Awesome ppl always make me feel pretty

I went in for an acrylic fill the guy messed up my coffin shape he left them looking bulky he tried fixing a broken one but failed he asked someone to help him and she made my nail look flat and ugly I asked for them to fix the older man was rude he was almost screaming at me and talking about me to everyone in his language. I only came in to this place cause I’m out of town they over charge and rude no one in here knows how to do an acrylic

My nail technician was super sweet and made sure I was happy with everything from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

Asked for the 55 dollar pedicure, they did not use a file on my feet, kept pushing me to get gel polish I politely declined. I felt like this pedicure was rushed and did not get the full pedicure experience. It was supposed to be a premium orange pedicure service. After polished was applied I was ushered out of the door without them drying the polish. Never will come back to this salon not worth the money or time.

Not much for making bad reviews. While my nails don’t look too bad ( they’ve looked better) seemed like the guy doing mine hated being there. Felt rushed and he was extremely rough, left glue on my fingers and didn’t even bother to put any oil on the cuticle afterwords so my fingers around the nails look beat up and rough. I still tipped just cause he did them exactly how I like them in length and shape and the colors I love but they are sore and glued where shouldn’t be. I even tried to make small talk and felt like it was just a burden to him. Doubtful I’ll go back there for my fills

They burnt me the nails looked good though they are cheaper than most nails they made my friends cuticles bleed overall it had good service and it was clean

I would not recommend this place at all! The guy that did my acrylics were so rough with nails that they hurt the whole time and my fingers are still sore after 2 days! He mis-shaped my nails and the acrylic is starting to peel off! I would not recommend at all unless you like unprofessional people!

This place is terrible !the guy that did my little girls nails was so rude he didnt listen to what she wanted. When she got home she was upset so I called he said come back and they will fix them so we drove 30 min back he was rude we had to get a translator and they said they cant do anything this is the worst place do not go here!!

This is probably the worst nail salon in Muskogee. The guy that did my nails was extremely rude from start to finish. My nails look like complete trash. If you are going to charge someone $45 at least try to make them look decent. My nails are still sore from him filing them too hard. He only did one layer of the chrome powder and it looks like I kind of have weird tips on two of my fingers and hardly anything anywhere else. My friend went with me, she started a little before me (we were both getting the same thing done) and I was still waiting 20-25 mins for the other nail tech to be done. I will post pictures, I will also be going to a different salon to get these bad boys redone.

Wish I would have read the reviews before my visit!!!My friend invited me to go get my nails done as a birthday gift. They sat us down next to each other. A lady started doing her nails first. My nail tech walked in and started doing my nails. She was rushed and rolled her eyes when I told her she was too rough. Then when she was finished gluing the tips on I told her the nails were not straight she said “not done, I’ll fix them with file” she continued my nails and added the dip powder.. she dipped my nails twice in the powder and told me to go wash my hands and she would put gloss. I told the nail tech that my were lumpy and still crooked. She said my nails are naturally like that and she can’t do nothing. I left to wash my hands and she asked me if I liked them and when I replied no she started being rude and yelling.. she said I should have said something since the beginning that way someone else could have done my nails. My friend then asked if my nails could be fixed cause she didn’t want to pay for them until I was satisfied.. and she said yeah “ you don’t want to pay I’ll cut them off” and I told her okay cut them and remove them all. They was even more rushed and rough removing the nails dipped my cut nail in acetone. Now my cuticle area is red and sensitive to touch.

Love my nails (hands and toes) every time I leave. Today, I got a fill and color change and once again they exceed my expectations.

They were very rough with my feet and made one of my nails bleed. It seemed like they were in a hurry and rushed. I saw some other customers not very happy with them either.

Pedicure was done so badly it hurt to walk on my calluses 2 weeks later. Called to complain, the man that answered said come back, Ill fix for free. I showed up, one of the female employees took a Video of me to laugh behind my back! The man Refused to soak my feet in water or add callus remover to my callus before grading my feet, causing me pain. The whole experience was so bad i had to come home and cry about it.

Quick service took care of me and my two daughters quickly and they did a good job. Nails still shiny 2 weeks later!

The man was really rough messed her nails up and didnt not fixed it charged her $55 for a poor job will never be back or refer anyone

Pedicure and manicure with gel over my natural nail. 110.00. You are rushed, nail techs are rough Gave them benefit of doubt first time, went back. Never again. The quality isnt worth near what they charge.

My fingernail fell off three days after getting my nails done paid $55 went back and got it done two more times I will never go back there again I do not recommend this place to anybody

It is 5:20. Nail salon doesn’t close till 6:00. 1 person getting nails done & they turn me away bc they already cleaned up everything. Professional way is not to start cleaning until you close your store down. You lost a loyal Cx. 👎

I shouldve read the reviews before coming here. After spending $85, Im so disappointed with the whole experience. I usually go to fashion nails, but they were full and too close to closing time. I decided to give lilys a try. I showed the lady how bumby my nails were and she acted like she didnt hear me. I told one of the men and she said I know, I will fix it. She then said she will do extra and not charge me. Which meant she rubbed lotion on my arms after she was finished with my nails. After I left, my boyfriend said I need to go back. I went back and they argued over it infront of me and told me to sit down. Then went over my nails with clear gloss. Again, Im so upset. Now im gonna have to spend more money somewhere else to just get them to look decent. Please do not go here. Ill post a picture of my toes. It looks like I did them myself.

Best place to get your nails done around Muskogee/ Checotah/ Eufaula area. Tina always does a good job on my nails. She pays attention to every detail to make sure they will last a few weeks! I am very rough on my nails too and they always last!

Come here every two weeks to get my nails done and every other time get the pedi too! Friendly and do amazing on your nails! Finally found a nail home!

Will NEVER go here again. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional period. Told me what # chair to sit in and some other customer sat in it so I sat in the one he told her to sit in, he then yelled across the salon at us “what you don’t know how to read number?” And kept talking about me out loud. My friend was getting her nails done as well and I said Ive changed my mind, I won’t get mine done here today I will just wait with her, he then proceeds to tell me I need to leave the store if I am not paying for any service. JOKE of a salon.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Lee, the owner/manager, should have his own sitcom on TV! He gets everybody laughing and is such a funny man! Tina, Wen & Lee are our favorite technicians.

My nails have never looked this bad. I came here to get them done for a wedding and I’m going to have to go to another salon to get them completely redone. They’re bumpy, see through, streaky, and she didn’t even get the previous nail polish completely off! When I complained she refused to fix it and gave no refund. Do not go here. Only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them 0.

Walked in my first time. Lee I believe was so friendly and talkative and funny. He was a life saver on one of my nails when the other salon refused to fix my mest up nail they did. I would definitely go back and I recommend the place 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great service

I liked the way my nails turned out, however the guy that started on them seemed more interested in playing on his phone and watching tv than my nails. He would literally stop on my nails to play a game on his phone and watch tv while filing my nails and not pay attention. Thankfully I was sent over to a lady to who did a wonderful job.

What a wonderful pedicure! I suffer neuropathy and experienced no discomfort as Ive experienced in other salons..Finally after 5 years have found an awesome pedicure experience!

Not a recommended place to go is only one person in there that does nails that actually knows what shes doing everybody else, not good

Staff was friendly. However, I asked for square nails. Some are square and some are somewhat round. She didnt put acrylic over my entire nail. Not even the polish. I still have spots of my actual nail by my cuticle that are showing. Even after I spoke up. She kept telling me, they are supposed to be like that. She put way too much glue on for my tips. Most of my tips are stuck to my skin and now tearing up my skin. There is glue on 3 of my fingers along with acrylic on my skin of two of my fingers. Maybe it was a bad experiences this one time. But Im not taking my chances again. I will never go back.

The lady who did my nails was amazing. I didnt get her name but I know when I go back, Ill be asking for her. Also the man that runs the store is just a totally happy person. I loved it. The only thing I didnt like was a lady laughed and started talking to boss pointing at my daughter (3 months old) when I asked how old she would have to be for me to bring her in and her get her nails painted. I thought that was kinda rude.Other wise everyone else was really sweet and happy. Ill be going back for sure.

Rudest service I have ever experienced. Took my 90 year grandmother here for a mani/ pedi . While she was getting her pedi I sat next to her in the massage chair to wait ( only 3 customers in the chairs total) one of the ladies told me I could not use the massage chair unless I was getting my nails done.... seriously!!! Even my grandmother said someone needs to teach these people some manners. I wouldn’t even give 1 star.

I just left from here and my nails have NEVER looked this bad!! My nail tech was named Rocky I believe and he is AWFUL!! He gave me attitude when I told him the shape didn’t look good and didn’t fix them. They are now covered in fuzz and just look nasty even though I just walked out. I’m so mad. I’ll never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had Wen. She was FANTASIC. You cant beat the pricings they have.Full set of acrylic w/ gel color and i was in and out in 45 mins. Good conversations. Lots of laughs. I will recommened over and over.

Always busy so you will likely have a long wait. But the technicians are pretty good and the place is cleaner & more updated than their other location
