Just had Chuck drop off my laptop. He arrived on time. Sat down and got comfortable. All is GOOD. Everything is back to normal and all is functioning at top speed. Chuck was very patient in explaining what was wrong with the laptop and what had to be done to get it back working. He explained the does and dont to keep it working. Chuck is very pleasant to work with. There was no rush with Chuck. He was there to explain everything and make sure we are happy with all his work. Thank you Chuck.

Chuck Walker of T-Rex Computers provided fast service and totally fixed my computer problems. He repaired windows, installed updates and did a system clean up and optimization. Once Chuck delivered my laptop, he sat down with me and explained everything that he did and showed me how to check for updates and to view the status. My laptop runs better than ever, I would definitely recommend T-Rex Computers!

Being someone that sells technology in a B2B capacity, I rely on my many technology platforms in my business. Since I do work with analysts on a regular basis, and I am thankful for that, however Chuck has a very diverse skill set and one that is different than our analysts. Mr. Walker efficently and professionally restored full function to my older dell laptop today when I urgently needed it fixed.
