My son who is a computer person, but lives far away, usually is the one helping me with any problems on my computer. This time parts needed to be replaced. He researched places nearby and found this. Then he called and after speaking with Nick, was very confident that Nick was good, knew his stuff and reasonably priced. I found Nick very easy to work with; knowledgeable, realized that many of us do not know computers, took the time to clearly explain the situation and promptly got the work done. I took my computer to two computer repair stores before coming to the Mega Bites. Neither store could figure out the issues I was having and both charged me an arm and a leg after days of holding my pc.Let me say that there is a reason this place has a solid five star rating. They seemed to genuinely care about the issues I was having, taking the time to hear me out. Within the same day of dropping my computer off the issue was diagnosed and quickly resolved. A second issue made it self apparent once that issue was taken care of where my GPU was failing. They managed to rebuild the card, fixing the issue that was causing the crashing on my PC. (Saving me over 1000$) I know this is a lot to read, but if you care at ALL about your PC this is absolutely the place to take it. You guys are awesome!

I was in the area on a business trip when a distant family member had an emergency (read: waited until I was here to ask for help) with their computer. Seeing as how I didnt have the necessary tools nor desire to go out of my way to spend money & fix an issue I couldve easily prepped for, I looked into the surrounding area businesses for help. This is when I found This Mega Bites and requested a quote. (Their store names play on words caught my attention!) They were reasonably priced with my request, prompt, and didnt do any sort of crazy upsell (read: certain squads of geeks that help with computer repairs), so I referred my relatives to this store before I left. I followed up with my relatives about a week later, and as expected, their computer issues were resolved. This Mega Bites employees attempted to teach and remedy the core issue: prevention of downloading and installing random programs from the internet, but as Id personally tried before - this fell on deaf ears. But thats okay. My relatives were happy with the service and *WHEN* (not if!) they mess up their computer again, theyll probably stop by This Mega Bites for assistance if Im busy...... Definitely recommended, give these guys a try!

These guys are the only thing keeping my laptop alive. I cracked the screen one week before starting a job where I absolutely had to have my laptop in working order. Nick totally came through on his promise to get it done on time, even though he had to hunt down the UPS guy to find the part after it got delivered to the wrong place.
