I called to ask about a diagnosis and what it entailed. Aaron gave me a brief run-through of the easy/common issues that they check for first before doing a more in depth investigation into the issue. One of the items he mentioned actually turned out to be the culprit, and I had my sprinklers going in under 10 mins. While this saved the need for the service call/diagnosis, I know who Ill be calling (as well as recommending) if I need professionals in the future!Both Aaron and Amber were polite, professional, and very clear about the process, pricing, and set expectations perfectly via phone and email. Very much recommend Organic Solutions as your one-stop-shop.

Organic Solutions completely revamped our back yard in East Boise. They added rock to 2 different areas and then installed sod throughout the remaining area. It looks amazing. I wish we would have done this years ago. Cant recommend them enough!

Hired them to repair sprinklers paid all the bills sent to me. Then magically 7 months later revieved another bill. Called admitted no bill was sent at the time. Seems very fishy that in the middle of winter and business slows down for lawn care bills that were not sent are now due and going to collections. Because of this I would strongly not suggest this company to anyone.

We have now used these guys for almost everything they do. They installed a French drain for us and its worked very well and their price was reasonable. We have a contract with them for our fertilizing and other lawn treatments which seem to be working well - our grass is green and lovely. Theyve been here working on our irrigation lines and doing some much needed trimming on an overgrown shrub. They also do our weekly lawn maintenance. Everything has been done well, in a timely fashion and with professionalism. A special shout-out to the lawn care team who has taken care to trim around our in-lawn bulbs and our roses that can droop out over the lawn - no flowers have been harmed! I dont know how I came across Organic Solutions but they blew out my sprinklers once. They have called me every year to get me on the schedule with out me having to think about it! This is one thing I have really liked. Last year when they were out to blow out the sprinklers. I had some dirt forming around some rocks. Well the guy said we had a problem. He flagged it and said to call in the spring. Another guy came out and dug a hole and found that the company that installed our sprinklers didnt do a good job. He found the problem quickly and he got it fixed. The photo here is showing that we had a pipe touching but it wasnt clamped properly. They got it fixed. I would have given 5 Stars if they helped me patch the hole. Even if I had to pay for it. No option was given.

I was an employee for this company. Im no longer with this company because we went separate ways. Organic Solutions has employees that do amazing work the employer not the same. This company asks and has asked me personally if for a post of good reviews they would pay $10 each post. And I participated shame on me. Is everyone in anyones choice to choose who they want to work for them and I would recommend Organic Solutions any day of the week based on their employees but not their employers.

Aaron sent John to complete the replacement of my main & drain valves. I had also mentioned that I may need a new controller and a few new heads as well. John showed up on time and started right to work and was very thorough. He even laid a tarp down to shovel the dirt onto, so there was none left on the sidewalk or in the grass after the job. He was there for a total of 11hr. and didnt run for the car at 5pm. He was there for the extra hour or two it took to complete the job. By the time he finished, the main and drain valve, controller, and two sprinkler heads were replaced. I felt the price was very competitive, and that the accountability, integrity, and quality of work far superseded my expectations. I cant say enough about how great the service provided was, and I will definitely utilize them again for future work. Definitely recommend Organic Solutions 100%!!!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Long story short....the owner Mike lied to us, the girl that answers the phone lied to us. They do not communicate with their own techs or us the customer. They over book the 2 guys they have doing sprinklers. They havent been doing sprinklers very long we were told and it shows. Here it is 3 weeks later and my sprinklers still dont work. Called another company Friday and they will be out Monday to fix my sprinklers. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Aaron from Organic Solutions came out and met with me. He was very helpful. We walked my yard and discussed what I wanted for my lawn and he told me what he recommended and the trends for this area. He also helped me identify many plants and trees in my yard. Yes, he took time to do this. Thank you so much for that. A few days later Nick came out and applied the first treatment. Nick BTW, was friendly and helpful too. It has been a few weeks now and our lawn is looking great! I like the package/options that I purchased. I like the fact that I dont have to worry about this aspect of our lawn care, they will take care of it on a scheduled basis. This company also does comprehensive yard care including tree trimming, which is a service I will need in the future. I wanted to work with a company who is knowledgeable and has concerns about our environment. I feel Organic Solutions takes the time to get to know their customer and their lawn care needs. This is very important to me. My lawn is looking great!

We moved to Nampa Idaho and bought our retirement home here. While having a fence installed by another company, they severed several sprinkler system water lines and cut some sprinkler system wires as well.I called several lawn care companies and because it was so early in the spring I got no response from any of them. When I contacted Organic Solutions they responded immediately to our problem and fixed our sprinkler system for us. I have since contracted with them to due yearly maintenance on our sprinkler system, remove two dead trees, plant some new bushes to replace the dead trees and to spray our yard four times a year.I cant say enough about this company. They do a terrific job. Their employees are professional and knowledgeable. When Arron came out to look at our dead trees, he took the time to walk our yard with me and told me how to trim back our bushes at no charge!Today they removed two dead trees. The two men who came checked with me several times as they placed the new tree and plants to make sure they were right where we wanted them. They adjusted the sprinkler line to make sure the new plants would be properly watered. They found two other problem places in the irrigation line and fixed them for us at no charge.This is a great company and as competitively priced as any out there.I highly recommend Organic Solutions to anyone looking for sprinkler system repair or landscaping services!M Sterk

We hired Organic solutions in May 2015 to sod our back yard, put in a sand box for our two Great Danes, put down some landscape rock and put in a paver sitting area with fireplace. I cant begin to tell you how pleased we were with their job! The grass and pavers they put down looked amazing and placement of the fire place was just right. They completely transformed our backyard in the best way! They completed the job in a timely manner, the crew was friendly, and we were more than pleased with how Aaron communicated with us and handled our project!!

This company has it together.its not a company thats going to pitch you a outrageous price on things.Their honest and polite and my yard and trees look great.

I am working out of town and wanted to take the stress off my wife. The first week they hit one of my sprinkler heads and didnt realize it. They helped my wife change the settings because they realized that my lawn was dying but didnt check the pressure just turned the water on more often. One of the weekends I came home, two weeks later, the water pressure was low. After going through the motions I realized that one of the sprinkler heads had been broken by the lawn mower striking it. I had the parts and requested that I get one week free because of the time I spent and the parts. Only $26- $5 to 10$ in parts because the head and the connection piece were broken plus time doesnt seem to be to unreasonable. He said he wouldnt pay for it and I kept using the service anyways.About 3 weeks later before 4th of July we bought a trampoline. A guy called from the company and asked if they could do my yard on the 2nd because of the holiday weekend. Said no problem and told him that we had purchased a trampoline. He told me no problem they move them out of the way all the time and then put them back once that area is mowed.That time when they mowed they moved the trampoline to the middle of the yard and left it there. I sent Aaron an e-mail asking that they please move it back because I wasnt home and my wife cant move it because it was so heavy. Also requested my bill and only heard back about the bill from someone else because I requested them through e-mail.I got a call from my wife this past Friday that they had moved the trampoline back but didnt have the entrance of the net lined up with the stairs that never move because they are in a rock area. I sent another e-mail frustrated that they couldnt show more care and got a response from Aaron saying that I can either pay more or he doesnt need my business.I dont think these requests were outrageous. I am just trying to take stress of my wife while I work out of town and the fact that I am getting no help from a so called professional is frustrating to say the least. Besides hitting the sprinkler head, which I understand is a mistake, the work they do is what you would expect but there customer service and willingness to work with, what I believe are basic requests doesnt sit well with me.

If only you HAD come out to address our concerns! I was told over the phone that it wouldnt do any good for you to come out to see what I was concerned about.The netting is not a good idea. It surfaced and got caught up in the lawn mower.**************I have had a problem with Organic Solutions. They laid some sod for us a year ago and immediately the lawn began to turn brown. I called to find out what to do for the lawn, and they told me it was basically my problem and refused to even come out to look.The other problem with the sod was that as the lawn slowly died, plastic netting started surfacing from the soil! When I pulled on the netting, the sod came up with the sod -- a year later! We had to pull it all up and start over. It turns out the bottom side of the sod was lined with the netting and then rolled up. And then not removed before laying it.The final problem was that they sodded over a sprinkler head! Nearby plants were dying, and we couldnt figure out why . . . until we resodded and found the problem..
