Ill try to keep this as simple as possible.I trust them like family.Rico, Alex, Joe and Stacy (hope youre doing okay!) are wonderful. Im a research nut and they always let me compare my research to their knowledge and we have open, honest conversations about how to move forward with whatever car work I need accomplished. Even lending advice when I think I can handle a project on my own. Its like taking your car to a couple uncles that youve known your whole life. Will never go anywhere else. We were in need of a last minute oil change. I called around and no one could fit us. Another shop recommended Joes auto repair. I called and they to were to busy. But then he said If you can be here at 2 pm I can fit you in. which was in 45 min. I took it. I called and told him I was running 5 min late. He said no problem. When I got there he introduced himself filled out the paper work and they got started immediately. They were done pretty fast which I expected because its just an oil change. I also appreciated the speed because I am a business owner as well. Lots of work to do not enough time in the day. He told me the price which I found to be very fair and I paid. The owner and operator has individuals working in his shop that incompetent of doing repairs on vehicles. Especially the individual by the name of Alex A., he damaged my vehicle. After l had seen that my vehicle was damaged and reported it. Joe the owner knew of the damaged that occurred at his shop by his employee and has refused responsibility. I’m sure this has not only happend to me, but other customers. So, do your research and never go to this auto shop again!!!! They are a rip-off and they are not honest!!!

$67 just to look at your car (whether you get a service or not) Greed in its prime...STAY AWAY

12-21-17 ..i wwnt for an Oil change on my car...I look under the car ...he didnt use a new Oil change.....I went right back ..and he put a new one....they apologized to me......my tip for them is dont do that if you really care for your business.....
