We love living at Hawthorn. We have lived here for less than a year, but we’ve enjoyed it fully! The grounds are very clean and always feel safe and peaceful. It is a dog friendly complex which is great! My dog loves walking around and enjoying the dog park. Elizabeth in the leasing office is super helpful when we’ve needed it. Some other faves are the pool and hot tub!

I’ve lived in a few different apartments but by far this has been the best management I’ve dealt with. They are always friendly and do their best to create events and activities for the community to enjoy together. The maintenance crew is always professional and timely with any repairs needed!

We moved to Hawthorn Village in 2003, and have never looked back. I cant imagine living anywhere else! The apartments are nicely laid out and well appointed; the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the office staff is friendly and helpful, simply the best, and the maintenance men are pros. I can give my older pup a good walk and never leave our complex, which is a plus, All in all, this is home and that makes me happy!

We have enjoyed living here. The staff has been very friendly and prompt, the grounds well maintained, and a quiet home with friendly neighbors. The location is convenient too.

Had a maintenance request which needed to be approved due to co-vid but they came the next day and completed it perfectly! I was impressed with the care shown to get the right part and how quickly it was accomplished.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and do not have a single bad thing to say. The grounds are extremely clean, wonderful landscaping, safe and quiet, no issues with mail/packages, maintenance and management are great. Rarely need maintenance because the units are in such good shape, but when there is a need, it is fixed so quickly and with great customer service. Had an issue with a washing machine a while back, they had a brand new one ordered and installed within days. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

My husband and I recently moved from one apartment to another at Hawthorne Village and consistent with with all of our experience and business with the staff has been stellar. Rachael, Maira, Joe, Robert and others have always been very pleasant, efficient and professional. Were going on six years here and have always been very happy to be here.Thank you!!

We were only there for about a year, loved the friendly staff. Whenever there’s an issue they’d solve it within a day. The amenities were always kept pristine. We’ve lived in many apartment complexes, moved from coast to coast. I would say hawthorn definitely worth the price. If we didn’t buy a house, we would stay there even longer

Staff at Hawthorn is very kind, knowledgeable, and sincere. Gym is well put together, a little bit of everything. Pool is a lush Oasis, which includes a waterfall that is serenity, the area is quite magical. The apartment itself is built really well, very spacious and welcoming.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. Even in such a large complex they strive to get to know each resident personally. They also have the fastest, most knowledgeable and friendliest maintenance team I have ever seen! Usually any issue I have with the apartment is taken care of the same day, sometimes within the hour! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are fabulous. Thank you Hawthorn Village for the best renting experience ever!

We just moved in and have enjoyed the Apartment details, the ambience of the grounds, and the pleasant efficiency of the staff. We had a dishwasher starting problem. Called the office and within an hour the problem was fixed. The maintenance guy couldnt have been nicer!Joel L.

Havent been inside, but the outside is beautiful! Looks pricey. Nice fountain upon entering, easy parking, close to everything you need. Fire department 1 minute away, stores, hotels, gas stations, everything.

We leave in Hawthorne Village Apartments since June 2016.Where is our home.

The place is very nice. The front desk people arent. They could take a business class or two to learn things like people skills and customer service.

Great management, and maintenance. My family and I very happy to live in here.

I do not have to worry about anything once something isnt working properly. I place a call and within a day or even less its handled .
