The day I rated a 5 star. The man was rude and all crabby. I just need good customer service. No attitude. No rudeness. I pay so he should have respect. The lady is sweet. So let her do your nails 🙄

I recommend going to the husband to do your nails. I had his wife do them once and they looked horrible. He’s fast, and he always shapes them just how I like my nails.

Clean, well organized and friendly enough salon where walk-ins are welcome. They started out very nicely doing a great job on my nails but then I was passed off to another person halfway through the process. The second person didnt seem to want to be doing my nails at all and did a rush job making a lot of mistakes and left my nails looking pretty rough and amateur looking. I was rather disappointed. At some point I will give them another chance since they started so well.

Loved this place! Great experience in a quite, spa like, atmosphere. Very nice employees. Young man who did my pedicure was very patient and detailed. I did not feel like he was rushing at all.

If you want your nails done fast, poorly, jagged, and uneven... you def should go here! They have the worst service, the man who did my nails was very fast and didn’t take time on acrylic. He also drilled the cuticle and my skin tore. I have pictures and I only asked for a discount, they gave me full price, had me pay $40 for one color, like this is the absolute WORST service I’ve ever received from any nail salon. Very very very terrible. My fingernails ACHE from the poorly done acrylic.

Nice ppl but nails were kinda shotty. Didnt cover the full nail and have bumps.

My nails were rushed by an older man. They look as if someone whose never done nails has done them and I do not recommend at all the woman did a nice job on my friends.

Sent my sister in law to get her nails done. worse job I have ever seen. three days later I am taking her to a different salon to get them removed and new set put on.

Enjoyed the experience both mani/pedi.

The man who did my nails rushed and also poorly finished. Cuticle was town from drill, paint was uneven/poorly coated, acrylic was also uneven on both hands, paid $15 more than what I usually pay for the same work. Never going back again, I hope this review helps others.

Me and my friend went In to get our nails done. the guy started being rude and the lady did a bad job on my nails. My nails aren’t even painted all the way and I asked for a letter on my nail and it looks like a kindergarten wrote it. The man did a horrible job on my friends nails didn’t go as she liked, the man was so rude with her and rough with her hands

Excellent nails done there. Folks are so nice friendly too. Very helpful. Go . Enjoy... Gel nails are wonderful. Ask for Hi or nee nail techs awesome. So great at there jobs. Not a long wait to get nails done. Lots of parking . Located on main st. East of Mall.

I went to Lily Nails in Muskogee, and it was a disaster. The nails I got from that place looked like shovels, and she didn’t even let me pick what kind of nails I wanted. They looked absolutely hideous, so we went to Hai and he made them look absolutely gorgeous!! In less than 20 minutes!!!! This place is amazing, I’m never going anywhere else.

Hai saved the day with my daughter’s homecoming nails. Had a bad experience somewhere else and he made her so happy. He is the fastest in the business but don’t go in there acting like a diva cause nobody has to put up with that! 😊

Absolutely love this place.. Me and my sister went in for the first time today and knew exactly what we wanted.. other places had let us down so horribly but they completely blew us away with how amazing of a job they did. We walked out of there forever customers. .

One of the guys there is very rude, super harsh. Just a tip if you work in the service industry be nice! & not good at art but will tell you he is for a quick buck with no Consultation

It took 2 hours for them to soak off and redip my nails. I had an appointment didn’t get started on time. Had a guy in there not licensed taking off my nails. Then I told them I didn’t like them very much and they told me to go somewhere else then. And still charged an outrageous amount for my nails.. never ever going back.

I showed them a picture-they said they could do it. Took off already good nails for the owner to get mad and start throwing equipment around, because I am not happy with my nails at all!! I have sat here for 2 hours. She was completely throwing a fit like a child. If they couldn’t do the picture they could have told me it would have been that simple! They want to charge $5 dollars for every detail! Havent found a good nail place yet 🥺6-1-2019

The lady was great considering I went in 15 mins before they close. I didnt expect them to be able to help me but she did. The gentleman that was working there was sure to point out to me that they close at 7 always 7.

Have tried everything salon in town and have not left this place since I started coming, always get my pedicure here and I would never trust another place like I trust them, the nicest staff, very clean and sterile. There prices are perfect!

The lady didn’t even clip my nails before she did them. The guy was rude, in a rush, the people here and very hateful. They need to go find a job they like and have the patience for. Do not recommend.

The gentleman who worked on my nails is named Hai I believe. My nails look good; however, it seemed as if he was in a rush or angry. He broke off two of my nail, as you know it’s difficult to grow them out sometimes. Then he proceeded to cut me and put a clear liquid in it that stung for a minimum of two hours. Once we were finished he charged an outrageous price. Will never return!

I don’t ever put reviews but I just had to for this place. This place was the worse nail salon I’ve ever been too. It took them 3 hours to do my nails and a pedi. And they didn’t even do them good. They don’t have any prices put up and for them to take forever I felt like the price for it was ridiculous. Never going back.

I am the lil short girl that comes in. I have actually been coming in for 4 years religiously, and used to refer you guys on facebook. Hai I have to admit .. you were rude for the last time. I know I accidently messed a nail up but you did not have to be so rude. Honstly, I was lost in thought about how rude you were being when you had to redo, and it seems like the last few months its worse. In my line of work, I deal with a lot of characters. I do not have to come into a business I even frequent and get treated like that. I do appreciate you fixing it.. but your attitude I honestly am confused about. If your tired of doing nails or the dynamic is funny there.. move on. Good luck guys. I do apologize if I ever offended you in any way.

It was just okay..service was good. Had to return next day to fix nail polish.

Great manicure- we were in a rush and it took about 30 minutes for a gel manicure. Great price too!

My nails are not shaped like I asked for and are cut different lengths.

They are awesome at nails

They started to get rough when I told them I dried my hands multiple times and and they said they are still wet so I got up and did it again and when I got back they wiped em off which they could have did that before but whatever and they then started to get rough till I was done.

People was really nice

It was a normal dipped manicure but then the man doing my nails cut me then messed up one of my nails . After he cut me he put this clear stuff on my cut nail and it burned anddidnt even say a word
