I am not one for working out but this gym has became my addiction! Worth every Penny. I wish I would have signed up sooner. If you’re thinking about signing up go for it!!! The employees are so nice and happy to see you.

This is THEE most AMAZING place to work out ! It’s so clean and user friendly. There is something for everyone at any level of exercise. The staff are WONDERFUL! They are knowledgeable about the facility, the saunas, the workouts, and all of the health benefits you can expect from the infrared heat. It looks expensive but the price to work out is very affordable. But the best part is the feeling you have after you complete your workout! Check it out! You won’t regret it. Staff very pleasant and helpful, facility and equipment clean. Signs and instructions on sanitization after use visible. Highly recommend, the sauna workout has done wonders for me in so many different ways. You dont know until you try, go earn the burn.

I’ve lost 20 lbs in 5 months just doing Hot Blast twice daily! Sweating out all those toxins! Best workout ever. Finally combining a sauna and workout together is amazing! There are other workout routines that can be done in their other total of 9 saunas! You will definitely feel the burn!

It’s always a satisfying workout knowing you are burning a ton of calories and helping reduce inflammation by the infrared heat. It’s my new favorite place, totally addicted! I joined hotworx the day before Halloween and let me tell y’all, I almost haven’t missed a day since. The heat, oddly enough, leaves me feeling so energized for the rest of my day! I’ve also used it as a little “me time” on my longer days. You can follow the virtual instructors or just use the sauna time as an opportunity to stretch or meditate. On top of that, the staff is incredible. The competitions and games they have available for the members to win prizes and money is such a great motivator for the members to come in and burn those calories. I’m in love with the concept and have been taking two classes a day almost everyday. Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to physically and mentally feel better!

This place is amazing! The minute you walk in the door you are treated like family. I’m not going to lie, it’s one of the toughest workouts I’ve ever done because it requires focus, challenge and willing to fight for results. It makes you feel like a stronger person not just physically but mentally when you walk out the door. I have had to change my workout routine due to bone on bone on my knee and thought my gym life was over until I walked into the HOTWORX sauna. My tennis game has never been better! Hotworx is a new experience for me and has definitely held me more accountable and consistent working out. I love the variety of options for workouts, the self scheduling, and open 24 hrs/day. Dixie and Monty are so helpful. The reasons not 5/5 stars is I think it’s a long initial commitment (3 months to start and then 60 day notice to end membership if you desire to...so really a 5 month commitment), you have to buy the hotworx mat/towel due to the material they’re made out of (so they are safe for sauna) so that’s an extra expense on top of the monthly membership. They do have the option to pause your membership for a small monthly fee. One great thing is they let you schedule 1 session free to give it a shot. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I’m happy we decided to commit to it and ourselves.

Love this place! Was my first time going yesterday and best experience yet! Super friendly from the second you walk in the door to the second you leave and super helpful with any questions you have and being our first time we had a bunch of questions! If you’ve never done a red light infrared sauna gym session before you definitely need to check it out! I’m super excited to see what my results are in a few months! Also good pricing too for all you get it’s a great deal! Definitely recommend this to all my friends!

I can’t say enough good things about Hotworx Myrtle Beach, from the minute you first walk into their doors you feel like you belong to the Hotworx family. The staff is amazing, helpful and motivating. The saunas are top notch, always incredibly clean. The workouts are amazing, so many to choose from! 10/10 would recommend!

Ive been going to hotworx since October 23rd, I love that its open 24/7, many workouts to choose from, staff is always friendly and always cleaning. Im so excited to see what my results will be. I have way more energy throughout the day and my skin feels amazing. You should definitely come check it out and become part of the hotworx family.

Great place and Great owners! Very clean! Not your regular gym! I go 5 days a week to help reduce the inflammation that I have from my auto immune diseases. Amazing workouts!

You guys have to come try out Hotworx in Myrtle beach. I’ve been coming here the past month and it’s really helped with my energy, mood, and flexibility. To be honest I suffer from Endo and since coming my pervious cycle wasn’t as painful or draining. Also for all my Psoriasis sufferers it can help dry out those unkind areas and heal you from the inside out. The owners and staff are so kind and informed me of all the benefits and Infrared sauna during my first FREE session. I guess you can say I’m hooked!
