Weve had Hollifield Service replace both of our HVAC units in our house now. I couldnt recommend them enough. They replaced our downstairs unit this spring and the whole process was extremely professional. Recently, we were having issues with our ancient unit upstairs that ultimately required replacement as well. Rick and Chris were both on time and extremely courteous and professional. It was very apparent that they take a lot of pride in their work and any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction. Also, great care was taken by them in ensuring that the areas they were working in were protected, and they made sure that everything was clean and put back together when they were done. Hollifield Service is the only company I will use for heating and air.

Great service...and on time.

Called them and several other places because furnace wouldnt kick on and it was going to get cold the next day. They were the only ones to answer the phone, and Im happy they did. They sent a technician out the next day and fixed the blower. It only took him 3hrs to get it back up and running. Thank you very much!

The Hollifield employees were knowledgable, friendly and helpful in explaining everything. They were more complete, thorough and professional than any other I looked at. They even fixed my water damaged floor at no charge! After installation they cleaned up after themselves to the extent of sweeping up. Amazing! Ill never use anyone but Hollifield in the future. Tim and all his guys are a unique bunch these days, they CARE about what they do. They do a great job managing expectations so there is no questions about what/how things will be done and they meet or exceed those expectations. The Hollifield team was at my house for quite a while doing a retrofit geothermal installation, never once did anyone from Hollifield make me feel uncomfortable/uneasy about them working in my home with my young family.

Hollifield Service brought our 112 year old house into the 21st century with their state-of-the-art technology! We bought a system they recommended for less money, with a much higher seer rating, with no duct work and its problems, and that operates with much greater efficiency. We were skeptical, but Tim was right. We love our Mitsubishi split units. He and his crew were very professional, prompt and respectful, and patiently answered our million questions! We would highly recommend this company and their product.

Tim and his technicians did a great job installing our commercial refrigeration. We wouldnt use anyone else. They were very professional and responsive. We choose them because we knew they had the ability to meet our schedule and do the job right the first time. You will not be disappointed.

To date I have had Hollifield install two geothermal systems and two mini split systems. They were chosen after interviewing 5 HVAC companies. The criteria in order of importance was 1. Knowledge 2. Craftsmanship 3. Communication 4. Responsiveness 5. Prices. They were the most knowledgeable company we talked to, and we interviewed some of the best in the region. While there are some smart HVAC people out there, what struck us was the practical advice and knowledge of the Hollifield team. They often had cost and labor saving suggestions we would have missed. After working with them extensively we learned that they were more savvy than we had originally thought. From the load calculations to design to install and set-up they continued to bring great practical knowledge and advice. When it came to craftsmanship we were again very impressed. We knew from how they dressed, the trucks they drove, and the tools they use that they took some pride in their work, but the way they ran all of their ducts and piping, mounted the units, and cleaned up after their work was incredibly professional. The details were done right, and in the few instances things were missed, they were quick to fix without delaying or pushing back. Communication and responsiveness is where they earned the highest marks and quite frankly where most fall short. From the clarity of their pricing and proposals to the simplicity of their explanations to the speed with which they reply, we felt taken care of at all times. Finally, when it came to price they were very competitive. Of the four bids we received they were the second highest, but were within a few percentage points of 3 and 4. Simply put, their prices were almost identical to the middle cluster (which is where you should be targeting). Considering the quality of work, the ease of doing business, and the extra work they did for no charge, we wont be shopping around on our next project or service call.
