The guys at A&T are professional, caring and honest. My mom was in a car accifent recently and they tired her car which was totaled. They took good care of her and helped with the insurance needs, and showed genuine concern for her well being. Definitely recommend!

After waiting over 12 hours for a AAA tow, they said that Napa Valley Towing didn’t want to go 150 miles to take me back home and cancelled my tow request. It was so frustrating when they asked me to find a tow truck to take me home and pay out of pocket after waiting for so long.Thankfully I called this place and they arrived so fast! The driver, Aric, was really nice and provided excellent service! From the moment I called, to when my car was dropped off, they never once complained about the long ride or made me feel like a burden.I highly recommend this business, they really understand that their customers are in a frustrating situation and they handle it very well.

On our way to Yountville via Hwy 128 we unfortunately hit a pothole on the road that bent our passenger side front and rear rims causing the tires to lose air pressure. The front tire lost air quickly and we had to pull over and change the tire. The rear tire was low but holding air. We managed to drive to a gas station on Hwy 29. We decided we would have to have our vehicle towed back to Rocklin. We tried using our AAA roadside service but after waiting over 3 hours we called our RangeRover roadside service. We had a tow in an hour. A & T Towing was dispatched to us. The company kept us updated on the status and ETA of the truck and driver. They provided a link that showed on a map the progress of the truck coming to us. When he was five minutes out the driver, Adan Rodriguez, called us to confirm our location and coordinate the service.Adan is a very pleasant person and professional driver. In no time he had our vehicle loaded and secured on his flatbed truck and we were soon on the long drive to Rocklin.On the long drive we engaged in very friendly, pleasant conversation. Aside from being competent and professional, Adan seems like a genuinely nice guy.A & T Towing should be proud to have him as an employee.Our experience with A & T Towing was great! It was the type of service we needed after a long, miserable day!

I wish I would have gotten the name of the man who helped me. He was so nice, he was able to unlock my car in 5 mins. I highly recommend this company & will be calling them again in future if I need too! Great customer service!!!!!

I had a minor fender bender, non injury accident. The tow driver David showed up and immediately announced my car was totaled. (It certainly was not, I got it back today.) It was a holiday weekend and my choices were very limited, but I still seriously considered telling him to just drive away without me or the car. I instantly knew I couldn’t trust him.But he claimed he had 20+ years of experience and could tell from just a glance, and insisted that I allow my car be towed to a body shop he recommended. He repeatedly refused to take it to the dealership as I instructed, saying they wouldn’t sign for it (they did)... even after I assured him I had just spoken with the dealership owner.It was only after I stood my ground and insisted again and again that he reluctantly took it where I chose, but told me I wouldn’t have to pay towing if I allowed him to take it where he wanted. I paid the towing myself (got reimbursed by insurance) and sent him on his way.I don’t know if the entire company is crooked, but this guy was definitely on the take. I would highly recommend you choose anyone other than Anytime Towing in Napa, I don’t trust them at all.

If you call the number thats listed theyre going to direct you to another number and they do not answer right away but other than that they were friendly due to the circumstances of my experience

These guys are theives they conspired to keep Adrian Delgados Mobile wash trailer he had just bought and they didnt return it they had no mercy the guy was homeless and lived out of his truck and these guys kept his trailer

They dont play.. AAA refused to tow my lifted f250 after they towed it in the past about 4 times.. A&T fast reliable and competitive prices. My go to..

Very unprofessional company. They tow my car and scratch it. When I picked up my car I saw all scratch they did and I was threatened and they told “you should leave right now”. Do not use this company for you safe. They should work 24h as well, and when you call them at night they just hung up on you in a very rude way. Bad...bad.

Unprofessional. Didnt show after three hours. Called them and they said theyd figure out why not and call me back. They didnt and wouldnt answer my calls after that. BMW roadside assistance said they were lying about not being committed and had recordings but said they couldnt do anything about it. Had to go with another company after hours of waiting. Bad enough being rear ended but having to deal with folks like this makes it worse. At least the guy who hit me apologized.

First thing Driver said looking at my car is Thats not gonna happen Now I would rate this company one star for that level of unprofessionalism but to the drivers credit he did help me attempt to push my car into the driveway. Aside from that the whole reason this company was hired was so I didnt have to get a hernia trying to push a 4klbs car over a small hump into a driveway. Completely unprofessional towing company willing to leave a job half finished.

I was stranded with a dead battery out by the cemetery with my girlfriend. She was panicking and I didnt know who to call at 1 am! I did a google search and a & t towing got here in like 10 min and I was on my way. Great service!

I was very distressed when my car stalled in the middle of an intersection in Napa. Good Samaritans helped push the car to a gas station nearby and another let me charge my phone in his truck. A&T Towing was the first call I made and the truck arrived within 20 minutes. During the wait, I started Googling mechanics shops on my phone, but the closest one listed is in Sonoma. When John arrived in the tow truck, I handed him a piece of paper with the address of the shop. He said he knows of one in town that does great work on cars like mine, and it was only 2-3 miles away, saving me about 15 miles of towing fees. John was very meticulous with attaching the hooks, making sure everything is perfect before moving on to the next step. Then, after dropping the car off at the mechanics, he gave me a ride to a hotel. Plus, they use Square, so paying by credit card was easy. If youre ever in need of having a car towed in Napa, this is the business to call.

The manager Gordon is extremely short and rude. I decided to give them a second chance to prove themselves which was a mistake. Made an appointment and ended up getting flaked on with no follow up as to what was going on. This company is NOT punctual and I am sure that most of these reviews are from family/friends.

Car broke down today and tow truck driver helped a lot, half the price to “Napa Valley Towing Co “, showed up within 15 minutes . Very thankful
