I went to the Print & Copy section to have a large order printed for a business I do marketing for. The brunette women, who ironically was not wearing a name tag, was flat out RUDE. She was condescending and made it seem like I was an inconvenience asking about different paper sizes for my brochures. Her unpleasantness made me almost walk out and go to a staples to get the help I needed. She then passed me off to Thomas who was SUPER helpful and took the time to not only show me different paper sizes but informed me on which one would look/work the best for my large 600 quantity order. This review received more than 1 star because of Thomas and how helpful he was.

I have never had a problem with this place before until today. I placed an order early this morning. Just some class work for college, nothing to extreme. It took me about 40 minutes of going through to make sure the lessons were in the right order since I was having it spiral-bounded to keep everything together. After trying to place my order for another 20 minutes because it kept telling me to try again because there was an error it finally went through. It was supposed to be done around 6pm tonight but was actually done an hour after I placed it (which was completely fine). I picked it up later that evening and brought it home just to find everything out of order. Ive spent the last hour or so going through each page and marking them with it appropriate lesson it belongs too because I cant move them around. So, next time check what was ordered and whether or not its correct before you give it to the customer!

I am a new business owner.i need some carbonless copies made for forms and wanted to order business cards. The woman behind the counter just now was dismissive and almost to the point of letting me know my business was not welcome. She just kept telling me to go online and make a file.I have ordered before and they did it the first day no problem and it was a nice experience. This lady just wanted me to go away and did not want to help me

I went in with SOME computer knowledge and expectation of what I needed to do to design my business cards. One of the gentlemen named CURTIS made me feel comfortable and confident that I was gonna walk out with what I wanted. HE MADE SURE to check on me about every 10 mins. He made double sure I was gonna get the card design I wanted. Thank you, Curtis!

Good selection, friendly staff

I recently dropped off my computer for an over haul. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with both tech, Shane and Angel. They were thorough and so helpful. They told me what to do and how to do it. I have always been satisfied with Office Depot and this was no exception

Im not use to shopping at Office Depot, Ive always lived closer to their competitor. And I would have to say I was not impressed, sorry. The ink was behind the cash register counter :( the only thing I needed at the store. The 1 cash register counter that was open had a line when I walked in & continued past myself. The employee seemed more interested in selling the add on of additional ink instead of just ringing ALL the customers up so they could carry on with my life.

I received a survey from Office Depot. I have an honest review. I ordered a binder which arrived damaged. I also signed up to have printer ink sent to me monthly. I set this up about three weeks ago and was told it was on back order. I still have not received it and have not had anyone follow up with me. I ended up having to go to the local big box “Walmart”. They had it in stock with plenty on the shelf. I wrote the review and Office Depot sent it back to me stating it did not meet their requirements. Lol. So I guess it you don’t send a perfect review it won’t be publish. Poor service and terrible follow up.

Walked in for to look for something. Barely any employees in the store. There was at least 10 customers who looked like they needed assistance. You can’t really help yourself because there’s barely any price tags on things. Not a great experience.

Never order anything online from Office Depot. Ordered a dry erase board that was expedited to arrive the next day. Every day for 5 days was told it would be here at the end of the day. 5 days later still nothing. I called support and they decided to refund me and try and make me pay another $150 instead of using that money for a new one. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Never buy from them online. Completely incompetent

Curbside order experience was horrible and their customer service was terrible. Someone hung up on me when I asked to speak to management. I can teach them a thing or 2 about management and good customer service.

The folks here were very nice and helpful. The store is laid out nice and logical. I got an Awesome deal on a nice set of headphones while I was there to get paper. Also,the drafting tools sold here is very high quality. Happy shopping:)

Ridiculous,slowest and least efficient customer service in South Carolina. Would never return and do not recommend this store to anyone! Especially for printing services. You will wait 1 hr to print one page and you will be overcharged! Do not go to that store!

A good place to get the office and school supplies that you need. They also have a great rewards program and VIP perks if you spend a certain amount in a year. I have also had to make a couple of returns and have found the process very easy. I have needed information and have gone online to their chat section and have had good response with quick and accurate answers.

Exceptional customer service. They have frequent sales that should be taken advantage of. Good prices on hardware and software compared to competition such as Best Buy. Great with return policy.

Great prices on back to school supplies. I stock up for my business needs. Manager here is a sweet heart and extended a discount past the ad date because I mentioned tv commercial! Best office depot I ever shopped in!

Go there all the time for office supplies and copy. The person that helps me in the copy center is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. store is always clean floors are always clean just a nice store.

Office Depot is a great place to get copies to get any kind of business deals done that you need done if you need Furniture computers laptops the whole nine yards they havent

They have all the office supplies you could ever need... but there service leaves something to be desired. Everytime I go in it takes me 2 minutes to find what I need and then 10+ minutes to get checked out. This last time there were 2 lines open, I waited in one line for my turn until I got to the cashier who then told me to go stand in the other line he was closing his register. I then went and stood with 2 other employees talking about their plans for the weekend. After 10 or so minutes standing in the now 2nd line I was up next... it was at that point another employee emerged from nowhere and opened up another register. He called for the next person in line and I started to move that way, but before I could get there 3 people that where behind me rushed around me to get there first. It was laughable because I only had one item and everyone else had a full cart. Long story short I spent more than a half hour in the store to buy an ink cartridge for my printer that took me 2 minutes to locate. Amazon, here I come.

I needed to pickup a online order which was ready to go when I got there. It was a quick visit taking about 5 minutes from the time I parked my car to pulling out of my parking spot. During other visits I was helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I cant say enough good about this store and especially the manager, Brian. He went out of his way to help me meet a deadline on a printing order that Id placed - and I had messed up the date - but he saved the day! Hes the best - and went way above and beyond! It was such a positive experience - I wanted to use this opportunity to review and thank him!

Office Depot is a good place to get something printed but if you really need something just go to Walmart mostly the same things at better prices. Everything is over priced. Staff is friendly but that doesnt make up for prices. buy online, amazon or Walmart. just a suggestion. They do offer a good reward program so if you must shop there make sure you sign up for the benefits.

This store has a large selection of office supplies and electronics equipment. The staff were friendly when I was there. The store was both clean and laid out in a way that made sense and made stuff easy to find. I will be a return customer based on this experience.

Good sandwiches got a New Yorker and drink. It was not as expensive as some fast food places and the food was much better.

I like going to office Depot for my work needs. The associates here are always so friendly and make sure I locate exactly what I need to make my life easier. We came for supplies for a project my daughter needed to complete for school and the employee helping us made suggestions to help her execute the perfect project!

Be sure to know a little about what you go into buy. Do your research. Although the salesperson know a lots. It helps to understand what they are talking about.

Extremely disgusted with how “Annie” answered my call just now. I work with a business and had a legitimate question concerning whether or not you carried a product. She told me that you didn’t, and I that called the wrong store, and then she hung up on me! Didn’t even let me tell her thank you, or ask if you had anything else. Annie should not be answering the phones, and I would definitely not want her representing my company. Your customers deserve better.

The people who work here are so absent-minded and rude. They ignore their customers, are snippy and overall act like they’re completely miserable. I honestly hate going into this store because I know I’m going to get treated like an annoyance every time I try to speak to anyone. Especially the women at the copy center(?) where you ship and print things. They completely ignore you and every time you ask a question treat you like a total idiot who is distracting them from their work.

I love this place theres a Kohls here which is probably one of my favorite places to shop along with a variety of other stores including a dollar store, Ross, Hamricks, along with a Home Depot along with a few places to eat and Lowes grocery store so you can get just about everything you need here.

Great stores in this plaza. There is a Lowes food store that is meticulous and carries some hard to find items. The employees are lovely and very eager to assist. There are also a number of other very nice stores, including Lowes hardware, Hamricks, Steinmart, Office Depot, Dollar Tree,, Pet Smart and Kohls. There is also a very good Italian restaurant/Pizza parlor named Scatoris. All in all, a wonderful place to shop and eat.
