Amazing customer service and they stayed late to ensure we had the best experience!!

I have went to many different mail salons and finally found everything that I was looking for when it came to the way I like my nails done. Absolutely love Tom at Kim’s nails. He does a very outstanding job. I’ve never walked away disappointed.

Great place to go! QT did an amazing job with my nails. He took the time to work with me to find the right shape, length, and color that would fit what I wanted. He let me know if I need them shorter I can come back and he will fix them. Same with if I break a nail. I had a blast talking with him and also the young lady that did my pedicure. Very friendly environment! Ive lived here 20 years and never found a nail salon that I loved until today!!!!

I hate to be that person but my firsht bexperience all my nails were different lengths so I decided to give them a second chance. My nails started peeling the next day and now 4 days later they are all coming off. Very disappointed

I absolutely LOVE this couple in the most non weird way! Lol ! I believe his name is Tim who always does my nails and he always does the ABSOLUTE BEST on my coffin nails that I never knew I’d love until he talked me into trying it and letting him do his own thing based off of my personality and I freaking LOVED THEM AND WHAT HE CHOSE! I live an hour from their salon otherwise I would 100% solely use Kim’s nails for everytbing I didn’t even know I needed! Thank you both so much I actually don’t hate getting my nails done when I’m able to make the drive to you!

Amazing customer service. They stand behind their work 100%. During conversation I told the employee that I appreciated the honesty that he told me the wait would be 45 minutes. (Some places say 20 when it’s an hour and 20, this place doesn’t do that) The employee responded with “We would rather you wait, we don’t rush through nails because that’s when mistakes happen”!The workers are all amazing. I had a mishap and they welcomed me, fixed my nail and made it right. They always greeted me with a smile and you can tell they are passionate about their work and proud of what they do!They can get busy in the afternoons so call ahead or come early.

Completely unprofessional was told no wait time but once we got there we wait till they closed and still didnt get seen . Could have told us they couldnt fit us in today but no they didnt even talk to us I tried talking to them but completely ignored us and spent almost 3 hours on the same customers

First time visiting Kim’s Nails, and I was so pleasantly surprised. TK and Tom were super sweet and chatted with my mother and me the entire time even though they were supposed to be closed by the end of our pedicures. I will definitely be back to visit them. Super charismatic crew working here that deserve all the love. Don’t forget to tip!

The foot baths were dirty and they told us to sit there with our feet hanging to the side. After sitting there 30 minutes they finally came over and put a liner in the foot bath. Then the grinder did not work. I had to tell the man who did my feet to redo some of the toes. When i left the gel nails stil felt sticky.

Tom did a great job I had knee surgery so that side he had to go easy on he was very careful not to twist or hurt my leg and foot nails looked great! I made a mistake it was qt that did my pedi

I had my nails done at another salon In town and they did a complete hack job. Called Kim’s and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Completely re did and FIXED what the other place did for a more than affordable place. Highly recommend them and will continue to go here.

I am a truckers wife we travel the USA && I have certain nail techs that I go to in each state . I have to say that Tom is outstanding!! He did amazing and we had a lot to talk about since he was once a truck driver himself . He is now my Oklahoma nail tech . I brought in a picture off pinterest and he did them exact ! He also does amazing nail art free hand . I definitely recommend him

Well I went in asking for a nail design that they told me they could do then when it came down too them doing it they messed my nails all the way up the guy also drop my phone and broke it and they also did not clean up around my nails left polish on my skin and much more I do not recommend this place

Tom did a great job on my Solar Pink and White Bedazzled nails! Very friendly and we had a nice convo about our travels and career journeys. I love that I could fully understand his English too. Im by no means one of those people who think English is the only language that should be spoken here but it was just beautiful to not feel that uncomfortable feeling you get when you have a hard time understanding your nail tech. The best part was the price: extremely fair for all the extras and a promise to fix any chips or missing rhinestones within a reasonable time thereafter. I WILL BE GOINT BACK!!

Both times I got my nails done here (full set) she never fills the acrylic to my nail line. The sides look awful. The full set is just sloppy. My nail started burning after she put the acrylics on. I got a full set and a pedicure for 70 and she still ask for a tip! The quality of these nails isn’t worth what they charge. Will not go back.

Dont waste your money here. They never have more than one person working at a time & dont honor appointments so you end up waiting for hours for even a simple manicure. They are sloppy & careless with their work, havent updated or cleaned the equipment in ages, and are higher priced than other local nail salons. The equipment is seriously bad. Chairs are completely worn out & nothing looks clean in there.

They dont listen. They rush. Youre just money in and out the door

I was very upset with my visit to Lilys... I asked specifically for something and I didnt get it... my nails look stupid. They didnt ask me what shape I wanted or which finger I wanted it on--even though I had previously told them which one I wanted it on and they still put it on a different finger. Also, two of my nails are crooked and some are just longer then the others. I will not be going back.

I went here after tanning, the reviews arent great and wasnt expecting much. I had only seen two people doing nails in the past but there was a new person, so I decided to give it a try. She was great took her time and made sure it was done right. She does stuff a little different in a great up to date way, the person next to her kept suggesting ways to do stuff faster. I would prefer that my nails are done right and not looking like I went to a cheap place then done in 20 minutes. If she continues working there I will be back. They are a little more expensive, but for the way the new girl does nails, I dont mind paying a little more. I only took a star off cause the other person needs to let the new girl do her job.

Well, round 7 of going in- my nails looked horrid and I had to get them redone-he charged me full price two days in a row!! All because they looked bad I had to get them redone! Not to happy when I spend A LOT of money here with me and my two daughters-shouldn’t have been charged twice-
