Randy and Jimmy have been servicing my heating and air since 2014. They have come out on weekends if needed and have always been fair. My unit was very old and they never once tried to get me to replace it, they were happy to fix what was broken with out price gouging. This year the coils finally gave out and they gave me the best case scenario for replacement. They installed the unit the very next day. Hardworking, and honest, I couldnt ask for better service.

IntegrityThat is what comes to mind when I think of Randy and his business. The first time I used him he was the only company that would replace the compressor. Every other company wanted me to replace the unit. I just did not have the money to do that!. He tells you exactly what is wrong with a fair price and does a great job with a great attitude. Even when you do have to replace a unit he is thousands less than other for the same unit. Example he said 8,500 where other companies ranged from 12 to 15 thousand. I can not recommend him enough. He is out there on dangerous roads in this ice storm helping others because he cares and he knows how important the heating is during this time. Thank you Randy for all you do

What I loved about these guys is they care about their work a d each other. We had about 5 people come to our house. These guys staid twice as long as everyone else and were upfront about everything. What I enjoyed was seeing them work together. The technician was patient and understanding with his helper, teaching him. You can tell a lot about someone by watching them and how they act towards each other. Everyone here treated everyone as family. Top quality all the way around. They did more for less.

Highest quality of work, professionalism, and honesty. Very knowledgeable and left the area clean after the job. This is the second unit they have installed for myself and one of my rental units. Definitely I highly recommend and will call again.

I was charged 500 dollars for freon and told it most likely wouldnt leak out overnight and that a leak detection would take a while and be more expensive so I listened to the advice of the owners brother. Then that evening I called before closing and said it wasnt working and was told to wait a few hours for it to work. Then when I called back a few hours later he said it was after hours and there would be a higher fee. So I said come tomorrow and they still came after hours charged me another 500 To fix it. This year it needed freon again and I called a different company they charged me 150 so I guess Im saying I feel like you should shop around.

The guys are great!! They are extremely professional and courteous at all times. They will travel to your location and execute outstanding service. I have had exceptional service at every level. These guys do not let you down. Cant recommend them enough!

We bought a new all in one unit everything outside. They helped us pick the unit and then they put in for us, they answered all our questions about the unit. It was a big buy for us, they helped us get through the whole thing a lot easier. Our old unit would not cool our house & a huge electric bill, this unit keeps our house cool with a much smaller bill.Their service is great also a cable man bent my air ducts, They came out to fix them. Great Service!

Air Central are absolutely amazing, some of the best contractors we have ever had, they service our systems every year and we have used them on numerous installs, they even have fixed holes we’ve had in roof and helped us install stove exhaust systems - seriously, don’t call anyone else! I did not realize they were based in Muskogee but the guys showed up on time. While I had not planned on replacing an entire system it was time. The guys stayed until 9:30 that night to finish the installation and cleaned up before leaving. Will use again at other properties.

They did a great job tuning up my 20 year old AC unit. It was working okay, just not great. After he was done it was like a brand new unit. The technician went above and beyond. They even came out the same day that I called them.
