First I called Ted Douglas and sons to come out. They didn’t get it done from my outside access point or from my basement. And told me my pipe was collapsed. So, then I called West Michigan Septic Sewer & Drain Service. Guy shows up early with what looked like the same machine. Had it fixed in under 10 minutes. He said he has no idea why they’d think my pipe was collapsed. Great experience overall!

West MI Septic and sewer were courteous, respectful and informative through my entire experience. They were able to schedule a same day appointment for me and at a reasonable price. Thier tech Jacob got right to work, and answered all of my questions. I will return to them the next time I have an issue.

Great on the phone and great in person! Ryan answered my call and was very helpful with my questions and got me scheduled asap. TJ came to the house to get our waste line flowing again. Our main waste line going out to the street was filled with compacted dirt and tons of tree roots. TJ was very thorough in clearing out the roots and other debris that had clogged up the line. On top of the great service, I enjoyed talking about life and business with TJ...glad a good dude like him is out there serving our community! No need to waste time calling every plumber...these guys should be your first and last call ;)

Toilet was not flushing properly and had no clue what was wrong... West Michigan Septic came out that day and fixed the problem within 15 minutes!!! It was quick, easy, and affordable. I highly recommend and will use again!

A true professional was who showed up at our house. My job in comparison to many was relatively simple (Clogged drain pipe), but not only did he take the time to show me exactly why it had clogged (a drain pipe wye), he took a picture of where it was located in the crawlspace.With not being truly experienced with septic systems, he took a few minutes at the end of the job to explain exactly where all the components of my system were, and even pointed out some potential pitfalls that the sewer inspector did not point out before we purchased the house.There are not enough stars to express how happy I am with their service, and I will be contacting them again for any problems I may have or improvements I need. Called and Terry was out the next day. Provided an Estimate the next day. Terry (Heckmans Contracting) answered all my Questions. I am very pleased with the Service. Yard was leveled and clean when they got done. The other Companies I called never even came out to Bid the Job. So I am Extremely Happy. Also Terry followed up after the Job was completed.

Amazing service, came over right after I called to see what the problem was. The connection to the main sewer line had failed because of tree roots. By that same afternoon had it dug up cleaned out and replaced and I had a working sewer line again. Did a great job of explaining everything and cleaning up when the job was done. Price was reasonable also. I was very impressed.

I needed help quickly and the staff were able to accommodate with clearing our septic drain to the city street in a timely manner; preventing water damage in our basement. They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. My problem was solved in less than an hour. I posted their number on my refrigerator and would call them in the future.

West Michigan Septic Sewer & Drain is the best around. These guys gave me an estimate price for the job before it begun, and then when it was completed the actually lowered the price because their estimation was too high. I cant recall any contractor doing this before! Easily 5 stars!

I called in the afternoon and showed up right when they said they would the next morning at 8:30. TJ was great - he knew what my problem was immediately, fixed it within 45 min, and was gone. The price was also a better than other places that quoted for me. Definitely would call them again.

After about a week of having no running sewage, and dealing with other companies keep pushing my appointments back, I called this company to make an appointment. They showed up 10-15 minutes early the next day with two guys and 200 ft of cable to clear my pipes. After about 80-90 ft they had it clear, then they sent a camera in to double check my system and look for a yard clean out for me. They then proceeded to run as far as they could with their equipment just to make sure the drain was clear. They kept the mess to a minimum, and were very professional and friendly. The price didnt break the bank either, $400 for all of that was Well worth it. Less then half of what some other companies wanted to charge. A++ business.

I called West Michigan Sewer for a suspected bad check valve in my sewer line. They came out and verified my concern. They gave me a estimate to excavate, locate and replace the check valve and install a manual shutoff valve which to me seemed reasonable. After the work was complete they actually charged me less than the estimate due to less time spent to do the job. I feel they were very honest and professional actually lowering the estimate cost. I cant recall any contractor ever lowering the final cost after giving a estimate price for a job. I would recommend West Michigan Sewer for your sewer and septic problems

Water/sewage backed up into basement. Recommended by my employer (general contractor). Called these guys in the afternoon and they had someone to the house by 8:30am the next day and out in less than an hour. They beat anyone else I talked to on pricing and matched that with good service. Had to break the cap on the cleanout, but it was replaced at a nominal cost with a new one. Pretty impressed with these guys as Ive heard horror stories about other companies of the same type. Would absolutely recommend.

Totally satisfied with the quality of service (T.J.) and method used to successfully clean my home sewer line. That method included a way to cut and remove roots - which even a nationally known company did not use to fix the problem.

I was very impressed with the great job that West Michigan Septic did unclogging my sewage pipes for me. I give my highest possible recommendation.

We have a number of unique and rare plants. Talked to owner a few times pior to the project and talked to crew during. They damaged trees by ripping the branches off with the tractor, 25-30ft up the trees. They didnt seal the outside wall where the pipe comes into the basement, causing us to have water and sand in basement.

The company did good work. I am displeased because the amount I was quoted was not the amount charged! I addressed the issue and was told that they called, but had not phone record or voice mail. The work they did needed to be done, but they did not get approval for the addition work and charge before they did it. Like most people I had to work and the job needed done immediately. I just think as a customer you would want the company to make sure they talked to you before work and additional charges were assessed especially when you tell them you are available at a number. I was dang lucky I had the additional money for the charge others I would have been screwed. Customer beware!

Called to have someone come out and look at my septic tank and the guy acted like I was bothering him. Didnt catch his name, but definitely heard him sighing as if he were annoyed by my call. Perhaps the others called earlier in the day and spoke with someone else. Ive heard nothing but good things about these guys but one person there completely turned me off of them. Very rude.

Overall, Ive always had a great experiences with West Michigan Septic Sewer and Drain. They make sure everything is working how it should and find any potential problems, which is great because that stops us from having emergencies.
