheaper to get a ride up from San Diego and rent from NAPA. Put my debit card out to put down and apparently they now dont accept debit cards for non-local residents even though the last time I was here 4 weeks ago they charged my debit and put a deposit down. Sorry, we cant rent to you unless you provide documentation of establishing credit. I showed him a credit card and said here ya go here is a credit card. But I need to put the money on my debit card. Still wouldnt let me leave without a rental. They said they called me and left a message explaining all of this before coming up. I said heres my voicemail on my iPhone and I said on where on here do you see a VM from your number because I dont!He calls the area manager and I tried to explain to him that with NO CAR I am stranded for the holidays and if he could just let me continue on this one last time I would be very grateful. The area manager still says no and I storm out of the place pissed off and fuming that I drove 8 hours from San Diego to be told No you cant rent a car even though I just did 4 weeks and now stranded for Christmas.Enterprise NAPA worst customer service and the assistant manager just kept pissing me off even more. Hope all you at Napa Enterprise have a Happy Holidays with your families. While, Im stuck not having Christmas with mine.

When you get charged for an extra day. Call within hours of getting a statement to rectify the charge, get told a manager would handle the issue and follow up and two days later see the extra $300 charged to your account everything else doesnt matter.

All of the Napa Valley car rental agencies are terrible. Bad service, and the vehicle smelled like cigarettes

Rented a car to me with almost 29,000 miles on it, very worn tires, and the AC adapters (2) would not work making it impossible to use my GPS. Had to bring the car back and exchange it.
