Very well kept and organized salon with talented nail specialists on hand. They diligently work at their craft to give you beautiful nails. The times I have gone there I have always been impressed with what I have walked out with.

14 years ago frequently used this salon and after returning from Texas I decided to drop in. Not only was I immediately recognized but also remembered my sons and inquired if they were still active in modeling. Needless to say Im back again today and intend to visit often. GREAT PLACE GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE!

I called trying to book an appointment only to be shut down and told to just stop by and see what available. So I did and they asked if a I could wait about 20 minutes, and I said yes. I waited for an hour plus, waiting to get my nails done. While others who got there after me without booking appointments either got done before me. I also was told twice by the same woman to just wait a few more minutes only for her to get up and go to other people who had just got there. And this isn’t even the first time this has happened, very disappointing.

I have never had a painful pedicure until today. I have always had a decent experience here. My cuticles were cut too short. My nails weren’t buffed, the skin around the nails was buffed. The alcohol they use before painting your nails burned so bad from the abrasions on the skin and from the cuticles being cut too far back. I was told that I don’t have ingrown toenails and then had to take care of them upon arriving home. This is NOT the usual experience I have here but it seems to be the new normal which is disheartening. I’m giving a three simply because I really loved this place and I use to receive good service here.

Wife went in to get her nails done and the lady that did them was completely unprofessional. she cut my wifes finger and made her feel very uncomfortable and the quality of her job was horrendous.

Absolutely do not come here if you can avoid it. I spent over $100 only 3 days ago and my nails are already falling off. Most of them are completely crooked and none of them are the same length. The lady was watching a video on her phone the whole time and kept rolling her eyes at me. My nails look horrible. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible customer service. Came in for a fill was told there was no wait. Waited for over an hour before someone helped me as they kept helping clients that came in after me. Did not care that I had been sitting there or apologize for the wait. Ridiculous. This has happened so many times at this location.

Long does my pedis and Im always happy and relaxed when I leave. Plus theyre beautiful!

The only good thing i have to say about this place is that they took a last minute appointment.I got a full set of acrylics on my hands. About half are filed extremely crooked. She didn’t paint the entire nail on any of my fingers so two day old nails look about like two week old nails. Paid $40 for nails that I’ll have to get redone sooner rather than later.Also got a pedicure. The guy that did it reached into my purse (for whatever reason) and pulled out one of my items. Didn’t apologize for it. Kept pushing the deluxe and let out a massive huff after the last time (there were multiple) I told him I just wanted the standard.Overall, not a good experience.

They seemed to go above and beyond to make sure I was satified.

The lady with a bob hair cut, was not friendly at all. She was very rushed. I came in wanting to get rid of my dip nail, and have a manicure done and she was just very rushed. She was also very unclean. She also didn’t get all of the dip nail off my nails before placing polish on them.I won’t be coming back to this place again. She also won’t get a tip from me.Also during getting my nails done she seemed to take a couple phone calls. To me that’s rude.I work in a health care setting and I don’t take phone calls at bedside and have conversations why should they? This place doesn’t have great customer service.

The lady with the bob did my nails, she made me bleed 3x and didnt even bother to apologize. I asked for square tapered nails and ended up with coffin shaped (none are the same shape nor size) and ended up paying $50 after I was told it was going to be $45 over the phone. I would have left a tip to be nice but she was very rude the whole time I was there, not only that but my nails came out really bad, the acrylic isnt even on my nails, its on my skin so of course it started lifting 1 day after I got them done. I got them done on Saturday and called the nails place on Monday since they close on Sundays and was told there was nothing they could do... Never going back there again!!!

Average nail salon. No special service or attention to details. Not sure of hygiene procedures they used, used Clippers just wiped off with alcohol.

Julie and Laura were very professional! We had the hot stone, aromatherapy, pedicure, which was quite a treat.

They are the typical nail salon. Communication is a challenge. What I dont like is being told to pick a color and then not being told it will be a 30-45 minute wait. If I were to give them a grade, it would be a B for the end result but a D for communication. Their prices are average. To receive the best service, be there when their doors open.

Dave is amazing. I love my nails Everytime. This is the best place to get your nail and toes done. Very clean.

Worst Nail Salon I have ever visited. They dont talk to you at all. I paid $50 for my solar nails (including tip). I got them done 2 weeks ago and they are already starting to peel up on the edges. I will have to have them taken off and completely redone. They are also VERY thick and not natural looking at all. I am VERY unhappy with the salon and my nails.

I went in to get my nails done. The lady that did my nails mest up twice. Didn’t want to fix it. Also didn’t speak at all. She wanted me to pay before she finished doing my nails, [how can I pay you if you didn’t finish the job) I think she don’t got her cosmetology license . Just a bad experience!!

I had a good experience. Had a manicure /pedicure . 38.00 my nails were buggered up within 20 min of leaving the shop . I probably should have let them dry longer .
