As a kid who used to live there, It was a really fun experience as well as living there. I Remember back in like 2016 almost every kid who lived in the complex would all hang out and do play some games. It really was fun chilling in the pool with others. Know that I have grown up I have realized how loud we were playing games and I didnt realize it as a kid. If it werent for such the increase of rent I would probably still live there.

Office is nice and maintenance seems to be short staff a lot. Neighbors are good. Parking is lousy, everyone has a car. Not sure how they can fix that.

The kids are really noisy and playing everywhere. It’s very noisy that we can hear them screaming even if we close our windows. It has been like this ever since the schools closed. And they don’t do anything about it.

My experience at Kentwood Apartments was great! The Community Manager, Veronica, is super attentive to the needs of the residents there and always made it feel like my family was a priority. We were sorry to lose her when we moved. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Ive been living here for 5 years and as a teen its nice and comfortable. But there is a bad side to the apartments. Ever since Donna (old manager) has left gangs, violence, noise complaints, and so much more stuff has increased. Theres also mold and cockroaches when you move in. If you live downstairs you can hear the people walking around upstairs.

This office staff never answer the phone, have. Even trying to contact past two days and no answer or call back. Apartment complex has zero parking and it is constantly loud with children and music even early in the morning. Expensive as well.

Kentwood office team has excellent customer servise. The service team is prompt. The ground are kept clean. The only bothersome issue is parking. If one has an extra car it can be difficult parking. Other than that things are o.k.

Mold, cockroaches and property managers that lie to youre face about mold testing. The only highlight is a temp named Nakisba McDowell, if she is not head property manager at time of application, do not apply.

Kentwood is a wonderful place! My experience living here has been very positive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Napa.
