I have gone to them several times and trust them with their accurate assessment then workmanship. My van should probably be put out to pasture but it is still running great. They are quick to perform any work needed on it and get it back to me. I always feel like they do really care about me and me being a safe vehicle that has no issues. Cant say enough about them. I waited a month or so to post anything to see how job went, and it turned out great I was a little nervous as I brought the Mag Plenum kit from Hughes engines to be replaced on my Dodge van.At the same time to check all hoses or anything needed replacing while in the tear down they followed all my request in the end im super happy.....

As a 38 year Machinist, attention to detail is a law. Fantastic service, the tech was as technical or as basic as needed relaying the problem to me. I fully understood what was needed and the cost was very reasonable. If Im unable to do the work myself, I will use this shop again. Thanks MCM great job.

I bought new tires and rim for my Infiniti and the shop where I bought it was able to install all three except for one where theres a wheel lock, to make the story short we were asked to find a repair shop since they cant do it .... looked around asked around visited several tire repair shop but nobody knows how, feeling frustrated and helpless until I came to MCM Jobe repair shop... they make wonders! Making impossible possible the staff are very knowledgeable they really know what theyre doing, very professional, courteous and they never stopped until they have exerted all ways to do the job! Cant say enough good things about MCM. My wife and I were halfway through a 2000 mile road trip when the engine check light came on. Having ~1000 miles to go I needed an expert to diagnose and advise, if not fix the problem immediately. Greg squeezed us into his tight schedule, diagnosed the problem, gave us copious notes, and much to our relief said he was confident we could drive the car home w/o damaging the car. He was right! We got home w/o incident, my local mechanic confirmed Gregs diagnosis and used Gregs notes re: MAP sensor and valve cover leak. Our car is perfect again. Thank you MCM!!!!

Very happy with this team. Ive tried 3 different places in the 8 years Ive lived in Napa, and expect Im finally done with my search. ( aka - bad experiences that kept the search going) They even threw in a free windshield wiper because I asked - (since the one they installed 8 months earlier had come apart). No one likes spending money on repairs. Its a necessary evil - but since we are forced into it, we should go to someone we trust. And I totally trust these guys. I have a 2005 Subaru Impreza. Shes gettin old.......But shes paid off!
