I had a tire blowout on the highway, no spare in the car. Escalate towing found me even though I didnt know exactly where I was within 15 minutes. They gave me a flat rate for a 20 mile tow that was fair. They got me home safely and quickly. I highly recommend this business.

The company that was quick to arrive at the location in Saint Helena and tow my car to a shop in Napa. No complaints - they were quick, calm and professional.

My husband was in a horrific accident and CHP had his car towed by this company. The tow truck driver refused to take my information at the time of the tow and demanded he keep the registration. Its now over a week later and they have not returned the registration. When I called the owner/manager told me it was not his problem and not a big deal that they lost it. He claimed the driver told him he returned it to me. When I tried to explain that the driver did not and how this wasnt acceptable and is an issue because our information is on the registration they lost, he kept talking over me and then hung up on me. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY.

I called for a price quote and they were so very rude and unprofessional! That is the is time that I have called them & like they say first impressions are everything! That was the first and last time I will ever call them! If they were that rude over the phone I cant possibly imagine what their service would be like in person! HORRIBLE!
